DrMum83 · 24/04/2016 12:43

Hey everyone!

Feeling sad today. I was so sure that all was ok, id been feeling sick and seen a heartbeat. Just feel pissed off but trying to look forward. Couldn't sleep last night - was thinking about having to phone the hospital tomorrow and arranging scans and procedures around childcare and work. I dunno, guess I'm a bit all over the place.
Just chilling today, we just went to a little cafe place for brunch and now just relaxing whilst my dd naps.
Hope your head isn't too sore this morning minty!
mimi I'm confused, have you done a recent test? How many dpo are you? I've got a good feeling for you!
ohno - you never know, you're defo not out and I'm glad your ovulations are back on track!

Just wanted to say thanks to you all for being there. I really appreciate your kind words which have brought some comfort and I'm just glad I have you to carry on this crazy journey with! Flowers

Drmum how are you doing? Do you have anything much planned today?

How about the rest of you?

Mimi sounds like your body is as weird as mine!! Are you still getting bfn?

I had another bfn this morning and last time got my first squinter on 11 dpo so I think I'm going to finally have to admit defeat on this one and realise my imaginary symptoms are just pmt! Which I'm pleased with anyway because hopefully that means my body is back on track after the pill, I don't think I was ovulating until this month as I never really had a positive opk so at least if I'm back on track that's a start. I have to say though I'm quite surprised as I was so convinced, I'm sure I don't really get sore boobs normally. And I guess that means I am a little disappointed.

Ah well wine for me minty and drmum - and best wishes for you mimi that something becomes clear soon!

Mimilicious013 · 24/04/2016 08:12

Morning ladies

Still have a headache and wondering what's happening now.

ohnonotanother1 · 23/04/2016 21:39

Haha I love this thread, despite the shittiness everyone is still here!

Reaped my earlier post didn't actually post I don't think but no excitement from me. I'm enjoying a cheese and meat feast, had a small glass of wine and felt squiffy (which was a sign last time) so I'm clinging desperately onto a small bit of hope despite ongoing bfns. Though I think deep down I know it's just pmt and a cold so should really be getting drunk with the rest of you Wink

iwillbemrsminty · 23/04/2016 21:25

Good girl Smile Of course.. pissed as a fart my love! doesn't take much!!

DrMum83 · 23/04/2016 21:15

Hope you're ok drmum, am thinking of you. Thanks I think I would be thinking the same especially after your previous experience. God so cruel. We are here if you need any support xxx

ohnonotanother1 · 23/04/2016 14:54

What a horrendous thing to have to think about.

This whole ttc thing is making me quite sad at the moment and I've barely even started. I've known of so many mcs this year in RL and obviously on here it seems pretty much everyone has been unfortunate enough to have a chemical, or a mc. I even read in a mums group on fb this week about a baby who was a few days old who died unexpectedly. I just can't even begin to imagine what any of you are going through. And I'm one of the lucky ones who hasn't had to experience this - yet. It makes what should be a joyous event immensely stressful.

Love and hugs all round x

DrMum83 · 23/04/2016 12:52

Thanks all. Just feel so disappointed and sad.
Just wanna get it sorted now, last time this happened I let nature take its course and I ended up having a sudden miscarriage at work which was horrendous.
I think this time I'll opt to have tablets to speed things along.
Xx

Wtf!? Shit I'm so sorry to hear that. I don't really know what to say to be honest - my best friend had a mc this week too so I know how bloody horrific it can be. Lots of love to you xxx

iwillbemrsminty · 23/04/2016 10:36

Oh my god drmum. Jesus. I'm so so so so sorry. Can't actually believe it. There aren't any words that will help but we are here if you need us. Shit hun. You must be absolutely devastated. Massive hugs. I'm so sorry. Xxx

DrMum83 · 23/04/2016 10:13

Just to let you know, my scan showed baby stopped growing around 8 weeks. We're devastated.
Not had any pain nor bleeding so gotta wait to speak to hospital on Monday about what to do next. Sorry to bring the mood down!

Mornings ladies
Ohno, plan on poas today? Am getting so excited for you hun
.when is af due?

Drmum, drmum another scan. Grinenjoy watching your little bean dear and scan pics for us.

Minty, how was your Friday night.?did manage to go out? I was stuck at home and dh went drinking with his friends.today might spoil myself and have my nails done .

What are the weekends plans??

ohnonotanother1 · 22/04/2016 21:50

Drmum you'll be pleased to hear that when I was preg my poas addiction rapidly became a scan addiction. Perfectly normal! I never really had symptoms so panicked all the time.

My boobs are really uncomfy and getting worse. I'm swaying between feeling utterly convinced it must be a symptom and then thinking it's probably just my body readjusting to coming off the pill sometime at the beginning of the year and not really remembering proper PMS symptoms. Annoying!

DrMum83 · 22/04/2016 21:27

Evening!
Sorry- had a busy day at work... So stressful!!
Anyhow, guys, I've been a dick. Please don't shout at me but I've booked another scan for tomorrow. Me and DH have had a row about it as he says I'm crazy and need to try to overcome my anxiety without succumbing to scans all the time but I just can't help myself! I'm nauseous quite a lot but not vomiting like I was with DD. I'm sure things are fine but it's like an addiction. Anyhow, it's booked for first thing tomorrow. I had a good cry to DH earlier about feeling so anxious after previous missed miscarriage. Feel so stupid!!

ohno your piss pot story made me giggle!! I've peed in so many random things! Your symptoms do sound good though, esp your boob thing so hopefully on Monday there'll be two lines on that test!!

mimi - so what's going on? Have you stopped bleeding altogether? So bfn today but if that was implantation you may get a positive after at the weekend? Hope so chick!

minty - I used to love netball at school but the thought of any physical exercise makes me shudder! Well done though! But don't exhaust yourself too much - you need your energy over the next week!

OP posts:
ohnonotanother1 · 22/04/2016 20:46

Def not the only crazy one mimi! I do this every time - tell myself I'm not that bothered then go wild a few days before af and spend my life (and all my money) hunting down sticks to pee on. What's the latest with you?

Anyone got any plans for the weekend? Who is next due to test and when??

We've had a bit of a breakthrough tonight - for the first time in LOTS of months my son settled himself in his cot. He was stood up chattering then the next thing I know he'd disappeared off the screen of the monitor and was curled up in a ball at the end of the cot. Which takes away some of the worry about a second!!

Does mean DH is snoring away next to me on the sofa (another positive, I don't have to share my family sized bag of crisps and can watch master chef instead of some shit with loads of effects and no plot.) this is turning into a good weekend! Bring on the fictional symptoms and the non existent lines Smile BlushGrin

Mimilicious013 · 22/04/2016 10:42

Morning ladies
What would l do without you?.. I woke up in a not so good mood but ended up laughing my lungs out ((and I thought I was the only crazy one))

Poas on an ic and BFNAngry.anyways will treat myself to some drinks and junk food this weekend the big business from next week.

Glad you enjoyed netball minty. I'm such a lazy bum. Tried jogging but the best l can do is take walks around the neighborhood 😂

Fx for you ohno. Those symptoms sound exciting Grinhopefully by Sunday we will get a bfp from you.

Hie drmum

iwillbemrsminty · 22/04/2016 10:18

That sounds about right ohno, mine on Amazon were around £7.10 I think. Bargain considering they're like £12 or £13 in the shops!!
