Symptom spotters, tww - ers, slightly hysterical hormone laden ladies! Regs, lurkers, intermittent posters! Our raison d'etre is 'am I pregnant?' Depending on how much Ovia (Whybird/Ovibitch) has pissed us off/messed with our fw she is either the oracle or a sanctimonious charlatan.

Just a warning, we move FAST! Our threads last on average, about a week before they're full.

Thread 10, Welcome one and all! Group of weirdos, wee hoarders, covert opk or okp, depending on what your autocorrect decides addicts with a side business in CM management!

We like acronyms, we make some up: PET = Proper expensive test. We love the d(h)...which can of course mean 'dearest' or 'dickhead' why, what were you thinking?

Hi all just checking in - I don't quite have weepy-tits (😂) but I've got angry-tits. Quite normal for me pre-AF. DH and I call it 'raging' where everything and everyone makes me annoyed and angry. Had an absolute crappy day at work too kat. And sorry about the indirect babybomb - I had an indirect one late last year which is possibly crappier than a direct one - DH's ex announced baby #2 - now that's a babybomb to rival all babybombs! no pressure Lillian!

Do not worry about drinking before the 2WW is over - I do not think it can make it through to baby.

Rather than give something up for lent I may add something - a few year ago I did a sun salute each morning during lent.

I think FB is evil and I have stayed clear for months now (only having started using a year ago!).

I am suffering from rage and am in need of going on an anger management course... I was on a conference call earlier today and nearly flung the phone out of the window I was that mad!!!!

Also got a bit freaked out yesterday as suddenly realised that the start of second cycle - where egg collection and hopefully embryo transfer occurs - is not that long off and I am getting really nervous about injections....

lisa shrove tuesday or pancake day, is TOMORROW! Grin hurrah! I'll be having pancakes with syrup...Dh will have chicken, broccoli and sweet potato! He's hardcore into this diet now so the belinnis are also off the menu tonight as I'd have to drink the whole bottle myself!

I've seen two baby announcements on FB today. Both used the Chinese New Year of the Monkey to say something like 'we're having our own little monkey in 2016', etc.

I see people talking about pancakes! When is Pancake Day?? Not today, is it? I am never prepared for it!

So I pissed on my first stick this evening! It was tricky. I used a cap from an old night nurse bottle, as me and DH felt weird about me weeing in a drinking cup. Got wee all over my hand :(

Got two clear lines, one fainter than the other. Did not take a picture! The leaflet said its negative if it's fainter. Will probably still DTD as am day 15 and quite getting into all this shagging lark.

Tomorrow is reserved for eating as many pancakes as humanly possible but we are having sausages and mash tonight to say goodbye to unhealthy meat-based products until Easter!

kat it's a good job the new thread started already otherwise I'd have called it "thread 10, misery loves company" and honestly, I haven't really got anyone to tell! I'm not on fb or anything, I'd text my three closest friends as they all live hours and hours away, but other than that, the only people I've got to tell are you guys!

Ooh that's a good idea kath processed meat is something that would never have occurred to me! Are you having a massive fry up tomorrow to say farewell?

Just catching up after a long day at work. Starky, enjoy those peach bellinis. We're giving up processed meat for Lent - we've got a friend's wedding on Saturday and not sure how my hangover is going to cope on Sunday without a bacon sarnie.

Planet, sorry about your bathroom woes. What a total PITA. Hopefully they can sort it on Weds but FX you're too excited to care after tomorrow!

so had a really crap day at work today. also saw ANOTHER baby bomb on Facebook (it wasn't directed at me, like "hey Kat, guess what, I'm preggo, yay!!" more like "mr and mrs babybomb would like to inform everyone we'll be welcoming our delightful little baby later on this year yay!" which is lovely but :(. (also anyone else get freaked out by the idea of putting pics/info/news/scans up on FB? i just dont think ill do that?) anyway. maybe ill be so happy I'm pg finally that i will.
the witch arrived at about 8.30 this morning. so hopefully she'll hurry up and fuck off soon.
was feeling v sad now feeling kinda angry. and also like i want to eat chocolate and go to bed. normal hormones i know.
planet that looks really promising! can't wait to see what happens tomorrow!

Whoops just told DH "intense sex week/probably 10 days" starts today! Said it after DTD but now he's worried about how he'll preform tomorrow Confused damnit! Feeling more positive about this month tho!

That's sort of been my thought process jem I didn't have any wine with tea yesterday, and I usually treat myself to one at Sunday tea. I've honestly got no idea if af will/won't show up. But I'm 9 dpo, and my boobs are ginormous! I'm usually a solid D, but they feel (and look) mahooosive! Given that they're sore I reckon af will show!

I reckon if I'm giving it up for lent then I can indulge in a couple of glasses tonight! Lent starts on Wednesday and ill be completely t-total then, so might aswell get it out of the fridge! Cheers planeteer and feef 🍸

I think no harm in bellini-ing (as long as you don't have 12, ha!) I had 2 glasses of prosecco at a wedding at the weekend and am not feeling too guilty. Up for joining you in giving it up totally for Lent though. Is that from weds onwards?

Bathroom is unfortunately totally buggered. Toilet and shower completely out of action. Plumbers in on weds to try and sort, but might be couch surfing for most of the week. Joy!
