Hi all

So hubby and me have decided to come off depo and try for our first! We have 3 children between us but will be our first together.

Only day 2 after my depo was due and already suffering period pain type tummy ache.

I would love to speak to others who are in the same boat as me.

Hello, i hope you are right too. How ling were you on it for? Ibwas for about 8yrs. Last jab Sept 2013. First period June 2014. Bfp Dec 2015. So more than to years from jab to conception. I was also 36. Ds is 7mo now and hoping ttc # 2 is quicker!

Thank you. I feel like time isn't on my side as I'm 36 now. I was feeling quite positive that I've already got grumblings in my tummy that make me feel like a period is imminent. I hope I'm right.

Hi!

I had my last depo shot January 2015 after about 2 & a half years, got my period back in September 2015 (unsure if ovulating at that time) I started using opks in January this year & had a positive ovulation, also had ultrasound that showed I was ovulating. But have yet to get even the faintest BFP.

The depo shot will be a full year out of my system in April... Hopefully I can get my BFP before then though Blush

Good luck, it would be nice to hear a positive story from a post-depo user Smile

Good luck as the depo can cause a delay in the return of fertility. Some women can take up to a year to ovulate again so hopefully you aren't one of them. Fingers crossed for you Smile
