May BFP Bus

ISW not heard that one befo either, but it is quite descriptive!!! When I do exam marking it stands for "ignore subsequent working" but from now on it will give me a good giggle.

I am binging on pate and alcohol while I can, during what is turning out to be the period from hell.

Feeling a bit depressed to be starting cycle 4 - this is the longest it's ever taken me to get pregnant, and we tried sooooooo haaaaaaard last month.

Hahahaha insane sex week! Never heard that before!!

It's insane sex week hanflan. It's the part of Ttc my DH loves.

My etd is 5th May for the list.

I work in HR and three people have told me they are pregnant this week. Three!! I'm in the wrong job.

ivory what does ISW stand for again? I am so bad with all these abbreviations haha!
Symptom spotting is awful but inevitable. Last time round I had all sorts of symptoms and twinges, then the month I actually got my bfp I didn't have any symptoms at all! So little, that I actually went out and got quite drunk. Oops....

I'm gearing up for ISW. Trying to feel hopeful. Promising myself this month there will be no symptom spotting. Last month I had every symptom going, but no bfp.

Fingers crossed for lots of bfps this month.

My two are great sleepers now. I think is going to be a very big shock when there is a tiny baby around again. My youngest is 5 in a few weeks. I never planned such a big gap but I didn't feel ready until now.

My first was a terrible sleeper for the first six months then not too bad but needed some encouragement to sleep until seven with a gro clock. My second was not to bad in the early days but was still waking at night until he was three, but thankfully sleeps well now.

Can I join pls!?

Wow, that's really not good, you must be knackered?! Do you know what's wrong with her when she wakes up? You are definitely owed a fantastic sleeper this time!

Like 5 or 6 screaming wakeups a night! And many many many 5am starts

How awful are we talking?! Haha yeah just stay up all night then, who needs sleep anyways.....!!

Haha sleep is still awful here. Like really really shit. So might as well have another baby and they can tag team all night, right?!

Yeah I think that's kind of where we are at too hanflan! For a long time I tried to convince myself that I didn't want another but deep down I think I always knew, I was just very scared at the prospect of having to do it all again! But I think I would have always regretted it if we'd not tried. DS is now pretty reliably sleeping through the night so the sleepless nights are going to be a killer. But we are still in the zone of babies and night wakings and all that. I slept terribly all pregnancy last time too so I'm hoping this time is much better or the sleeplessness might be starting all too soon for me!

Good work on the stats. I'll add my etd once this AF has arrived!

Basically, very much a "f*ck it let's just go for it" thing. I don't think I'll ever feel 100% ready so why wait? haha

sunny basically much thinking and discussion with DP. The thought of not having another is far more unbearable than the thought of having another and it being as much of a struggle as it has been this time round. Basically as hard as I've found things (even through the "I'm never ever ever having another one" bits) it's all just totally worth it and I'm broody as hell! Really want a little brother or sister for DD and sort of thinking why don't we just go for it and get it all out of the way while it's still hard?! I don't want DD to start sleeping through and I'll get used to it, then it will all be a shock again when the sleepless nights hit again!

Ah right makes sense hanflan, at least if it's elective then it should eradicate a lot of the stress like last time? How come you decided you are ready now? Remember seeing a post from you a few weeks or so ago saying you didn't know if you could face it?!

Lucky you kellz!!!! It must make life so much easier if you're actually getting some sleep at the start? How old is your DD? Yeah I think once we've started I'd find it hard to stop as well. Fingers crossed it happens soon for you!
