Symptom spotters, tww - ers, slightly hysterical hormone laden ladies! Regs, lurkers, intermittent posters! Our raison d'etre is 'am I pregnant?' Depending on how much Ovia (Whybird/Ovibitch) has pissed us off/messed with our fw she is either the oracle or a sanctimonious charlatan.

Just a warning, we move FAST! Our threads last on average, about a week before they're full.

Thread 10, Welcome one and all! Group of weirdos, wee hoarders, covert opk or okp, depending on what your autocorrect decides addicts with a side business in CM management!

We like acronyms, we make some up: PET = Proper expensive test. We love the d(h)...which can of course mean 'dearest' or 'dickhead' why, what were you thinking?

ni it's awful have test in the house isn't it. So tempting which is silly because of its negative it's really deflating. Although I know where mine are when it comes to it I will not hopefully test unless Af is late.

Am trying to relax more this month and not put to much Pressure on myself or DH.

DH and I are taking our pugs to a pug walk/meet up today, going to need to find our wellies as suspect it will be rather muddy!
We don't do much for Valentine's as our anniversary is on the 19th and we'd rather do something for that instead.

Aw Stark you get a Starky Star 🌟!! Are you sure it's safe to have the frer in the house? I took my tests out of the bathroom, chucked them in a plastic bag, tied them up, and hid them under the bed. That helped!.. Although to be honest since the move I haven't a clue where they are! Just as well! Wink

We went to see Book of Mormon..it was my Xmas present! Funny and entertaining, but not as outrageous as I thought it would be the way people have been going on about it!
Mi that's lovely. Love when OHs get a bit sweet and soppy! 💕 Hope my OH has got me a card!

Hello ladies!!! Just catching up on two whole days of messages
Glad to hear everyone is a mad with poas as before.
I am (I think ) on fw but according to Ovia that has finished. According to Kindara, FF, my temps and my poas, I have not ovulated yet, so I will go with that. Ovia is so weird. And so wrong.
We just booked holidays for March and for May GrinGrinGrin
This might be the last year we go on our own, so making the most out of it.
He seems to think that when baby comes we won't be able to travel for three years Hmm I then had to make it clear that my mum is in Spain and this baby is clearly travelling to Spain before then.
I am talking about an imaginary baby of course Envy

DH just sent me a lovely text asking to be my valentines. He did this exactly ten years ago and has not done it since.

Hey ni ! No bfp's of late I don't think. I'm now 10 mins into 15 dpo. Going slowly insane because af isn't due for another week. Not testing as per usual but may see if we can nip out this week for a frer, just to have in the house, possibly just to get af to hurry up! If I do a frer then af will definitely show up an hour later! Don't reckon I've managed it this month though. Other than standard af symptoms I've got nothing out of the ordinary really.

What show did you go to see? I love the theatre! We're doing valentine's day on Monday because Dh has to work tomorrow. Xx

Hello ladies!!! I'm clearly trying to play it cool this month so barely checking the thread, and not poas! But...you all know how this goes...I'm only CD10 and I'll go mental next week! I am temping and started EPO when amazon finally delivered it yesterday. Will opk from next week (O day not til about CD18 so plenty time!)

Had a lovely pre V day date night here too...dinner and a show. Nice to get dressed up and be a proper dating couple for a change!
Have I missed any BFPs?? Any other big news? Hope you're all chilling, dtd, and enjoying the weekend! Xx

So just taken my last norethisterone tablet and am just on nasal spray until I get af - then the fun of almost daily scans, bloods tests and mahoosive injections start... Am getting excited and nervous!

Hello everyone. Had a nice pre-Vday date with DH to a museum this afternoon. I love museums and all nerdy cultural stuff like that.

Got my first line on an OPK today but it wasn't as dark as the control and the leaflet said it's only positive if it's as dark as or darker than the control so...-shrug- Also a tiny bit of very light brown discharge. I think I am going to have to visit gynae to be honest because my cycle is only being 12/15 days in total, pretty sure this will be the same with AF arriving very heavily and painfully tomorrow or something. Hate it Sad

Hope the hangover clears soon Kat, i cannot drink like i did when i was younger anymore!

Almost certain i am out, getting more reddish discharge than brown now. Expecting AF to be in full swing in the morning. The only thing that is bothering me is i keep getting this right sided pelvic pain, its not cramping, more like a stretching/pulling sensation.

On the bright side, think it has clicked with DH about frequency of sex, we heard an advert on the radio for life insurance today, where a woman announces she's pregnant. DH turns to me in the car and says 'We need to be at it like rabbits really don't we?' Think we might have cracked it!

Hi all. Have been v quiet today as I have been very ill hungover as hell and have only now felt able to read small letters on a v bright screen. Not sufficiently to actually read the whole thread yet. Pizza is in the oven, gimme a few hrs and I'll be grand. (Wtf... It's 6.30pm... Oh to be 19 again and you're right as rain by noon!!)

Always happy to help! Not sure you could quarter a tablet but 6 would probably do. 200mcg is a very tiny amount. Think 1 grain of rice weighs about 20mg So 20000mcg!

Right then ladies please help me work though out. I have to take 5mg of folic acid due to dn having spina biffida. Now dr has prescribed me 3 month supply on repeat prescription but only 800mcg. Now how much do I take to get full 5mg?

moggy sorry to hear you're feeling crappy, cystitis is absolutely brutal.

Thank you jem and choc, he was an absolute gentleman and I miss him dearly. I would go as far as saying it was the hardest day of my life. I'll spare you the details but he fell asleep with his head in my lap so I guess at least he knew I was with him
