We used the Naty nappies a lot as my guys have v sensitive bums! They are nice. :)

I'm too lazy for reusables.

I also quite like Aldi and Tesco disposables. And aldi wipes.

DD seems slightly less sensitive than the boys so she got the Naty ones for less time! Neglected 3rd born. ...

I bought most of my nappies on ebay, I got a variety of styles to see what suited me and DD. I used them during the day with DD1 as she soaked through them at night but haven't used them much with DD2 as she still has very splodgy poo even at 15 months. It was easier with DD1 as I just tipped it into the toilet and flushed away which made cleaning easier and more pleasant. I didn't get on with resuable wipes as I only had 2 to start off with and they spent most of the time waiting for enough nappies for a load so got used to using normal wipes. I use Water Wipes so as natural as reusables.

My cousin's daughter they did actually get her potty trained vv early by 9m i think by always sitting her on the potty from early on. But I think it's v messy and much easier to wait!

Yes, if you can't be bothered with REUSABLE nappies. Don't go without....

Kip still in a cot bed. We will take the sides off soon but still plenty of space I can't see us needing to get a bed soon, and we've been given another so no need to chuck her out

I think Keep means if you can't be bothered with reusable nappies. We bought a cotbed for DD1 and DD2 is currently in it. We started off with a crib which DH slept in as a baby. I think DD2 was the 12th baby to use it as it has been passed round the family for 40 odd years.

Basically depends on your relationship with them. If it were me I'd just say no thanks we have one but you could get xx. But if they'd be offended then maybe not

imps look at cheeky wipes, or reusable wipes. Even if you can't be bothered with nappies, they are way better for cleaning and no hassle (after the meconium!!)

Re the cot, you'll want a new mattress anyway, they could get that? I agree it seems quite wasteful. Do they not want to get sth else, eg the sling, instead?

Bleeding started this morning. Don't know whether to put any hope in the fact that my losses had been getting earlier and earlier, to the stage i was losing them within a couple of days of an early BFP but last month made it to 4+6 and today I would be 5+2 so the pattern seems to have altered and they are lasting a bit longer each time. Don't know if I'm reading too much into it, or whether it's just the longer I'm on Metformin and/or the more weight I lose the better the chances of not miscarrying. I hope prof Q has some ideas on Friday as feel beyond helping at the moment.

I really don't want to take time off from ttc. We had an unexpected pregnancy/first MC sept 2013 when my period hadn't returned from breastfeeding ds2. We then didn't try until Jan 2014. That was a MMC and had ERPC March 2014. We then had a break whilst selling my house as DH said he didn't want to move with me to deal with all the stress whilst being either heavily pregnant or with a new baby and so we resumed ttc Jan 2015. That was my third MC, a spontaneous one. Then kept trying and lots of bfps and losses until Sept 2015. Then had another break so could go to Coventry during Nov 2015. Didn't ttc in the December cycle as needed to have my smear test done. Resumed ttc in Jan 2016 and really don't want to waste any more time. I will be 40 in less than 3 months.

Well I think some treat with pred anyway, so they might. I also wonder if it might be worth taking a month or two off, it must be really hard on your body

Yes, seeing prof q or one of her team next Friday morning. I'd actually emailed prof B this week to find out whether they would want me to cancel it or keep it in case things go wrong again, he'd sent a lovely reply that he wished me good luck and that if I am still pregnant next week they would scan me at that appointment, and if I'm not pregnant that they'd use it for the original purposes. No idea what else they can do. I think the only trial they are currently doing is the scratch, I've had one of those already and it doesn't seem to have made any difference, and the other one that involves taking sitagliptin for 2 months before then starting to ttc again but as far as I know they are not doing that trial yet and some will take the drug and some will be on a placebo and knowing my luck I'd get the placebo, and think if they don't start it soon I will be too old to be considered anyhow. Only other thing I can think is if they were to ignore my NK tests and just let me try prednisolone but not sure if that's legal!
