Interestingly, now I am tucked up n bed and lying flat I feel better. I had better stay here all day tomorrow Smile DS is at nursery. The luxury that would be - quiet house to myself and a morning in bed.

LuluJakey1 · 04/09/2016 21:12

How can you tell Cupcake?

I am not feeling well tonight. I am achey and feel sick. Am going to bed. DH is back at work tomorrow- that has gone quickly. Sad

Cupcake92 · 04/09/2016 09:03

Well I hope ur doctors appt goes well Lulu :)

I've booked my gender scan!! Grin
It's 3 weeks tomorrow!

Two things Ducky. It is tilted oddly and I have had two lots of pre cancerous cells removed (about 10 years ago now) and it has left a 'bit lopped off' as the oncolgist puts it. I just have regular smears now but had to have them every year for 8 years at the gynae oncology clinc where they look at your cervix with a microscope at the same time so they can get a good look at all of it.

duckyisback · 31/08/2016 20:16

That's great news cupcake Smile

Lulu, make sure you get the care you want! What was the problem with your cervix?

LuluJakey1 · 31/08/2016 20:01

He did Cupcake.

I have a Dr's appointment next week- to see if I need to be consultant looked-after. My thyroid was no issue last time. I have a bit of a dodgy cervix as well though so I might have to be. It didn't really make much difference last time- I felt a bit more secure really I suppose. It just means I had to go to Newcastle to give birth at the RVI.

Were work alright about you missing training to go for your scan Cupcake? They should be - they are a hospital after all! Good news about your scan. Nearly 13 weeks- only 27 to go, you are a third of the way there already.

DS is still up. He should be worn out today with all the running around he has done. DH took him down to the beach with a ball for a play.

Cupcake92 · 31/08/2016 12:15

Lulu I hope ds enjoyed his day up the coast in the camper van :)

Had my 12 week scan!!!! I'm actually 12+3 weeks and my due date is now 12th March :) :)
Can't believe there was a perfectly formed baby there Grin lol!!

It is sunny here today but a bit of a breeze and Ds wants his paddling pool out.He says 'poo peas' which is a bit confusing but points to the pool. Mind you he was stripped off in it the other day and pooed- DH had to scoop it out and empty the pool while DS looked on fascinated saying 'poo mummy'. Hmm

Anyway, I don't think it is warm enough today but I can see this leading to a meltdown so we are taking him up the coast in the camper van to the country park this afternoon. 'Bambam' as he calls it.

Cats look relieved to see us getting ready. I think they like the peace and quiet Grin

Cupcake92 · 29/08/2016 11:25

Yes lulu, I'm 12 weeks tomorrow. I'm due around 14th March :)
I hope it happens fast for them Lulu. I've recently heard that exH's cousin who has been ttc for 10 years gone through 2 rounds of ivf, they are pregnant due 8th March. It happened naturally for them as well.

I've still got my belt Lulu, as soon as I feel like I'm getting signs of spd I'm gonna start wearing it! And going to ask about physio ASAP as it took so long last time to be referred.

I've been given her insurance details. That's all. But I'm not claiming anyway as I've had my car all checked and it's all fine so... Yeah. But that's all.

LuluJakey1 · 28/08/2016 21:01

I hope it does too Ducky- they are so lovely with DS. They would be great parents.

LuluJakey1 · 28/08/2016 21:00

He's fine- eating well. He and DH had fish pie tonight with vegetables- DH made it. I had mashed potato, green beans, carrots, vegetarian sausages and veggie gravy. I can't cook fish.

duckyisback · 28/08/2016 20:36

Well I hope it happens soon for them
Lulu if they are trying. How is ds with his eating now?

I have spd too. I have a physio appt coming up, I'm hoping they will give me one of them belts to help.

Any news on the crash cupcake?

LuluJakey1 · 28/08/2016 20:07

Just a couple of things she has said when she has got her period and when DH said he wanted to TTC another baby. MIL asked us if we knew anything too which means she is wondering.

LuluJakey1 · 28/08/2016 20:05

Is that all the difference is? It seems ages since you told us! I hope don't get SPD.It sounds awful. I remember now how much pain you were in.

Cupcake92 · 28/08/2016 20:02

Omg congrats Lulu! GrinFlowers
I'm due March so just a month before u :)
I've had bad spd in both pregnancies so waiting for it to strike soon!

Ducky that's awful he's been such a tw*t ! Angry I'm glad ur finding the strength to leave Flowers

OP posts:
duckyisback · 28/08/2016 19:23

Oh no Confused what makes you think they are trying?

I don't know if he understands, but he will pat my tummy and say 'ahh baby'. My ds is very interested in babies.... Don't know if I should be worried! Haha.

LuluJakey1 · 28/08/2016 19:05

PIL will be over the moon. Am a bit worried about tellng SIL and BIL because I think they might be TTC and it isn't happening. She has not said directly but I have just noticed a few things that are making me think.

Do you think DS will be interested? He likes babies but just as something strange to look at for a couple of minutes and then he is bored. Does your DS understand?

duckyisback · 28/08/2016 17:54

Such lovely news lulu Smile bet all the family will be thrilled, and bet ds will love being a big brother.

LuluJakey1 · 28/08/2016 17:37

5 weeks. Early days I know but it was definitely a BFP- we did 2 just to be sure. Although it is a bit earlier than we were thinking, at least I won't be pregnant during next summer. If my dates are right, it is due around Easter.

I am going to try and keep really fit throughout this pregnancy- keep walkng lots and eat properly. I have a friend who has had SPD with her second and she is just crippled by it. She has put loads of weight on and has hardly been able to manage to look after her little boy - who is three. Her husband works away a lot and her mum lives in Scotland. I am worried at my age that I'll not find it as straightforward this time- she is my age too.

I think you are right Ducky - all of that drama your DH did last time was to control you. Don't give in this time. You don't need to be made to cry and be made unhappy.

duckyisback · 28/08/2016 15:25

Omg lulu! Congratulations!!! What fab news. We're all pregnant again! Grin how many weeks are you?

Well today h has been horrible to me. He's been shouting at me all day. In the end I just burst out crying which is very unlike me Shock he just walked off huffing and banging things.

I'm glad. Any guilt I felt has completely vanished now. For now. He'll start being nice again soon then I'll probably feel bad again cus I'm a wimp. But I'm going through with it, nothing will stop me now.

I'll be out this place by the time dd2 is here.

LuluJakey1 · 28/08/2016 14:33

Well, I have some news. I am pregnant! Bit unexpected but we are delighted. Grin We were going to wait until Novemberish but there you go!
I think I am due about 21st April. We haven't told anyone but I had to tell you two. I am fine, no symptoms as yet and it is early days.

DH has been ridiculously pleased with himself today. He is just grinning and keeps hugging me and hugging DS- who likes being cuddled so is also happy.

Have no idea how I will manage 2 of them but I suppose I will. Hoping this one is as easy as DS although we couldn't be that lucky. We are bound to get an awkward one this time Smile

DH has told the cats, very seriously. I think they are packing their bags at the thought of another one.

duckyisback · 28/08/2016 07:58

I spoke to WA and a local charity for domestic abuse who have told me whatever I do not to give him my address. But I don't really know what to do because he lost his licence last time it all kicked off so he can't drive.

So would I arrange to meet him wth ds somewhere close to him? I don't really know how it would work.

Think ds is picking up on it all though as he's not been sleeping again X

Cupcake92 · 27/08/2016 22:21

That's good ducky! I hope you get one of the houses :)

And that's a good idea, so you can just Tell him and have a home to
Go straight too. I think that'll be less distruption for ds. Just make sure you tell him he can still see ds and you will talk to him another day to
Arrange when he sees him. And don't give him your address! Even if it's to see ds id still not give out your address to him yet.

But I get what you mean about control! ExH and his family are very much like that!!!

OP posts:
duckyisback · 27/08/2016 20:27

Can't believe they can do stuff like that Sad

How has the sleeping been going recently?

Well there were a few, all of them had gone but estate agents said there will be a few more going up next week so they have dm's number (couldn't give them mine for obvious reasons) and they will let us know as soon as they're ready. They're currently being refurbished so should be really nice inside.

I have also had a few things donated to me by a couple of people who know what's going on (fridge freezer, sofas, tv) which is really nice.

Am hoping I can get one, then I'll have a day just sorting a bit of stuff there, then tell h the following day and go straight there.

The only thing I can think is that the reactions h has to things is all down to control. His family are all the same, they're all obsessed with being in control of everything, I think he thinks he controls me and I won't do anything.

Cupcake92 · 27/08/2016 19:55

Yes I'm gonna Deffo arrange a meeting with them. I've not even met his key worker yet either! Never seen her in there! Can't believe it can go from being amazing in one room to absolutely shocking in the next room! I really don't want him to not like going to nursery, and as he starts school young I really want him to be prepared for it.

How's the house hunting going ducky?
