Sounds like you might have had low blood pressure Cupcake. Just be careful standing up. If there is any more blood I would have it checked out but it is almost certainly nothing to worry about.

Ziggy and your dog will love the new house if it has gardens. It will be great for them.

People are noticing I am pregnant now. The bump must be more prominent.

Cupcake, we had a lovely meal out and a good time with our friends. We did walk home and it wasn't as cold as we thought n the village but the chill off the sea got cold when we hit the sea front. But it was quiet and pretty and nice just to walk home the pair of us chatting. DH is much more himself than he was this time last year.
He is so much more relaxed about work now he's on his second year at the school. It isn't new and he knows what is expected and is more established. He isn't stressed like last year.
DS lves staying with Sil and Bil- he loves the attention and she said he was saying 'my cot' when she put him to bed. It isn't his cot but it was his old room.
Will you have lots of packing to do? I think if you are organised about it, you can make it much easier to unpack as well. Strong boxes. Mark them clearly with contents and room and it means they go in the right place when you get there- unless DH carries them in and just puts them anywhere and ignores the labels!

Hey all - I've not been on here much at all since having ds in June. He is 5m next week and I can't believe how fast it's going.

DH and I are gong out with some friends for a meal tonight. We haven't seen them for a while. I am so hungry! DS is staying with SIL and BIL. We left him at teatime and he never even noticed we were leaving . He is sleeping in his old room there. I am looking forward to our night out. We are walkng home round the seafront. 3 miles wrapped up in the cold- it'll be lovely.

Sorry haven't been around, not got internet yet! Just popped out and got some internet! Not got internet until 12th December!

Glad your settling in well lulu. Is ds understanding his big boy bed? I find ds sleeps much better in a bed.

I am 18 weeks. You can tell a bit now. There is a bump but still easily missed when I have a dress on.

DH got home from work at 4 today and took DS for a walk. He has bathed him and put him to bed too. So I have had a laze on the bed for an hour.

Hope you two have a nice weekend. We are choosing paint and paper - probably will be a saga!

Ds has been to feed the ducks today - and quack at them. He is so funny. He wants to cuddle them but they jump in the pond.

I ordered his bedroom furniture this morning - it was on sale and will arrive in January. We are makng a big thing of him having a 'big boy bed'. He can almost get out of his cot now if he tries.

The cats love the new house- lots of places to escape Ds and gardens and a park. No roads either. It has been nice today and they have been lying in the summer house on the chairs.

DS is still in his cot. We are going to decorate his new bedroom after Christmas and get him a bed. Start toilet training then as well. We went to see SIL today and he wanted to go up to his old bedroom for his afternoon nap.

Cupcake, it was horrible weather here again today. DS spent the morning playing and then we made some biscuits and iced them with snowmen and marshmallow hats. Then we went to see SIl when the rain eased off a bit.

Was it ds2 waking for feeds waking ds1 up? Or was it ds1 poor sleeping waking ds2 up? Or both? It's so strange how similar they are cupcake!

I have got advice from mw. She has said to tell her to come over this way (mil is an hour away) and meet somewhere neutral and given her history of 'nastiness' towards me to take someone with me, dm said she would come. I don't know what mil is expecting, ds just screams and clings to me when he sees her.

I don't know if I mentioned but mw is also referring to a support worker as she said stbxh is bullying me and, in her words, 'starting to take the piss'.

Lulu that is so cute that ds quacks at the ducks! Sounds like he has settled in nicely! Is he in a bed yet? Or cot? What are you doing about potty training? I have no idea where to start weather is awful here too!

Well DS is wide awake and sitting on the sofa cuddled up to DH watching TV. Little horror! He is almost asleep and every time we go to move him he wails and hangs on. We are going to bed so he has no choice soon.

The weather is just dreadful and I am not used to the sounds of it here. Just want to be tucked up in bed.

It is pouring and blowing a gale and freezing here. DS woke up and was quacking to the ducks from his window. He has been at nursery and I have been unpacking boxes. DH has been at work.
Ducky - don't let her see them. She sounds like a witch from everything you have said.
Cupcake - hope you find a new place after Christmas. There will be more around then. How many bedrooms will you need?

I'm pretty annoyed, stbxh' mom said to dm when we split that she doesn't want to see ds and dd. Stbxh hadn't spoke to her since a few weeks before our split. He must be speaking to her again now, because he's messaged me saying she wants to see them. It's annoyed me because I think she's doing it to wind me up.

Cupcake - is Ds2 in with you at the moment? I think more houses come up after Christmas. Glad your aches and pains went away.

DS is over the moon because he can see ducks in the park from his nursery. He will be able to from his new room too once we get him in. We are waiting until he is really settled here after Christmas. He had a little panic in the hall today when he didn't know which room DH had gone in and looked a bit scared. I could see him from the kitchen.

I have to say DH has been amazing the last week. He's not complained once and I couldn't have asked more of him.

Is ds taking it well still lulu? I was worried that it might unsettle my ds a bit moving again. Dh getting his man cave?

Other people are screen shotting his stuff for me but I do it too as sometimes the true him comes out and he'll only leave it up for a few mins then take it down.

Cupcake I got the keys yesterday have been moving stuff in today and have a few deliveries of bigger stuff tomorrow (sofas, fridge freezer, washing machine, tv) then hopefully I'll be in there tomorrow night or Monday

I can't get over how amazing my family have been. I have everything like sofa, fridge, freezer, tv, washing machine etc at my house with stbxh but he has basically trashed it all (even though I brought most of it!) so they have all put money together and brought me furniture. I could actually cry I'm so happy:

Well we are in and sorted- on the whole- and knackered. DS has taken to his room, probably because he has all his things in the same place as his old room.
We're getting a takeaway tonght - can't be cooking. DH is just bathing Ds and once he's in bed we'll decide what we are having.
It feels like our house, we've got pictures up and photos out now and all the furniture is in place. At the back there is a kitchen/family room with a woodburner and we've got a table and chairs in there and sofas and a tv. It's really nice and it opens into a glass extension that runs across the back of the house- DS has been playing in there with his cars. So the woodburner is on and it just feels really nice. Cats are on the sofa infront of it.
We haven't got enough furniture for the bedrooms though. Ours and Ds are fine and a guest room but the others have just got boxes in at the minute. But we had curtains to go up. DH has sorted the study out in one of the attic rooms. We'll have to get DS's proper bedroom sorted and him in it before the baby arrives.
