ButtonTum · 04/06/2016 20:06

Well done Charlotte, fingers crossed 4 you.

I'm just approaching the end of the TWW. Got a BFN this morning at 11dpo but on a 33/34 day cycle so going to give it until Wednesday when AF due and see what's up. Hoping, but thinking I'm out this month.

Good luck to anyone testing soon x

charlotte1990 · 04/06/2016 16:20

Yes it sure is thank you x

CharlieBear20 · 30/04/2016 21:45

Sorry to hear about your miscarriage Charlotte. I hope that you fall pregnant soon. I guess it's all one big waiting game.

charlotte1990 · 30/04/2016 14:00

It would be very hard I think... we've been trying since April last year and too look back to my thoughts now we would of had one now if I fell straight away ended up falling in November but miscarried in January and been trying since still no luck... Hopefully not much longer but spose will happen when the time is right that's what I tell my self anyway x

CharlieBear20 · 30/04/2016 06:31

I'm driving myself crazy and it's only been a couple of days! This is my first time ttc so i'm mega excited which is making me mega impatient. Although I should calm down, this is the first month we've had a positive ovulation test and I was told it could take up to a year sometimes...is it just me or does waiting a year seem impossible??

charlotte1990 · 28/04/2016 16:18

looks like ill be back going mad next month lol thing is im on holiday then so maybe the best time occupied and wont be thinking all the time fingers crossed :)

good luck Charlie, try not to go to mad waiting lol like I do
good luck fingers crossed xx

DanielleAmelia1 · 27/04/2016 17:59

Fingers crossed.. With my little girl I used the cheapest test, think it was a pound shop one .. And then with my last pregnancy it was a cheap test.. I never got a result on a clear blue until a week or so after my period was due

Good luck xxx

Fingerscrossedxx · 27/04/2016 17:12

Take care frazzle

Charlotte - sorry that your AF came...

Charlie bear - check this out www.countdowntopregnancy.com/tools/pregnancy_test_calculator.php

Danielle - that sounds hopeful. Fingers crossed for you

AF was due yesterday, another BFN this morning. Will need to buy more test... Any recommendation on brands? I tried superdrugs early test that's supposed to work up to 4 days early and tested 1 and 3 days before AF. Negative. Used a normal Boots one today, negative. Since AF is late can I just buy any brand?

CharlieBear20 · 27/04/2016 15:36

I got a positive for an ovulation test yesterday morning. Had loads of (great) sex, just wondering - how soon can I take a test? I'm a tad bit impatient haha

charlotte1990 · 27/04/2016 15:04

Fingers crossed I was spotting since Monday and came on this morning annoyingly x

DanielleAmelia1 · 27/04/2016 12:57

Hi all, I think I may have had my implantation bleeding yesterday although I can't be certain, according to ovia I have 4 days until I can test, I took one yesterday and it was negative obviously ...

I had a small amount of very very light blood at half 10 yesterday morning.. Nothing since ... Does this sound about right?

Hoping everyone is ok xxxxxx

FrazzleRock · 25/04/2016 08:46

Thank you all for your kind words.

I'm seeing the consultant this afternoon and GP this morning. My bleeding is very very heavy which is surprising considering I would have only been about 4 weeks so I'm going to the GP to check that it's normal to lose so much blood, also just to update my medical records.

I'm also going to disappear seeing as I'm no longer in the TWW. You've all been wonderful and I'm sure I'll see you all around either on the conception or pregnancy boards soon.

I wish you all the best of luck on this hell of a journey. Loads of love xx

Fingerscrossedxx · 25/04/2016 08:22

Another BFN today with an early test from Superdrugs (AF is expected around tmr...) I'm still having my fingers crossed but should manage my expectation.

Good luck everyone!

charlotte1990 · 24/04/2016 21:49

Think I'm done for this month ladies.. think I'm coming on 😢

DanielleAmelia1 · 24/04/2016 21:22

Hi all, I've been away for the day and feel like I've missed everything!
Reading this post is an emotional roller coaster .. So I'm just going to say this ..
Congrats to whom are pregnant :)

And I hope the rest of you find your time soon!
I wish we could all just be pregnant and everything be perfect for us all, it's so hard reading the comments when you guys deserve the happiness!

I'm due my period a week today and I'm hoping it doesn't appear. I'm unsure if it's possible to feel different this early. I caved and took a test today and unfortunately got a bfn.. Although I knew I would.

I've had serious back pain, stomach pains, today I've felt rubbish all day! I've eaten but I still feel hungry and my boobs are a bit sore too.
I'm not sure if I'm just sending myself insane but I'm hoping this is my month.

Sending lots of love, baby dust &a happiness to everyone xxx

Have you been to the family planning clinic to ask about alternatives?

I think it sounds like your OH is throwing out some confusing signals re making babies. I guess a sit down with him would be a good idea. Put your cards on the table and talk about how you feel and the tick tock of your biological clock. See if you can get him to commit to a discussion again in six months... But also discuss a more reliable form of contraception while you wait if he doesn't want any surprise babies. Men have no idea about the stress of the TWW if you want a baby. Sorry if I sound patronising, I'm not meaning to. X

Luvbeinmum · 24/04/2016 19:03

It's the powder. We have used the reality ones for females but they get expensive.

The issue really is is that he wants a baby but not ready. 80% there but that has taken him years to get too. Until he's 100% he would want me to abort. That's my main problem!!

Frantasic · 24/04/2016 18:55

My thoughts are if he's taking evasive action everytime he's probably not quite ready yet. However, if he's sporadic with the pull outs he might as well not bother at all and should know the risks. Does he say he's 100% anti having a baby? Also, I'm allergic to latex so I use the hypo-allergenic ones... Have you tried them?

Luvbeinmum · 24/04/2016 18:35

Sounds like a rollercoaster for you as well.

I'm so torn what to do or how to handle the situation. I have let it be with him for now. Honestly if he try's to have sex I either assume he's ok if I get pregnant or I say something at the time like so??? The chance is always there with pull out and I have made myself clear where i stand. Thoughts?

Limbo mode.....

Frantasic · 24/04/2016 17:41

Luv... I'm 43, have two grown up kids from my first marriage and I'm not in a "serious" relationship with DP. We have been pregnant before but it ended in MC. I wouldn't be parenting with him, but as its predominantly his choice we don't use CB it's he knows the risks. Well he's a science teacher so I hope he does. Lol

Luvbeinmum · 24/04/2016 17:27

Sorry my post today should have been CD 45 had all the blood work done CD 42....
