Still asleep ☺ here's nearly 3 weeks of daily tests from day after af. Red was peak, yellow positive. Green was day after positive.

Just catching up now after the weekend. Such a lot of baking! I didn't bake a thing, but I could happily put away a couple of mini victoria sponges...

Belated happy birthday moggy! Sorry to hear it was a bit of a let-down. I know what you mean, though, and I often feel the same way. But then I have to remind myself that I have other, non-birthday days that are amazing, for no particular special occasion, and that is awesome. I think I've come to realise that birthdays are more often a let-down than any other day, just because it's so easy to let your expectations build up. So I try not to get overly excited about them now.

confused I am right behind you on the self-present buying front. Though I didn't get as far as making it a deliberate plan - I just can't help myself Blush Sometimes I wonder why, at Christmas especially, we don't just agree with our families that we will all buy ourselves a Christmas present, and that way no one ends up with a dud and everyone is happy. I guess it goes against the whole generous, sharing ethos of the occasion, but still...

Happy Monday all. This week is going to be work-crazy, so I am hoping to get my serious procrastination issues under control in order to stay happy and chilled throughout. Let's see how that goes!

Haven't had any positive OPKs either Jem. My lovely friend told me yesterday that she didn't either until she left the wee to come to room temperature-she said it was in the instructions of one of the OPKs (not in mine though). I did an experiment last night and dipped one immediately and another one later-both had a faint line and can't say I could see a difference.

Hurry the Hugh up hee hee Kat! I used to quite like the name Hugh but not sure I could use it now! Thanks re the Night Manager, will check it out!

I have actually a new method for disappointing birthdays and Christmas. For every occasion, I buy myself something. I buy myself exactly what I actually want. So noone gets it wrong, the other gifts are all bonuses.

Nothing happened jem.... That was the problem. But we did manage it last night.

Has anyone had weird side effects with Pregnacare Conception, besides luminous pee?

AF is now 2 days late, I'm getting cramping in my lower abdomen and I feel really sick. I'm calling in sick to work today which I haven't done in over 2 years. I'm just wondering if the tablets might have delayed AF/ messed up my cycle...

I too suffer from disappointing bdays - I am very hard to buy for and then I get all upset and feel misunderstood when I get a gift I do not like yes I am a complete bitch
Last bday I actually was travelling to Seville (my fav city in whole wide world) and forgot it was special day Hmm next day I treated myself to slap up meal.

Ladies you are driving me insane with baking feats... I am trying to lose weight but just get mad hunger from your pictures and descriptions...

I slept so deeply again last night it was amazeballs... I normally need to watch something on ipad to fall asleep and then wake up repeatedly during night - last two nights I have fallen asleep reading Malory Towers.. Bliss!

moggy I don't think you're being unreasonable at all. I often feel the same, I make a great effort with birthdays doing themed presents and thoughtful cards that I sometimes get a bit disappointed when some supermarket flowers are thrust my way! But then he admits he's rubbish at gifts and panic buys and he can be thoughtful and lovely in other ways (not on birthdays) so I just have to swallow it and make sure I'm clear about what I want and not expect suprises!

hep I made this www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/3682/ultimate-sticky-toffee-pudding and it was delicious and not too hard. I just made one large one in a Pyrex dish lined with baking paper. Tastes even better the next day and warmed in microwave with dollop of sauce on as flavour seemed to have settled in!!

sucha don't worry about post dtd wee, I always do that and still got my bfp. The ones that come out are the lazy ones and you don't want them meeting eggo! Haha sounds like your dh has got the idea! High five for Mr sucha Wink

Happy birthday moggy!

My Doreen is now away for work until Friday. Opk negative thus morning. Now hoping it stays negative all week. I am still testing everyother day. Not sure when AF is due... Will be 14dpo on Thursday/Friday, but my average cycle is 29 days which makes it Tuesday next week.

I'm completely symptomless at present except a slight niggle on the right of my bikini line in my lower stomach. Possibly very mild cramps this morning.

I don't want to take a test for as long as possible. I don't want the wave function to collapse on my Schrödinger pregnancy.

moggy you absolute poppet, I know exactly what you mean, it's so easy to arrange a little surprise or something special but they don't bloody think like us. Your watch sounds lovely though, he's done well there.

Managed a very efficient shag this am. DH was super efficient - "come on then" at like quarter to five 😳

Had to go for a wee straight after like I always do then spent the next ten mins winding myself up with googling peeing after sex and ttc.

Please tell me Doreen gets to where she needs to and a quick post shag wee doesn't flush her out?!

Starky reporting in for roll call, AF was due on Saturday for me. Have taken 2 tests and both are BFN. I've woken up feeling very achey do think she might arrive today.
