Cat - oh lovely I don't know how you have coped 113 days is that how long it's been since a period? I would defo try Angus castus few of the girls on here have used it and there periods have returned quicker!

Bobo - yeah your right the only thing I've had is constipation had it since Tuesday finally went todsy but think it's the seven seas vitamins I'm taking with the iron cause I'm only 6dpo so would be too early for anything! When are U testing again babe?

Just wanted to say to the girls on here who have been like a saviour at times on here and your all so lovely! I commented on a thread on here before and because I asked a question and didnt support someone who had a bfn she jumped down my throat and said 'none of you have supported me whilst your all talking about constipation at 6dpo' I was like defo won't be commenting on that one again! I'm on my 3rd can of dark fruit strongbow here so think I'm waffling ahha! XXXX

Chapman - it's hard not to think every tww will be the one we get a bfp! Really have my fx for you for testing day 😊 At least if it is bfn you can distract yourself with a girly day out and drink alllll the alcohol you can find😆 X

Mummy - fx it's nothing serious but they do find a quick fix for you and help you concieve soon X

Cat - have you looked into Agnus castus? It could help shorten your cycles 😊 X

Sunny, Maple you are giving me hope on this super long first cycle! 😀. I have stopped counting the days its been so long, I think its 113 or something silly like that.

Im not really using opk's I did try for a few weeks but kind of gave up on it. Never heard of them before flicking through these threads so im learning lots at the mo. Any more info on what i could be doing is most appreciated!! Feel like its all totally out of my control!!

Hi all, been a bit quite on here, on day 71 at the moment. Had a pelvic and abdomen scan yesterday and she kept asking me when my last period was but didn't say much else. Took a lot of photos though. I now need to stand my ground at the docs next week cos if the scan comes back normal I need to get them to do blood tests for my thyroid etc given my history.

Can't help stressing it's something more serious though.

Bobo - same here Hun it's the longest wait of your life isn't it haha! I hope so but trying not to get my hopes up as I do every month! I'm due on on Sunday and I'm supposed to be going out with all the girls next Saturday In Newcastle on a all day session so I'm going to have to test Saturday just in case! Fx for us xxxx

Hi Ladies,
Not been on here in a while, was getting stressed out at the lack of any ov symptoms and completely random cycles. I seemed to be getting nowhere with the OPKs. To top it off DH was also feeling the pressure so we were managing to dtd once a week at best.

Felt a bit out of sorts at the gym last weekend so did a clear blue digi test - BFP 3+ weeks!!!

So just wanted to share to prove that you do not always get the signs you've ov'd but it can still be happening.

I'm now a complete nervous wreck as this is pregnancy no. 2 with the first having ended at 8 weeks. I honestly don't know how to stop stressing. But know I should feel happy we've at least conceived again.

Congratulations to the other ladies with BFPs and fx for more to come.

Hello ladies! I am still lurking but have been having a break from the site for a while as we decided to wait another couple of months before carrying on ttc as my maternity package at work means that I wouldn't get paid my 6 months mat leave if I went on another batch of maternity within 12 months of the last lot...so i need a baby due on or after 4th Feb which means a while to go still!! So lovely to hear happy stories of success after the wretched pill. Am pleased to say that my cycles have settled down a little bit now and are down to 27/28 days. Have decided not to go back on the pill again unless I'm fairly sure we won't have anymore children as I don't want the same thing to happen to my body!!

33day first cycle is great! Fx this one is only a little bit longer and you get a positive Opk soon! Don't remind me about the spots 😩 Mine were so bad after stopping the pill I looked like a teenager again! 5 months off of it and I am still getting them though not so many thank god!

Bobo - I haven't gone out to buy any for that reason I am so impatient! Can I ask have you dried up down there or are you still getting cm?

Sunny - thanks Hun it's not tmi just I have dried up down there now and when I've been reading into it people who have had there bfp have had it constantly since ovulation so I was just wondering but it's re assuring to know you only started it after your bfp! Xx

Sciatica was bad today only for like an hour but I only usually get that the week leading up to AF! Because of this genuinely feel like I'm out already feel like shit today xxxxx

We are TTC #1 and came off pill at start of Feb. First cycle was 33 days (ov'd CD24). On CD28 of second cycle now and no ovulation yet ... Looks like it's going to be a long one. Was hoping cycle length would decrease not increase!

Doing OPK's and every day they have the same shade of line that just isn't getting darker ... Very frustrating!

Also getting spots that the pill was obviously keeping away! Love that it's out of my system enough to make me spotty but not enough to ovulate on time!

Sunny I think you gave me some advise when I first came off pill ... Congrats on your BFP ... fab news!!

Suppose ur right bobo but I'm just gona dhd every 2 to 3 days and when I get ewcm il Deffo be doing it hopefully it's not a long cycle like this one cause il will crack :(

I came off the pill at the end of November and my first cycle was 76days! I too thought I'd pretty much go straight back to normal but nope. We all know how frustrating it is to want to start trying and having a stupid body that makes you wait

Do you have any idea when you are ovulating? Using opks? Or just waiting this one out?

Thats poo Shan but atleast it's nearly over and you can try again Have you tried opks? Ov pains aren't always a great indicator of when to dtd as they can come on after ovulation and by then it's too late.

Chapman I' think I'm going to have to give my frers to dh to hide so I'm not tempted! I'm going to try and wait until after af is due but knowing me I will cave at 12dpo haha

I'm now 1dpo! Had strong lines on Opk Sunday, darker than control line on Monday and I felt the Egg release at 10pm last night (34 hrs after first darker than control Opk!!)

Really hope we caught it this cycle!

Remember I said I shud of ov the 19th/20th as I got bad pains and ewcm the 19th and I knew in my head I shud of DH that night but I had a fight with dhd that night so I didn't but I done it the 20th which was the next day but af just arrived which makes ov the 19th exactly I can't believe I missed ov by a day !!!
