Cervix chat haha. Funny isn't it that you never even give these things a thought until you start ttc. I did think it's weird that mines so low I was wondering how dp doesn't feel it when you know dtd but it's never hurt or anything. Weird. I'm presuming mine should get higher now I've got BFP from what I've read.

johno I'm only 5+5 (I think) but it could be a few days further on, who's knows lol. It just feels like it's going so slowly, I'm far too impatient for this! 9 months is going to feel like forever.

I still have no symptoms at all so don't worry anyone who thinks they can't be pregnant because trust me, you might be and not have a clue! It doesn't feel real for me at all yet.

sarah1087 I'd say if it's defo ewcm then you've probably ovulated late, is it your first cycle off the pill? If it's creamy cm... then that's the only sign I had that things were not as they seemed as I got that every day after the ewcm stage (and still got it now) so could be a sign of BFP.

Yesterday I had loads and loads on EWCM I could stretch it between my fingers.

Not had a bleed since 31-07- 02-06 after stopping cerelle.

Could I have ovulated late ? Or could this be a sign of pregnancy xx

I'm now symptom spotting. Main one being feeling nauseous the past couple of days and today I've been sick a few times. But this happened last cycle and af arrived, so maybe it's an af is due symptom for me as well.

No AF yet, it's due on Wednesday. For some reason that chart puts AF 4 days earlier than it should be. I'm just playing the waiting game (fairly sure AF will turn up though!)

I like the look of those temps Johno! Maybe you're one of those people that only get bfps after a missed period? I think there can be quite a range in hcg production during the early stages of pg, so like you say, it's just too early for you. Fx! My bbt is still higher than it was before ov, but it's dropping slowly over the last few days. I've attached it so you can compare

Hey Anna- I don't know if I'm right or not but I always had the test strip come up fairly strong so maybe a faulty opk. What do the rest of you clever bunch think? I'm not a good fountain of knowledge with my opk track record

Sarah1087 sounds like you should be well on your way to tiring out the other half with lots of dtd. Fertile cm for you!

I never knew I'd feel so comfortable talking about my cervix. We have purchased one of those little syringe things as a back up for the days in the fertile week when we're too shattered to dtd but know it's prime time. It came up with a picture of a speculum- my husband asked what it was. When I told him what they use it for during smear tests he was horrified lol.

So I am day 30 now. Cervix is high and medium and lots of creamy cm (sorry tmi). Temps are going up and up. Caved and poas but bearing in mind I have no idea how many dpo I am it's no surprising it was bfn. Although I don't think it even counts, literally like peeling in the dark. So bizarre how these apps say different things. Obsessed with using all three though but to be honest it's just making things more complicated!! I've attached three charts to see what you ladies think.

Thanks pesky and Mishy. I think I am going to wait. As I can't be 100% sure when I ovulated I don't want to chance doing it way to early. Only reason I'm doing it a week today rather than waiting for AF to show up is I'm off on holiday a week Tuesday so would ideally like to know before then if I can.

That said, even if it's a BFN I'll probably end up packing some hpgs along with a bunch of sanitary products just in case!

That's interesting about the low position jj! I've been checking mine over this cycle, and found that mine moves a lot! Sorry if this is tmi, but one day it can be so high I can't palpate it, the next it's low like yours. It's quite fascinating really!

Sorry you're not feeling well sarah. I've seen some people on these boards get bfps at 10 dpo, but it might be better to wait?

I had to change my cycle length in Ovia Anna. I only got lines on my OPKs for a few days, with a positive on cd 15. How many days have you been testing?

I'm 13 dpo, tested and got a bfn. AF is due on weds, so I'll wait and see. Not getting too excited though! Fx for all testing soon

I think I read somewhere that doggy style is good for a backward facing cervix Jjspoon. Perhaps it may be time to unleash the animal within!😉

I know nothing about Ovia AnnaKate, but I would guess that it's calculating incorrectly if it hasn't inputted your cycle day right? Can you reset it?

Ovia says that I'm in my fertile window so I decided to do an OPK to see what that thinks. This is my first time using one and literally no second line appeared? Has anyone ever had this? The control line was there quite lightly but no second line? I thought there was always some presence of lh in our systems? I think Ovia may be out as it is calculating me having a 28 day cycle while last month was a 36 so perhaps fertile window is next week? Still concerned about the OPK though?

Any advice ladies?

Eugh... Currently making a peppermint tea at 3am after waking myself up with the first case of heartburn I've ever had in my life and my nipples screaming at me.

If I've guessed ovulation correctly then I'm a about 8dpo and I don't really want to test until a week today which will be CD27 and about 15dpo. Again though, that's assuming I guessed my ovulation day correctly - which is why I want to leave it so long.

But right now I feel like I want to pee on every stick I can because I just feel so yuck.

Mine is definitely always low then, I don't even have to put a finger all the way in to feel it... only just past the second knuckle TMI lol sorry it's also really far back though kind of angled funny. I guess when I start having appointments later on I'll find out if it's normal as I hear they measure it to make sure it's not too short (otherwise you need a quick op to put a stitch in) and to see if it's facing back etc (which I think mine is).

I much prefer this thread to the pregnancy one I'm on lol maybe I'll just stay here. You guys are all lovely!

I always felt like mine was really low but I don't know what low or high is meant to be?! Is there like a guideline of measurements lol

johno I've never felt mine to be low either, seems to vary between high and medium but never seems to change softness or openness, maybe I'm just not checking properly who knows! If you'd told me a few years ago that I'd be obsessing about cervixes and cm I'd have not believed it haha, this ttc business does some funny things to you!

Sorry to the ladies who've had their AFs and good look to everyone embarking on a cold turkey cycle!

I can't wait for this time next week when I can test (assuming AF doesn't rear her ugly head before then). My nipples are so sore it's ridiculous. My boobs in general are fine - if a bit bigger than normal - but my nipples are so tender!

Plus, I have a lot of creamy white discharge (tmi, sorry!) to the point where I keep thinking either AF has shown up or I've had an accident!

Just want to test and know one way or the other. If it's a BFN then I'm going to have to start working on some patience techniques!

That sounds about the same as mine BoBo. I'm just not sure about this "soft, high and wet" thing when you're supposedly ovulating. I keep touching my lips and nose to see which one it feels like! It doesn't help that I have bugger all EWCM, so can't use that as I sign either.

I never thought the day would come when I would be chatting with strangers online about my cervix! The things wanting a baby does to you. Haha :)
