God I am getting so tired of the 2 daily injections... covered in bruises and now it is REALLY hard to find un-painful spots to do the stabbing!

Canters you there? As my "virtual" GP , please can you tell me where else can I inject an intramuscular injection? I have already "used" up upper bum quadrants, both sides, plus upper thigh, both sides.

I'm not enjoying this so far which makes me feel terrible, I wish I'd read more about early pregnancy before and would encourage you guys too if you want to. I didn't want to read it in case I got too excited/unrealistic when TTC but I was I had now as its all a bit overwhelming.

Think the mood swings are hitting in now too...

Kwik please don't leave, I feel like it really helps having grads give advice and support. Especially grads who didn't conceive straight away, makes me realise I am normal! But also appreciate we probably stop being much use to you to help with your worries and questions so makes sense for you to move on to grad threads.

Hugs vix you sound incredibly strong and like you have a wonderful partner. My dp was great when AF arrived this week he gave me the space I needed and then cheered me up when I was ready. I think sometimes we forget that they are probably extremely disappointed too

Jem I'm sorry to say I had that in my tww last cycle, without a BFP. Although, my temps rose again around 8dpo so I might have had a brief implantation. Bloody typical ttc answer, isn't it?! No..eh, maybe....eh...dunno!!

Aw ladies I hadn't thought of how glacial things are in the first trimester! I guess that's the downside of getting a BFP so early, rather than only realising one is upduffed weeks after AF date. How meh for you all! Midwife apts and scans sound exciting though -I'm sure it will feel more real after those! You see, we need you guys on here to prepare us for what is to come!! 😉

starky I had a bit of a wobble earlier - suddenly got some kind of stabbing/pulling in my womble which really freaked me out! Now I am on knicker watch! I have the early scan tomorrow... very, very nervous but better to know sooner rather than later - they should be able to tell if ectopic, if developing okay, may see a heart flash.

Suchajem fingers crossed it is implantation... for all my symptom spotting though I did not feel mine.

Confession time: I did start lurking on two grads threads... but this does not feel real yet so am kinda in limbo land as I am not sure I should be hanging out on TTC threads anymore either... but MN is just about the only thing that keeps me sane!!!! okay well maybe that is exaggerating slightly, MN is the only thing that keeps me less cray-cray

I've got small but nagging stabbing sensation in my lower abdomen - left hand side - just above my hip - on and off the last 40 minutes ish.

Am day 18 and had my positive OPK on Thursday ... Surely this is too late for ovulation? Could it be implantation?

I got the 20 twink but only used 7 in the end! You can't buy the refills on there own tho so 20 maybe better. I used EPO too bought it in Morrisons for £1! I took 3 tablets a day -1000mg start of period until positive ovulation test.

Hi hep it's a promotion to senior manager and would be managing a small team. Where I am now I launched a new magazine last year which is going really well, it's hard work but it's fun and there's lots of opportunities. Both quite different, both have pros and cons.

Yeah, take EPO from AF to ovulation Twink. I'm taking a tab (1000mg) in the morning, and one in the evening. Apparently you can take up to 3000mg a day for cervical fluid, but I found I got dull headaches when I took 3000mg a day (in fairness I was taking the tablets at the same time...Maybe spacing throughout the day would have prevented the headaches!)

Good to see you Stark. How many weeks and days are you now? Are you feeling OK?

Ttc is a whole lot harder than I ever imagined. Many many emotions. Especially when you think you've got it... Love and take care of yourself Vix.

Sorry about AF twinky I used a clear blue digital ovulation kit. Found it really good not having to interpret.

Oh vix, I'm so sorry! I'm sorry for getting all excited too, that probably didn't help. It's such a roller coaster of emotions, it's a wonder we don't all go crazy. I'm finding it just as hard on the other side waiting for scans and appointments too.

Taking a break and focusing on things outside of TTC and MN sounds like a good idea. Our broodiness is overwhelming sometimes but it's not worth making yourself miserable for. Please take care of yourself and remember everyone here is wishing you well
