My next test should be on 9th June. :-) that's AF due day.

Same Radders, not really obsessed about it this month, I think it will fall into place eventually. I think I'm going to also avoid symptom spotting so that i don't feel too deflated after.

raddersmrs · 25/05/2016 19:23

Hi All

I am here still just been a bit manic!
Nothing much to report just trying to keep calm and unstressed. AF finally gone now so dtd tonight and going to do it every other day. Maybe a bit more around ovulation but not doing any opks or temping and hardly using ovia.

Footprints sorry to hear about your OH but you definitely should go to your appointment

Purple - I know a month is a long tile but probably worthwhile in the long run.

Jod - I get a throbbing foof at the beginning of AF so know what you mean ... It's agony! Hopefully this is good signs for you.

Who are the next testers???

Tee4me · 25/05/2016 19:00

Arh that's amazing!! Let's hope we get sunshine, your dress deserves it!! X

Ooh we've got a wedding too tee! My DH's grandparents are getting married! They've been together for a verrrrrrrrry long time but are now tying the knot. I've bought a new lemon dress from Oliver Bonas today for it Smile

Tee4me · 25/05/2016 18:48

Exactly Jem and we have a wedding, so totally guilt free excuse free enjoyment!
Footprints maybe you missed my message earlier as we posted at roughly same time Smile
Hello to those MIA! xx

Feeling really positive for you jodders. Yes wait until Friday if you can Smile

That does sound quite inconsiderate of your oh footprints Sad perhaps he doesn't realise how important this gynae app is to you? Hope you can sort childcare okay.

Hurrah summer! Good DTD work and fx for you.

Tee - yes a nice long weekend and a little guilt free wine Wine

Purple sorry to hear that Sad could you get a second opinion? Not sure I'd want to wait and there could be something else you could try to treat it that doesn't interfere with ttc?

I'm trying to acknowledge 'symptoms' which make me think I'm pregnant (temperature changes, back pain, mood changes, twinges) to show myself just how much noise your body makes all the time - which has nothing to do with pregnancy! Hoping this will keep me sane in the tww.

Hope you are all okay radders, mimi, toast, parney ..

PurpleOwl86 · 25/05/2016 17:40

So, I saw the GP today, and the don't know what I have on my neck. On top of the swollen lymph node, there's a big red patch on my scalp, with small lumps that look like some kind of bites. So they gave me a steroid cream - and advised me not to get pregnant! I can't believe it... Will wait til AF shows up to start the treatment, then probably waste one cycle. Sad

Russkispy · 25/05/2016 17:16

Foot, practically neighbours! Let me know if you want to meet up.
Tee - will let you know, of course. Curious myself really! She said to eat foods instead of taking supplements, such as spinach, beetroot, honey. Still waiting for her list of foods he wants me to eat to enhance my chances. Also told me from my precious blood results and fertility journey so far, that I don't have issues and will work on stress level and how to cope and manipulate needles for blood flow into reproductive organs. Yes, indeed, was nice talking to someone of that profession and level who understands and helps.

Footprints1 · 25/05/2016 17:01

Summer- well done summer that's good going! Can't believe you are almost in the tww! We were testing together and now you are way ahead! At least I get opp to start afresh cycle.

Russ-Oh wow, Kent too! Im about an hour from you- outskirts of tunbridge wells.

Radders? Where are u? You ok?
Not heard from toast either? Mimi ?
Nim is away I know.. Wonder if she tested yet???
Tee? You ok? How is everyone? X

Tee4me · 25/05/2016 16:55

CD6
Hi everybody!
Feeling much the same as you Jem! This is a seriously boring part of the cycle. Roll on FW! Least we have a nice long weekend to look forward too.
Jodders ouchie, that sounds different! Didn't someone talk about 'lightening vagina' on this thread before?! I still think your symtoms sound quite promising. FX!
Footprints naughty DH!! They just don't get the importance of these things do they? My DH better cooperate this month. Like you say though, nightmare having to keep them sweet for the sake of getting enough baby dancing!!
Russ I'll be trying acupuncture this month if I don't catch June's egg! Be interesting to see how you get on. Probably therapeutic just being able to talk to an impartial third party about TTC!.
Well done Summer, that's brilliant!!

Footprints, go to your appointment. You won't feel satisfied unless you do.

Summerblush1982 · 25/05/2016 14:58

Cd15 :-)
So far Dtd on cd 6, 8, 12, 13, 15.

Summerblush1982 · 25/05/2016 14:55

Positive opk today ladies!!!!! :-)

Russkispy · 25/05/2016 10:27

That's no bother Foot. I'm in Kent too! In Gravesend and you? And maybe we meet one day and if I'm close to you then I could always help! All my kids were boys and they enjoyed being around me as I'm a sporty person. I'm not working at the moment. And happy to help who needs it. I've applied for volunteering in Gravesend to help elderly etc it takes my mind off TTC etc

Footprints1 · 25/05/2016 10:12

Aww thanks Russ for kind offer- really sweet. I'm in Kent, best for boys to be with someone they know though and It's half term next week so i will prob take them to my mums which is about an hour drive -she can have them maybe overnight. Just a pain that's all, and the lack of consideration of my DH who clearly not interested in being here for support.

Where are you anyway Russ?

Russkispy · 25/05/2016 10:04

Foot, where are you based? I could babysit for you. I came to this country as an au-pair in 1998 and prior to that I was an au-pair in Germany. I continuously babysat for my friends' children. Kids were between the age of 2-12! 😉 If you're close to me then I could do that. Would hate you missing your important appointment and it's so not fair of your OH 🙁☹️

Footprints1 · 25/05/2016 10:00

Anyone else feel tired of being civil to their OH whilst ttc. Really feel I let things go more quickly just because I don't want to stress myself out with an argument all the time plus know he won't want to dtd. Grrr.

He's just not sympathetic and really quite selfish. Got my appt next week with gynae and now he has arranged to go away to see his family. So I haven't got a childsitter. Wants me to cancel appt. I need this appt, so now got the stress of arranging childcare. Grrr..

Where's that sunshine gone today? I need a pick me up.

Footprints1 · 25/05/2016 09:53

Jodders - these daggers you are having in your foof - no idea? Have read about shooting pains there when pregnant so would be interesting to see what they are. Frisky! Ha ha well why not! When I diet I always feel I'm lacking in something so maybe you feel you are lacking in sex?! Hee hee
Can u remember how many days your luteal phase use to be before coil? As I know u can't go by last months. Could b implantation still? Really hope it is.

Jodders · 25/05/2016 09:38

I almost caved and bought a test but resisted. I'm going to TRY to wait til Friday. I might have been imagining it but there now I think I seen the faintest tinge of pink on the TP. If this is implantation then I won't test positive for a few days? Is that right? Knowing me it's not though and it's ovulation or something! Confused

SuchaJem · 25/05/2016 08:41

Jodders hope that's a positive sign for you! When are you testing?

Poa this cycle was to relax and focus on wellbeing. And obviously have lots of DTD. So far I've been swimming most days, been trying to get more sleep and doing my mindful app. Epo and folic acid for me, vit c and zinc for DH.

DTD starts this week, every other day until a positive OPK then daily for a few days. Am going to try and carry on every other day after that too if we can!

Jodders · 25/05/2016 08:33

CD 25 (11/12 DPO) Star

Russ I'm really interested in the acupuncture (have never had it but would consider) and interested to hear what supplements and foods she recommends.
*
Foot* glad the witch is flying away.

Sucha won't be long now til FW what's your POA?

Purple has she arrived yet?

Tee I don't think so Sad

So I still have these awful awful "cramps" to be fair they aren't even cramps they are like fanny daggers! Feels like I have a swollen foof! They are pretty constant too. Not getting much rest for them. I was awake a lot again last night too. I feel so bloody warm! My skin isn't the best today, I'm tired and my boobs are tender / nipples sore and to top it all off im off to the breast clinic for a check!!
Still have creamy discharge and no sign of any spotting / AF. My temp had dropped a bit today first thing to 36.4 (it's meant to stay elevated right?)

If I had an OPK I would do it as I feel all the cramps / daggers in my lady parts is making me frisky? ConfusedBlush it's like my blood has all rushed to there. It's a really odd feeling.

Footprints1 · 25/05/2016 08:19

CD3Star

Toast, nim, Jodders and purple- you four are testing around now I believe?

Nothing here to report this morning. Temp low.. Looking good for fri as the tap is slowly turning off.

SuchaJem · 25/05/2016 07:58

Morning all Smile how are you all doing? Anyone testing? I'm boring old day 6 so no news here. AF clearing off and dusting off the epo for cycle 6.

Come on fw!

Russkispy · 24/05/2016 22:10

It was actually 2 hours! Sorry, lost track of time! We talked a lot about fertility etc, she was so good and helpful! I could talk and discuss things with her for hours! Acupuncture/needles were not painful at all! It was a few needles on my back, one into my head and forehead and a few into my feet. And the minute she did it my tummy rambled so loud! And a lot! She said it was a good sign, as everything is working! I'm waiting for her email with a list of foods. Also asked her about supplements I take and she said Selenium with zinc is more important for men than women! Maca root and spirulina are very important! Will keep you posted on the rest

Footprints1 · 24/05/2016 21:43

Russ- sounds great! I'm phoning around tomorrow to find a local one, my Physio lady does it but she doesn't specialise in fertility she says. 3hrs a long time, think around here they only 30 mins or hour. I suppose could ask for longer although I think I'd doze off! Was it painful? Or tickly?

Having Physio osteopath and acupuncture I might have to rob a bank soon!

Jem- just an idea, but you could tell them it's for your lady bits- hormones, ovaries, pmsl and periods etc.. Or even kidneys! Apparently the needles all go in the same spots for these things I read. Or I'm sure if u ask them to keep your reason private I'm sure that would be fine.

Purple- hope you are not coming down with something. Unless it's a BFP! Fingers crossed it not AF for you.

Jodders- you too, hope AF doesn't arrive. Def a good sign though if last month you had a shorter lp though. Sometimes we feel more just because we are tuned into our bodies more. 36.8 is high for AF to arrive! Mine started to drop by now so I'm feeling positive for you. Could be implantation pains. ?

Physic- when do U usually ov? I find I don't get the EWCM until the opk positive day seems to creep up all of a sudden, or may take time to come down.
