No not retested. I did clearblue and FRER on the Friday and they came back negative then started bleeding early hours of the morning. Although it wasn't as heavy as my normal period and didn't last very long... More brown spotting after a couple of days.

Did you retest after yours to double check??

I would've had positive opks before and it's such a coincidence it's positive today when ovulation is due. Also my temperature has been low whereas it would've stayed high if was still pregnant. So I know I'm not!

So my boobs are feeling heavy and then I just had a big bit of thick creamy CM appear in my knickers ... So what do I do ... Think maybe I'm still pregnant....!

.. On a serious note, I don't think that, but I wonder if there are any people who misdiagnose themselves as having a CP but then are still pregnant??

Footprints looking forward to seeing what gyno says tomorrow. Will be a lesson for us all I'm sure!

Tee hope your Oh feels better soon so you can get down to it. He doesn't need to use his foot when dtd :)

Looking good radders, agree it could go even stronger but a sure sign to crack on with the DTD for a few days.

My best mate is a trainee obs and gynae doctor and said whilst it doesn't bother her at all if women don't wax, she personally would have a tidy up wax before any kind of nether region inspection.

Just personal choice really. I would but also have a tidy up done, but equally would not want to be Hollywood / bald style.

I agree, if turkey baster was a likely success, I would be so on it! I would take the friggin baster to work in my handbag!!!
Yes, I would go for a wax too although I would be more worried if pooping myself!!!!

Cd 12

Evening everybody! I've attached my opk photo from this evening. Definitely darker, yay. Think I would probably get a darker one than that.. Will do another in the morning but hopefully ovulation is imminent as then it means I've ovulated earlier than last month. Looking forward to See what bbt tells me too.

After saying I never get sore boobs they've felt heavy and tender today! Not loads but noticed a difference when walking. Maybe ovulation symptom for me.
Footprints I didn't have any symptoms other than being emotional and thick creamy CM.

So far we have dtd cd 5,9 and 10. Will do it tonight then see what opk says tomorrow to see when doing it next. Prob do it everyday for 3-4 days now.

Some people use that turkey baster method and have success with it don't they! I don't get how it goes in far enough ... Because obviously there's a bit of oomph when they're inside you wish you wouldn't get would you??

I think before I go into labour I would like to go for a wax ... Is that ridiculous?!

Really sore boobs today, which I don't normally get! Lol at the leaky foof I've started doing pelvic floor exercises after DTD and it seems to help with leakage.

I'll be testing on the 17th, feel like we've done everything we can but don't want to get my hopes up too much! Got my Brazil nuts today, not walnuts ha ha

Footprints I wouldn't worry about tidying up too much downstairs.
It might ease you into what it might be like when baby comes, I doubt anyone is tidying up that much at that point. ;)

Well I'm usually due AF around the 10th of the month so we are still feeling a little hopeful over here! I tend to get sore boobs a lot around AF time. I got really excited about it when we first started TTC but now I think I can't really judge anything on that. Those two ladies seem to have a mind of their own sadly.

Boobs are actually really sore as day has progressed!! AF due next Friday/Saturday according to app! Feels like they've grown a bit, which again normally happens around AF time. This usually happens every month when AF is due, I get sore breasts to let me know it's coming for me!!The wiring in my bra is digging in. No other symptoms as its 8dpo and early I guess to get any other symptoms!
Will keep you all informed.

Morning all, well afternoon now isn't it!

Sucha because AF came early I won't be testing on 7th. Will be 29th when I test now.

Footprints I started bleeding on Sunday. Was heavy Monday, medium yesterday and is light today. Was def AF. Would say it will be gone again tomorrow and can start DTD again!

Last nights conversation had my howling - the turkey Baster!! Anyone else think for a second or two how much easier it would be and wonder if you could do it!!

Anyone heard of soft cups? They could be useful!!

I think my sore boobs maybe down to AF. 10 days before it's due and it's normally around this time of the month I get sore boobs for AF!! Nothing else is going on inside or down there! :-(

Jod- out of curiosity how many days have u been bleeding? When I had that midcycle bleed because it was only 24hrs I didn't count it as cd1, and carried on. Do U def think it's AF? Or just a break through bleed.
I read that unless u ovulate AF doesn't come but sometimes a light breakthrough will happen for 24-36hrs.

Radders-did u get any tingly boobs before ? Or any symptoms before your BFP? Sorry I've forgotten. Yes I'd do another one later so then u will know.

Summer- I often sit here thinking I'm feeling nauseous but then it would go so think it's quite easy for us to imagine things. The book that I'm reading says your brain will over think things when you are constantly thinking the same thoughts or subject. Right now I'd love to throw up.. And have sore boobs Just as I would know that I'd b pregnant. Funny how we wish this to happen.

Only symptom I have today is No AF still! and didn't fancy much for breakfast. But that's probably because what I wanted I didn't have.

I've got a list of questions for the gyne man tomorrow - think I'll b his worst patient!
