Hugh enjoys ISW and his love affair with Doreen. He watches out for skittle tits and weepyitis. Mrs Arseholey Fucknut (Af) shows up when you least want her but brings wine and soft cheese as a consolation prize.

We don't have rules as such but expect to be talked down from the ledge with kind and well meaning but firm words if you get too hysterical. But most importantly don't convince yourself you're pregnant in the tww That is paramount!

We don't get a lot of baby dust in these here parts. We want a fanny full of determined Doreen, not unicorn farts and gnome tears with extra sparkle. We've been going a while now so the novelty has somewhat worn off and we're slightly battle scarred and bruised in the cervix area.

Post your stats and add your dates. We have a register thanks to kats stats I am resident piss stick queen and if you don't test, you get a Starky's Star

When you post stats, add your predicted test/af date. We are currently running at about 49% pregnant with the grads thread over in ante-natal which we all hope to join soon.

Lol jem I really think I would be pissed off if I got one this month. Next month... Month after maybe... We've dtd twice so far this week, I just went into ovia and I'm CD 13 so who knows. We weren't supposed to be managing it this week due to being away. I might remind DH that if I am pg this month then we'll have a baby at Christmas which would bigger up plans of going away for Christmas entirely. (We were home last year so should be away this year).

SuchaJem · 18/03/2016 14:33

kat I love your chilled out attitude and find it inspiring. Life is short - we need to relax and enjoy the time we have. I really hope though that your relaxed approach brings you a bfp, that said.

starky that's quite exciting. Do you think you'll test then?

StarkyTheDirewolf · 18/03/2016 14:32

Lol kat I am LOVING your chilled out mentality! It's making me chill a bit! I've not done any all month (opks) except to test dh's nose on cd 17.which was a positive. So either I'm having another surge of lh and am in for a super long cycle. Or I'm having a pre af lh surge. Or the other thing, which I shan't mention in case of jinxing!

sorry pug Flowers

KatOnATinRo0f · 18/03/2016 13:44

(I also apologise if my chilled out frame of mind is annoying for anyone who is stressed)

KatOnATinRo0f · 18/03/2016 13:43

Stark your cycles confuse the hell outta me.... So are you ovulating or maybe pregnant?? I have no idea. And I'm sure you don't either.

I'm feeling quite liberated not having done a single OPK this month. I'm not going to test either until AF doesn't turn up for a few days after expected. Balls to keep peeing on things. Ima get me a starky star!!! StarHalo

Sorry to those AF got... But I think in my newly chilled out mode that everyone should chill. I'm on cycle?? Can't remember is this 8 now? It doesn't matter. The docs won't do anything for over a year anyway. It's normal to take up to a year or so. If I spend ages worrying and not living I'll lose a year of my life I could have been enjoying (damn right it's all going to change with a baby.) I'm young, for not too much longer either! So I am in chill mode until the Autumn. (Where's that sunglasses smiley!! Wine)

Evergreen15 · 18/03/2016 12:47

Oh my! Starky so you could test tomorrow? If AF due then?
Nap for me now. Sad

StarkyTheDirewolf · 18/03/2016 12:45

Awww sorry af got you pug 🍰💐🍷

StarkyTheDirewolf · 18/03/2016 12:40

ever I'm cd 32. Af could come between 33-42. The opk has thrown me. Will see how I feel maybe tomorrow morning. I think I'm actually most scared of getting a positive and then waiting for af! Like it's tempting fate or something!

Pug that sucks big time!!!!!
Starky I don't know! Your cycles are so different to mine that not sure where you are. Actually I dont know where I am this month, apart from being sick

Evergreen15 · 18/03/2016 12:26

Kat you really cheered me up with that post Smile Maybe I should do that! Make lots of plans independent of TTC. I should start running again and drop some at least 5 kilos. Get busy with projects, enjoy spring and save up.
Grin

Pugmummy87 · 18/03/2016 12:25

Reckon it must have been an evap line as it appears Mrs Arseholey Fucknuts has arrived. Haven't been able to poas as my Amazon order only arrives today, I'll do it tomorrow morning, but I think it will be a bfn.

On top of that, just looked on fb and ive been fucking baby bombed again. Just shove in my face how useless my body is at making a baby.
Fed up with this now.

(This is nothing against those who got their bfp on this thread, I am genuinely happy for you guys).

StarkyTheDirewolf · 18/03/2016 12:22

Haha I really hope you are kat that would be amazeballs! And sod's law! Grin

Right, putting it to the crowd. I tried to beat the system. And did an opk. And it's properly positive. And now I'm really annoyed at myself because I'm crampy and hormonal. What to do? A conundrum!

Ever I'm good! Enjoying week offspring nothing (literally nothing. Apart from reading books. It's not even hot and sunny :'( and dh is out at physio appts for 2 hrs a day as he hurt his arm. I am itching to get back in the gym though. I am so chilled that I am feeling like I would actually be disappointed if I was pregnant this month. Like I can hang on a few months. Get more stuff sorted out. Get my body sorted out and ready. Lost a few more kilos. Go and stay with friends. Eat cheese and drink wine. Stay up late. Work. Save money. Avoid a December baby (which we've all decided is not ideal but not a major issue).

.... Who's going to take bets that I'm upduffed this month?!? Haha!

Evergreen15 · 18/03/2016 11:40

Flash I work in science and outreach
Fx I think that is great and I think i need to start focussing myself on the being happy bit

This bloody chest infection and back pain!

Bah Sad

FXSkip · 18/03/2016 10:56

Morning all, Ever it is sort of to avoid a Christmas baby and sort of because I am really enjoying my life at the moment, we are planning a couple of big trips, I'm considering taking on another exam, we are having work done on the house so I'm just not going to be monitoring anything. I really want a baby to be conceived at a time when we are happy, or not at all, so I am going to work on the happy bit and not worry about the baby bit. That's my plan anyway....

Jam I am so awful at keeping secrets so major kudos to you for saying to empty room!!

Pug................???

HepKestrel · 18/03/2016 10:22

flash no apologies needed!

We are all free to rant here and get it out of our systems!

Flashinthepan · 18/03/2016 09:39

Morning everyone! Sorry for ranting last night, have slapped myself around with a wet fish. Evergreen what do you do for work (if you want to say). Lyssie I've never been to Montana but it looks beautiful.

Evergreen15 · 18/03/2016 07:20

Fx I can't remember you saying about going on a TTC break. Was it to avoid the christmas baby?
Kat! Smile** [waves like a crazy woman] how are you?! I think I will resource to your methods soon, this temping and calendars and so on are not sustainable for the emotionally fragile as myself Confused
Starky of course you have to wait! You have built a reputation for those stars Wink
Pug did you poas this morning?? Line? No line??
I work in London but live outside these days. I hate my commute and how busy it is.

Lyssie I would love Montana I bet Smile

Lyssie · 18/03/2016 01:53

Ni4444 · 17/03/2016 23:14

Hurray Jam! Just saw your news!! Yay for old timers...I'm cycle 6 this month. Meh!! Like most of you I've gone super chilled after the first few cycles until tww I'll opk this weekend as O due Mon or Tues, but must not get too chilled or I'll forget to dtd! 😮 I also need more exercise in my life... Beyond dtd exercise!

SuchaJem · 17/03/2016 22:32
