Footprints i definitely have read that opks can pick up HCG too. The doctor must just not know. I wouldn't be able to resist testing - especially if I had IC's and went over 30days.

Jem - back massage sounds great.

I think you are right tee I suspect it's irritation from DTD! It's actually ok now been putting cream on it.

Symptom spotting today...I had some period like cramping this afternoon? And right sided pains too. I have a creamy discharge and I'm a little tired

Super super positive opk just now!! So I was thinking the OPK thing was really really short lived, but defo darker than yesterday which was so so close to being same darkness as control line. So Dtd tonight and saturday. OK. I can do this.

Another positive opk today. Still no AF. Clear CM. Tummy ache! Was out on a jog and was convinced AF had started but still nothing. Boobs itching and tingling.

Spoken to gp today to get some advice, and she said that it sounds like my body has been trying to ovulate throughout the month but not succeeding so it will keep attempting to. This might delay AF, so not to get excited if it doesn't show for a bit. On a positive note I get a few chances to conceive throughout the month so if I missed dtd the first time and I didn't ovulate then I do get another chance until I finally ovulate. It might take a few cycles to settle. She was quite relaxed and said no need to do any pregnancy tests and they will do a test if I get to cd40 and give me something to bring on AF to kick start the cycle again. She said to tell the gyne at appt next thurs. So got to sit tight and wait for something to happen or not! Oh and she laughed at how many opk sticks I've used and about opk detecting hcg! Felt an idiot..How frustrating

.. I am getting withdrawal from peeing on sticks already . Might do another opk stick tomorrow and If the hcg stick arrive tomorrow I may tempt a test just because I've been told not to!

Hi radders, my temp on day 6 was 36.30 then dropped to 35.90 on day 7. Then went back up next day.. Don't know why? If that helps probably something to do with hormones.

My temps are currently below 36.00 which seem low to me. After ovulation they were up at 36.4ish ... Suppose it's easy to tell when I've ovulated then.. Hopefully anyway

Hi all, right so I'm not sure it is a haemorrhoids. TMI bit it doesn't feel like it's coming from the anus but more a lump lower down like between the two regions?! I have put some cream on it and it's not sore right now. I haven't been constipated or straining. Embarrassing or what?!

I tried to post twice yesterday but I guess my phone is playing up.

I've got some symptoms today, a bit of spotting and some cramps, and my left boob is sore. I have tended to have a short luteal phase so I may be finding out one way or another soon. Fingers crossed for implantation not AF

Jod I had haemorrhoids after my second pregnancy, I used some over the counter cream and eventually disappeared.

Good luck Physics after all the scare stories when we were younger about accidental pregnancies I can understand why your DH is dubious about the timing required.

Morning ladies My temp shot back up today woo hoo! So your guess is as good as mine. I have no idea what is going on. Will do opk about 10 to see if still positive. No sign of AF today yet whatsoever, and clear CM which looks like fertile cm.

Mimi- poor you!! I know how u feel as mine was doing that last week. Well anyway I kept away from him for a few days.. It worked as last night he was "pants off in a flash"! Which was lucky! Yes I do wonder if I got smashed and dtd in his car or something it would work !

Jod- oh no, just don't want that do u! I had it when I had my first child- too much pushing! Anyway I was told by nurse if they are on the outside you can just slowly push them in each day and when they shrink they just disappear. It worked! Never used cream. I suppose the missionary pos wouldn't irritate them, as long as you bathed afterwards.

Physic- hope u catch the egg! Pin him down tonight

Jod- IC tests arrive between fri & tues.
Really don't think I am as I had that midcycle bleed medium flow for 24 hrs and now that is not normal. Was def more than spotting!Had pains in my right ovary and had fertile CM last night, did another opk and was positive. Dtd anyway!

Toast-* yes holding out til next week to test esp with all these ov pains and temp dips and spikes. I'm not v hopefully about this month.

That's terrible jod!! No idea really, but when I as a kid I remember there were lots of adverts for creams etc... I think it is inflammation of tissues back there? But really that is just a guess! Embarrassingly, I would get thysen to a doctor's!

I've had a temp rise this morning, and nearly positive opk yesterday (line was same as control line, just about but not darker). Only dtd last night and CD14, as was expecting to Ov more like CD22-24 according to FF. But as I said, I've been getting messages from it saying they can't predict what's going to happen with me! Perhaps I just tried to Ov, in which case temp might go back down... it isn't a real pattern yet. Will dtd tonight and saturday, just in case. but hopefully I haven't missed the egg!!! DH was having a hard time believing that everything had to be timed so perfectly - bringing up unwanted pregnancy, teen pregnancy as examples of how the timing can't be that precise... but then he dtd when I told him to anyway! Bless, I guess he does want this as much as I do!
