cookie i think i am possibly 2dpo.
I sneakily scanned my ovaries last night at work and think i saw a corpus luteum on the left which is the side my cramping was on.

Cookie I'm right behind you 5dpo no signs or symptoms to report apart from a little CM trying to think positive this will be our cycle!! When ru going to test? Xx

Planet, have you managed to test again this morning? First, I'm sorry to hear your cycles is at that confusing stage! Ewcm can happen after ov (I learned that this cycle!). What cd are you on? Keep trying to dtd every other day hun! Hopefully your gp consultation will be helpful!

I'm 6dpo today and still zero symptoms. Feeling really nervous now as it was at this point last month where I started getting crampy and AF arrive only a short time later. Really hoping my luteal phase has been extended and the b6 has worked its magic! Xx

ilovechoc i started agnus castus (which is another name for it) at about cd18 this cycle. may get some more to start at the beginning of my next cycle as I ran out of the tiny bottle that i got from my local health shop during this cycle.

i briefly looked into soy isoflavones too as an alternative.

I don't actually see a surge the first time. I just assumed my sensitive nipples were due to being in luteal phase after ovulating.
I have not seen a positive one today either, but i would have missed it now if thats what the cramps were last night!

I only have 3 opks left. I shall have to use them wisely as I am thinking of weaning myself off them.

Though they are helpful during a run of night shifts etc to know if i should make a very special effort.

Have you thought of trying chasteberry? You can get it from health shops. It helps fix your hormone levels, particularly after the pill. Have a few friends that swear it helped them get pregnant . My friend at work ttc was on the injection and had her first period 1 month after taking it. Gps sometimes suggest it. Good luck xx

I haven't been postin for a while as keeping it a bit more relaxed this tww!
First - you sound like you are having a similar cycle to me so thought I'd share invade it helps. I thought I had ovulated as had ovary pain and positive opks. I was almost at the end of my tww when I had some more ovary pain (which I put down to something else at the time) and then Ewcm in following days! Thought I cant be ovulating as I was in tww but opks said otherwise! I obviously had and oh surge the first time but no egg was released!! This might be the same for you so my advice would be to keep doing opks like normal and dtd when you can just in case 😊

I'm 7dpo now and been have cramps, aches, twinges, everything is going on down there so waiting for af to show up but at least that means I ovulated properly 😊

I've just had some ewcm just for good measure and confusion!
can't did as i will have left for my night shift before husband gets home...

I'll get an FRER for the morning. Would be exceedingly bizarre if it was positive (although amazing, obv) but something weird is going on...

Hugs first it's so difficult reading the signs! I'm with you on the confusion! Cd 75 and had 3 days of positive opks last week. Couldn't test over the weekend but thought I'd definitely peaked and so it wouldn't matter. Have had sore nipples and needed to wee loads the last couple of days, and have been constantly on the verge of tears. Just did another opk and got this pretty much immediately. Whaaaat's going ooooon???! Where are you, egg?!

Have seen the dr who's referred me for bloods and a pcos screening. So confused right now!

It's so confusing as all the signs mean different things at different times!! I suppose it doesn't matter when you OV as long as you catch it which you hopefully have!!! It might be another long TWW for you now!! Xxx

looking back at my app I logged that I had ewcm on thursday and friday. but i think i may have just turned a blind eye as I was convinced i was in the 2ww!

I DTD on thursday evening and sunday am.
So if my cramps pains yesterday evening was ovulation then maybe I have timed it well!

no more DTD this week i expect as I am on nights.

So confusing First it must be driving you mad!! Have you got any other signs of OV such as EWCM? Maybe do an OPK each day now and see if you get a peak??? Xx

cn i am now convincing myself that my symptoms the last few days ma have been ovulation. no opks to back it up though! other than ones looking like this today:

I know tell me about it i think im just going to get the implant again every other contraception seems to mess your body up!

cn i think some bloods would give me some clarity. i doubt the gp themselves will be able to fill in many gaps without those.

once i eventually need contraception again i'm getting the coil!

Update with me no ewcm anymore its very dry. boobs still a bit tender but aprt from that no symtoms! no AF symptoms either but then again i dont know whether im due to come on on the 10th or 21st! x

Now trying to work out if I didn't actually ovulate on 27th.
Could be I haven't ovulated at all... or did I ovulate yesterday with all my cramps?
My breast tenderness and sensitive nipples could all be related to oestrogen around ovulation (or just messed up hormones in general!).
Think I need some bloods!

Some EWCM today also? Ov could be on its way I think? CD 11 it is for me :)

Hope the GP is happy to make referrals for me at this stage rather than telling me to wait.

Just a bit impatient. Now is a good time career wise to get pregnant and take some time out, so don't want to wait forever!

Shankate I always get really sore nipples around Ovulation!

First it's still early days to test I would still do a FRER if AF doesn't arrive by Thurs. Good to get the ball rolling with the GP and try to stay positive my friend only had on average two cycles a year and then got pregnant the first month she started Ovulation meds (not sure of the name) so there is lots of options out there and we will get out BFPs eventually xxxx
