I'm also thinking this might be the time to take charge of my health/fertility health. I've just started on the Seven seas vits (what a revelation, pregnacare were so horrendous that I only took them when I could really work myself up to it! These are great!) and need to cut down on the booze, eat more fresh meals and get back into the exercise. I've got a bit lazy over the last couple of miserable weeks and eaten my emotions and slept instead of moving.

Has anyone else tried anything else? I had a fertility yoga session and fertility reflexology last time but conceived after one session of each so not sure if either worked or more than likely relaxing and having more sex on honeymoon did the trick!

I'm also a sahm this time round so don't have the money to throw at these things...

Since af arriving I've been feeling really down and also realised I think I'm going to be away during ov this month (due later this week) as we are having Child un friendly diy done so I'm out this month before it's even started. Just want to cry. Going to try and dtd tmrw (had hoped today but DH is snoring away and I could prob do with sleep more than sex) and thur when I'm back but I think I'm due to ov on wed/thur so prob too late.

I conceived on month 6 last time I think and month 5 was a really tough time, really down and thinking it'll never happen, lots of tears. Think I'm going through the same again, must be a month 5 thing!

Damn it I posted before I had finished typing! TTC definitely plays on your emotions, it's all very well saying (like we did at the start) all relaxed and no pressure, but that lasts, what? A few days!! It becomes an obsession. The pressure is immense when you want something so badly. But positive thinking all the way dear.

Drmum gosh is it 4 weeks ago? Should you expect a period around now then? Sorry if asking tmi but what cm are you getting?

Haha why do you test with OPKs DrMum? I don't really get much sign of AF coming, unless I spot so it's hard to know what's going on really. Last TWW I convinced myself that I was having symptoms but I think it was probably tiredness!

I think I might have looked at that site last time I was TTC! Is the test line the one on the left? If so that looks darker than the control line to me so yeah I'd say positive?

Me and DH had a bit of a depressing conversation last night about what point we would stop TTC if I wasn't getting pregnant. I think last cycle being a bit of a mess has knocked our confidence for some reason. It's hard to say how you'd feel in a few months I think but I don't think I could bring myself to be TTC for a year or anything like that. So silly to be even thinking like that when really this (hopefully) is only going to be like cycle 1 seen as last cycle was so messed up. I don't know, TTC plays havoc on your emotions I think!!

Limbo is a good word to describe it, you just want to know so you can crack on! Dtd every other day is probably your best way forward, then you're covered in every direction! Glad your hCg is consistently back to negative though, that's brill news.

Haha don't be daft, it's good advice!! You presume people know these things but then I've read loads of stories about people who just DTD on Cd14 because that's when everyone ovulated obviously and then wonders why they don't get pregnant . So definitely shouldn't presume I'm not an idiot haha!

Sounds like a good DTD plan. We dtd again last night, for good measure, just in case as still had a bit of ewcm! Well I aren't really sure if I ov'd Monday evening or Tuesday as had the pains both days, so could either be 2 or 3 dpo, today is CD15. Ovia is telling me to test in 10 looonnnnnnnnng days.

Pretty sure she's gone now. Probably start casually DTD from weekend and then do every other day from CD16 for as long as I think I might be fertile. If the vitamins give me a long cycle again that could be about 2 weeks or something! DH will be over the moon!!!

Drmum hi lovely. Sorry about the thrush, bloody horrible, its so uncomfortable! It makes you want to scrat til you bleed! I hope it clears up pronto. Wow, so that's both you and Sunny who got BFP's whilst on holiday, this is very good news!! When you look at the ages like that I don't suppose it seems too bad. But we really do need to get cracking! Keep hold of that good feeling.
