Symptom spotters, tww - ers, slightly hysterical hormone laden ladies! Regs, lurkers, intermittent posters! Our raison d'etre is 'am I pregnant?' Depending on how much Ovia (Whybird/Ovibitch) has pissed us off/messed with our fw she is either the oracle or a sanctimonious charlatan.

Just a warning, we move FAST! Our threads last on average, about a week before they're full.

Thread 10, Welcome one and all! Group of weirdos, wee hoarders, covert opk or okp, depending on what your autocorrect decides addicts with a side business in CM management!

We do not judge, we enjoy TMI, we i encourage waiting to poas nobody listens and all the grossness you can find from a group of intelligent, articulate ladies. Fart stories make us laugh, stories about cervical mucus, pooing, cysts and nausea equally welcome.

Post your stats and add your dates. We have a register thanks to kat, I have been dubbed the resident piss stick queen loaaaaaads of bfp'ers who keep us positive! We don't have rules, we love a good symptom spot, we try to stay grounded and not be hysterical sometimes we manage it aswell

We like acronyms, we make some up: PET = Proper expensive test. We love the d(h)...which can of course mean 'dearest' or 'dickhead' why, what were you thinking?

According to thebitch, ISW starts tomorrow leading up to a maximum fertility score (whatevertheduckthatis) of 10 on Saturday. And we're away Saturday night for a fancy meal and hotel thing. Blush getting my blusher on and ready.

I have fed DH pasta the last two nights I have told him I am carb loading him so he has energy for the upcoming events :)

Comisserations Stark, but at least it's the start of a new cycle for us. I used conceive plus once for the cycle that's just finished. It's ok, I got the applicator one, just squirted it in as high as possible. Didn't notice any more mess than usual, in fact there seemed to less, wondered if it kept it all up there where it was needed? Obviously it didn't work though!

You have my sympathies with the pain, I used to get awful cramps when I was a teenager, I was on the bus once after being sent home from school with the pain and was huffing and puffing like a woman in labour. Walked in through the door and collapsed and fainted in front of my mum.
Thankfully they are not as bad, although I still have months where I am confined to the sofa with a hot water bottle and popping pills writhing around!

Fingers crossed cycle 4 is the one! Kat could you put me down for testing/af due for 18th March? Thank you.

Thanks guys, my grandad is home now. I picked him up around lunch time then we my straight back to bed. Think my grandma is suspicious... only 2.5 more weeks until I tell her.

AF is such a bitch Sad the iron stealing, pain inducing, depression causing fucknut that she is.

I think Buddy is a cute name. Not sure it goes with Buzz though. And my dad had a dog called Buddy. But people call their kids all sorts of things now don't they, I think anything goes.

Still negative OPKs getting bored of waiting for the egg... Then a week with a flurry of excitement then waiting again! This is borrrriiinnnggg!!!! (Cycle 7 boredom)

Ever I think you've been dtd quite a lot the last week haven't you? Should be enough!

I'm definitely housing af. I think because she's gifted me with an early bloodbath, she's also decided to make sure it ALL COMES OUT today! I've had to strap a u-shaped hot water bottle to my middle with a scarf #recouceful. I was in bits till I did that! Now I can crack on with making dh's tea!

Giovanna and tom Fletcher have had their new baby, called him Buddy. I quite like it, I think. .. #hormonalproblems

I think I ovulated yesterday, maybe today (temperature rose this morning indicating yesterday, but I had pain today as if my ovary was up to something) so I am now on 2ww as I am way to exhausted to dtd tonight Confused so I will think I ov yesterday for my peace of mind Grin

I won't stress this 2ww says now as I will just be counting the days to holidays with OH next month Smile

Sorry about AF stark not to get your hopes up but when I was having spotting yesterday I did lots of googling of spotting before a BFP and there were lots of posts of positive stories. Unfortunately mine did turn into AF but like everyone says you're not out till she's officially in the house!

snow just folic acid and a multi vitamin berocca thing (with no vitamin A in) just going to continue in the same way I reckon with opk-ing and every other day dtd. Might order some super sperm gel, but I've calmed down again now! There's not much point in me using anything extra next couple of months because dh's sperm count will hit the floor so sort of feels like I can relax a bit, but that might just be because af is here which means tonight I'm having mango bellinis to calm my nerves after cocos vets visit! She's home now, poor little monkey is sleeping it off!

What are you taking?

You never know dubs she's not here yet!

Fuck me af, she's definitely got her boots on, feel like I'm being kicked in the uterus!

No af here yet but I feel it's imminent. POAS earlier on an IC and it was a bfn so as I'm 12dpo today think I'm out. Hurry up af so I can get on with cycle 4!

Sorry for those that AF has got in the last day or two. We need some more BFPs I think to keep our spirits up!

Technically I'm in FW now although no signs of anything going on which is good as won't get the chance to DTD until Saturday I imagine. Stay put little egg!

I do at least two a day kat at least! It's only fair given the poas deprivation!

Af is here! Which is a good thing because that means I had a 33 day cycle! So now officially cd 1 of cycle 3!

starky hope this is a sign your cycles are getting shorter and more regular so you can have more chances to conceive. Unless of course you're already upduffed in which case yay!!!! Either way it's good news indeed 😊

Yep it's all smooth sailing while its in the paperwork and planning stage... Doubt it'll be so smooth once we actually move! I've heard nightmare stories of relocation going horribly wrong. We will get an allowance which will mean our expenses are covered and the first month or two of rent if we rent somewhere. Dh is keen to buy but I think we should rent to see what towns we like first. He's very gung ho whereas I'm the worrier!

...how many times a day is it okay to do OPKs? ..... ???? .... ??? I'm only on CD9. so its too early to do more than one a day isn't it?????

I'm not hopeful to be honest snow I reckon it's af, but I am pleased if she shows up today, because I've had a bonus 33 day cycle! I've got all my usual symptoms and cramps.

That sounds amazing with your move! How wonderful that everything is falling into place! And so quickly!

I think I'm going to order that swim squirt sperm gel this cycle. Watch me not ovulate at all now! Especially nervous because now Dh is taking the extra supplements and with the weight drop and training (lots of cycling and steam rooms) it's bound to effect his sperm. Suppose I should at least be grateful he doesn't take testosterone and stuff! But my next proper go will probably be nearer to June now. You win some, you lose some I suppose!

Wow you ladies move fast! I can't keep up...

starky and whoever else has spotting, I had pink spotting last month and secretly got all excited only for af to rock up in the red limo of doom yesterday. I really hope your spotting leads to a happier outcome!

Dh is a Proper Grownup Businessman and his company has fairly easy transfers back to the USA as he's a citizen, I'll be getting a coveted Green Card (and apparently it really is green!) to join him over there. Then I can get a job. I'm actually looking at uni there too as I want to be a midwife and I think my previous science degree will help me get on a course there. Expensive to go to uni there though!!!! But if we are going to settle there then I want to have a career too and not be beholden to dh. Our April trip is now a March trip as there's some conference or something dh wants to do. He's lucky I'm eager and flexible!!!!
Af is a biatch this month. The cramps 😖😖😖😱 but I'm due to ovulate again in 9 days hooray so these short cycles are pretty good.

I hope those of you awaiting af end up waiting more than 9 months for her. And those awaiting ovulation I hope will pop the biggest healthiest egg ever. We have an amazing bfp rate, let's keep it up!!! 🎉🎉🎉

celi not till Sunday (which will be cd 38). I'm supposing I could just be having a pre-af drip feed before af gets her boots on. Hoping it comes early now because that will be a treat! or not at all and I'm pregnant, but I'm 99% sure it's just af

jem ill have to do some research but I reckon for me it means I'm out! Cramping etc, plus had all usual pms symptoms so it's no surprise!

Hello ladies just checking in. Having a bit of work done in the house this week & I'm already on my last nerve with tradesman! Anyway....

starky a friend of mine light pink spotted before bfp, out of character for her too. But if not then great news for cycles becoming more normal.

sucha hahaha mental symptom spotters, I've definitely a member of that club!

Sorry for the af arrivals, she is indeed a bitch!

If I'm on track I should (fingers crossed) be ovulating this weekend so trying not to get stressed & make time for dtd. Currently cycle 3 & trying (& failing) to be very relaxed about it all. Fx xx
