Thanks girls, that made me well up a bit reading that! Teariness is classic PMS for me however!

I must say I am so 50/50 this month. I'm swinging from stocking up on tampons to planning on how to tell my parents.

Radders you are not out until you out my love. I hope its back to the grad list for you.

raddersmrs · 17/05/2016 14:01

Jem I'm also feeling positive for you this week too Smile

raddersmrs · 17/05/2016 13:48

Jod it does and that's what I record. But really throughout the day you can tells the temp has dipped or not.

I find my temps in the day are lower than my morning ones in any case! But was just quite a bit of a dip just now

My cm is drying up I would say...

It it so tough when they're all the same. Argh. Xxx

Jodders · 17/05/2016 13:40

Radders I don't temp but I thought it was something you had to do first thing in morning? If it is then I would t go by the temp dip and cramping could be implantation too. It sucks that symptoms are all so similar. Cramping could be Ovulation, implantation, AF, uterus stretching.... The confusion Confused

Footprints - glad gp is listening to you and doing something

Jem I think you are going to get a BFP this week!

raddersmrs · 17/05/2016 13:31

Hi everybody! Glad everyone's ok.

I think AF is coming. I have dull cramps and I've just taken my temp and it's bit low so think it might be dipping
Time will tell though!

Footprints glad you have a scan booked in

SuchaJem · 17/05/2016 13:16

tee my skin feels warm but then I'm not dead! hahaha. I'm not sure if it feels hotter than usual or not?!

Great news re your doctor foot - glad to hear they are getting things moving.

I'm so hungry I've had to keep sneaking bits of my lunch before my lunch break

Footprints1 · 17/05/2016 13:09

Hello everyone!

Think it's common to get pains after ovulation too.

Nim -hope you had a word with those swimmers get them to swim for gold!

Jodders-* thanks, yes will rant to you girls now.

Update from me-
High temp still!! ?? No AF, cramping on right side- quite painful at times. Still not dried up either? Lots of clear cm. Just picking at snacks- can't eat much.

Spoke to Gp today again and kinda pushed to get appt this week. Said I keep getting cramps, decreased appetite and smelly asparagus wee (without eating asparagus) and now they have asked me to go in for an internal (oh no) and bring a wee sample. Explained about temp chart and ovulation issue and how I'm stuck in high temp luteal phase. He doesn't want to induce AF as wants me to have the gynae appt first. He's booked me in for scan (just waiting on date) but will be before gynae appt.

So at least few things will have been done before gynae appt as a head start.

That's Tee and Jem feel reassured now Smile

Nim I'm testing on 29th too!

Dtd last night too. Small temp rise this morning so we'll see if it's sustained.

Good luck to all those testing this week. I'm waiting for confirmation of ovulation. I'm due to test on the 29th. That's 12 days po. My normal luteal phase is only 11 days. I'm thinking about waiting to 14 dpo though as I will be properly late then if AF hadn't arrived. Plus I'm on holiday with my parents so won't be able to do to much testing.

I had a good feeling about the dtd last night. Fingers crossed.

Jodders I was cramping in the days after ovulation this cycle too! Spent a few days googling 'cramps 1/2/3 DPO' etc... Seems It is possible to have post ov cramps, so I'd say the opks and CM are better indicators! All things considered, I felt quite confident I was cramping after ovulation occurred.

Only thing for me to note is that I still have no signs to note, ha!
Jem feeling hot is a decent symptom! Does your skin feel hot to the touch? Was a big sign for me with DS x

I had cramps a couple of days after ovulation too jod. I said to DH I feel like my period is coming on early! They went away after a day or so and nothing since Confused

Jodders · 17/05/2016 08:47

CD 17 - 3/4 DPO Star

If you feel like talking to hubby about it Footprints pop on here and talk to us instead - that's what I do.

I'm really cramping today again. It makes me think I could be ovulating today Confused but my OPKs the last two days have been negative. It feels already like AF is coming. No EWCM (had that Friday and Saturday) I hope to god all my BDing hasn't gone to waste as I haven't yet ovulated! Hopefully Sunday's swimmers are still there if I am. I have broken out in pimples and feel my boobs are tingly at times. This stage of cycle sucks!!

How is everyone today?

The only thing I'm continuing to note in pink pad is being too hot at night, just feel like I'm roasting under the duvet. It has been warmer weather recently though.

I've got those Amazon ones too foot. Hoping that I get to use one this month if AF doesn't show up before Friday.

Did you say end of May for your gynae appointment? Not too long to wait if so.

Footprints1 · 17/05/2016 08:14

I have the one step ones too which u can buy on Amazon. It's says early response but the reviews say to take after missed period.

I got the cheap IC Amazon ones - they are like the opks but hcg ones.

You are getting so close ladies! Countdown begins.. X

Jodders- yes you are right, I'm not going to say anything about it now. Not even going to mention that AF still not arrived. As will draw attention to it. Just want AF to arrive soon so I can start over. Regret so badly the contraceptive pill - would never never advise people to take it.

Tee4me · 16/05/2016 21:27

Excellent news!! Still in with a good shot!! How are we going to get through the next 4 days?! x

raddersmrs · 16/05/2016 21:21

The OH got me the one step from Asda... He went morrisons first but they didn't have any. I wouldn't have known nevermind him.

Yea there's a bit of hope now.
I read that one step is 1000mui or whatever it is and early response is 25 so a big difference

SuchaJem · 16/05/2016 21:14

I had heard this before radders but not seen the one step ones. I've only bought the early response ones.

That's very good news - you can disregard the one you did this morning then Smile

raddersmrs · 16/05/2016 20:29

So I've just learned something new......
First response have different types of tests!

The one I used this time is "one step" ... And it's not an early response, only from first day of missed period.

The one I used last month was early response which could be used 5 days earlier...

I just happened to find this out by looking at something random on the Internet.

I just thought first response was early detection .. I never knew they were called different things!

Did you all know that?

raddersmrs · 16/05/2016 18:43

Been moody and felt sick all day but prob cos of being anxious.

Cm still a bit creamy but not much there. My tempt was a little lower this morning too so wondering if it's on it's way down.

I just think I am out for this month. Gut feeling

Looking forward to my interest cheapies to arrive! Only ordered them this morning and been despatched already.

Jem I'm with you on that one. Roll on Friday!!!

I wish I could stop work footprints!
You can still Carry on I think but maybe take a little more of a laid back approach. Easier said than done I know. I thought I would be laid back!

SuchaJem · 16/05/2016 18:29

That makes sense jod. Pull up a TWW pew and make yourself comfy Smile

Symptoms gone today. No moodiness no cramps. Tender boobs but nothing too dramatic. Am totally on the fence this cycle now.

Come on Friday - I can almost see you!

Jodders · 16/05/2016 16:54

Did two OPKs today and both negative. The strongest I had was on Thursday so I'm sure I would have got my positive Friday or Saturday. So according to FF I would be two days post OV today.

Jodders · 16/05/2016 14:29

Foot I don't discuss TTC With hubby at all as it would 100% stress him out and probably put him off. I think most men are like this especially once they have a child. He says although he wants another if he knew the chances of it happening where "right here right now" when we are BDing then he would likely think of a not so good part ahead and freak out. Does that make sense? So he would think..."ahhhh morning sickness" or "ahhhh back to nappies" and then he might not cooperate. So I try to spread the DTD out and I don't ever ever discuss OPKs or testing or supplements with him. I think men like to think it's passionate and that we are doing it so much because they are irresistible and not because we got a positive OPK.

SuchaJem · 16/05/2016 13:39

I don't think there's any harm in continuing to try. You may just need to accept that your cycles may be a bit longer and a bit more unpredictable. No harm having sperm ready and waiting for if an egg is released I reckon Smile

The pill has a lot to answer for really. GPs dole it out but don't warn you about possible impact on fertility. Not in my experience anyway.

Footprints1 · 16/05/2016 13:20

Sorry radders no BFP yet, but there's still time in next few days. Fingers crossed!

Jodders - sure you'll be over flowing in the sperm tank - don't worry X

Nim- good gold star for dtd so much Star

Jem/tee - so close now, not long to wait.

Oh some good news- DH wants me to stop work for a bit- time out for myself and get myself better from bad neck /back injury. So I'm taking 12 months out and see how we go after that. Trying to work in a physical role whilst suffering from pain is hard. Hopefully can stop my pain relief soon too as my work made it worse. SmileWineWine
