Hello purpleowl you are most welcome Smile

Have you just started trying?

PurpleOwl86 · 18/05/2016 15:50

Hi ladies,

Are you accepting any newcomers on your thread? I am currently trying to conceive but have agreed with my husband to not tell anyone and just wanted to have some support. For what I've read you are one of the friendliest threads here and it would be lovely if I could join you.

Thanks!

Jodders · 18/05/2016 15:15

I also never really had sore nipples. Just cramps when AF was due. I don't think I had cramps this early on last two pregnancies but I had symptoms like this last month and wasn't PG. Sad

Footprints1 · 18/05/2016 15:13

Jem/tee- I never got sore boobs or sensitive nipples with my 2 boys. Just felt exhausted and AF cramps. So you never know.

SuchaJem · 18/05/2016 15:05

I just feel hot and dizzy and weird, like I'm coming down with something Confused

Jodders · 18/05/2016 14:58

Like you are drunk Jem?

Tee4me · 18/05/2016 14:25

Ooo Jem this is all sounding very positive! Got everything crossed for you! I feel the same about the boob/nipple thing, having said that, I was noticing those symptoms last cycle and AF arrived, so you just can't hang your hat on anything. Was reading Parney's posts on our old thread the week before her BFP, and she was so adamant AF was about to turn up. Lots of cramps but also lots of CM (which I've had hardly any of since OD). I can't see it happening for me, so I will definitely hold out testing. Only got x2 Clearblue in, so don't want to waste them x

At 5 DPO jodders could that be implantation cramping?

I feel so strange today girls. I'm so light headed and woozy! If I'm not up the duff then I'm coming down with something. I feel like I'm moving through water or something! Hmm

Jodders · 18/05/2016 13:58

Hey guys, man these cramps I'm having are stepping up a gear?
Plus feeling I need to pee a lot.

SuchaJem · 18/05/2016 13:48

Hello chaps am back for my lunch break. Been feeling weird today since getting into work. Light headed, still feel like I've got fast pulse, a bit nauseous but hungry. I might test tomorrow Confused

I don't have sensitive nipples though. This seems to be quite a sure bfp thing?

Footprints1 · 18/05/2016 10:38

3kg that's great mimi!
Always makes you feel better when you lose weight. Keep it up as long as you don't lose weight too fast it will really benefit the reproductive system. It's also great for libido and energy whilst trying.

Been making a smoothie for breakfast in my nutri bullet every day. I kiwi, half of an orange, cup of frozen raspberries, cup of frozen blueberries, 2tablespoons of Greek yoghurt. So yummy and fresh!

Mimilicious013 · 18/05/2016 09:28

Kkkkk I think they do when we aren't ttc. Have exciting news, just lost 3kgs to date and can't wait to lose some more then dress up all sexy and torment poor H haha

Footprints1 · 18/05/2016 09:19

Mimi- I did give in. Too weak Halo

Taking what I can get now for when he plays the silly game of - I know u want it so u can't have it game. Might sustain a bit so it's not every day as he gets tired.. Ah bless..

Thought it was men who suppose to have a higher sex drive?

Footprints1 · 18/05/2016 09:13

*temp 36.35 that should have said. Has come down a lot.

Footprints1 · 18/05/2016 09:10

CD47Star

No AF, temp
Cramps in the night too (painful ones too) so think possibly AF might show. ? Although felt these on and off for weeks!

Radders/Jem/tee- hope no AF for you. You are so close! Hope the IC's arrive for you radders.

Mimi- my DH is 44 this yr and sure they get sour about stuff after 40!

I'd really like another child as will be nice to have something with him. Had a pretty awful experience with first H as he was never there to do the raising children together bit so I think it would be kinda special. Hope we haven't left it too late.

Mimilicious013 · 18/05/2016 09:09

Lol footprints, the playing hard to get trick surely works. Good on you... Did u eventually give him???

Have a little faith jem, you aren't out until the witch shows so fx hun. You are so right about interesting conversations. I think we ladies deserve gold medals for being so strong and patient

Ohh parney 8 weeks already, our baby is growing. Can't wait for the 1st scan pic of our thread.

Footprints1 · 18/05/2016 08:59

Morning ladies, pretty grim out there today so hope we can get some good news.

The new laid back tactic-
I wasn't interested in the dtd last night. Went to bed with a magazine alone. Acted cool like I didn't even want it. So the DH follows me up, does a bit of romancing.. Afterwards I jump up to go to the toilet and he says.."I thought u wanted that sperm"?! What the..?!
Angry BirdEnvy

Think they like to be in control!

SuchaJem · 18/05/2016 08:30

My DH sounds a bit like yours physics. We've been together 10 years, married 1 year (dragged his heels proposing too Hmm). He would like us to own our own home before starting a family but I'm not willing to wait. Has led to some interesting conversations shall we say.

Tee I woke up feeling like AF is coming too. Can't put my finger on why, just that dread in my tummy.

I might test tomorrow but I'm sure it will be bfn so I don't know if I'd rather just wait for AF.

Can't believe I'll be moving onto cycle 6! I never thought it would take this long.

Mimilicious013 · 18/05/2016 07:36

Seems like I'm the only one who had a baby early @19Grin
Jod, thanks for the chocolate and cake. If I could trade my H, I happily would for a much younger stud Wink.he is 45 so maybe old age is making him sour 😂

Parney · 18/05/2016 07:29

Oh Mimi, very sorry to hear about your loss. The thread had disappeared for me too!

Parney · 18/05/2016 07:27

Tee, cramps had me up at all hours before (and a little while after) AF never showed. Helpfully this is a good sign for you too. No appointment dates yet Jem until 12 week date comes in post. Might book a private after 8 weeks. Oh footprints glad to see thinks worked out for you after a tough start. I'm 26, been with DH 10 years Shock, married late last year.

Mimilicious013 · 18/05/2016 07:26

Morning ladies
Had a fit when I couldn't open our thread.

Tee just 3 more days to go ((drumming)) it's getting exciting. Radders and sucha ((waving my pom poms for you too)) in a few days we will have more graduates Smile

Footprints, I'm glad you got a new man and hope he gives you that baby Wink.im in my second marriage too after losing 1st dh. Yesterday I remembered what a wonderful man he was compared to this selfish oneHmm

I'm 35 by the way

Jodders · 18/05/2016 07:20

Cd 18 - 5DPO Star

Morning all,

Mimi I'm really sorry Things aren't right with H at the minute. I'm sure you can and will sort it out. In the meantime ChocolateFlowersWineCake

I am 31. I had my first at 25 and second at 28. Hubby is 8 years older than me.

Tired today. Finding it hard to get out of bed.

raddersmrs · 18/05/2016 07:17

CD26 Star 12 dpo

Temperature was 36.25 this morning so lowered again.
Still not in pre AF territory but still lowering.

Ovia is telling me to test but I have no tests now until my parcel arrives. Hopefully that'll be today but could be tomorrow.

I honestly think I'm out this month. Just a gut feeling really.

Tee are you still waiting to test??

Footprints sounds like you went through if a bit ... Glad to hear it's better now though

Physics - men definitely take longer than women to get their head around if

physicskate · 18/05/2016 07:10

I'm 32 - not getting any younger! DH has taken a LONG time to get his head round this. We have been together nearly 6 years and married for 2. We just bought a house, so I think that was the last excuse he had. I know he does want to be a dad, just a bit scared about giving up freedom and the additional responsibility. Ideally, I want two sprogs.

His boss recently started a new relationship and the new woman is now upduffed. When I gasped that it was quick, DH's response: Well they have been together for almost a year!!! He still is getting an earful for that!
