BoBo sorry about AF but I know the feeling after a long post pill it's quite a relief FX your cycle will shorten now so you can catch OV and get your BFP xx

I'm sure loads of us are asking the same question Shankate! But basically I'm sure it's because sperm has a pretty though journey to get to the egg so sometimes they don't make it! With lots of other factors like sperm quality effecting it too! Even if the sperm does fertilise the egg the egg still has to implant so it really is quite a challenge but 88% of people TTC will convince within 12 months so looks like we just need to keep at it! Xxx

But on the day I ovulated last month dhd? Why didn't I catch it ?

I have an Opk master plan for this cycle! Because I don't know how long it will be or when I will ov I'm going to test mon/thurs until I get a faint line, then every day until it gets darker and then I will be testing 2/3 times a day!! I'm determined not to miss my egg 😉

My cycle length were cycle 1 31 and cycle 2 was 28 days? This is my 3rd cycle and I'm on cd 13? Nd I'm not using opks jus using this app

Planteer yes that was me with the super strong OPKs. Have felt worse as the day has gone on but had hairdressers and strangely enough I get anxious going there because I felt I'll and had to leave early once... my body remembers that so tend to feel ill. My poor hairdresser is AMAZING and he always does enough talking to distract me and I'm normally laughing by the end of the appointment! Doesn't explain the boobs and cramps though.

Chapman.. OK... tmi overload then we haven't had full unprotected sex. We were at foreplay stage using hands and he came aimed at where his fingers were in me so there is a potenial as he was still using his fingers that some got in me...you asked for info haha. HIGHLY unlikely though. We've done the same before and I questioned if I could on the last post I think.

Cookie strange you say about the yellow tinge, I've noticed that too..

BoBo Glad AFAIK has arrived for you, as you say, means your cycle is doing something! Maybe get some OPKS to check?

Shankate you should OV 14 days before the start of your next period. Based on the cycle length it would depend on the time you would OV. Mines at 28 day cycle and I got 2 days of strong OPKS on CD13 & 14. Really is dependant on the length of your cycle though. Are you using OPKS?

Hey girl quick question
You know the way your suppose to ov 14 day of your cycle well my 14th day will be tomorrow but on my app it says I don't ov Till sat which is cd16 as I didn't ov last monht till cd16. So I DTD Monday night but DH is away until Saturday so I'm so paranoid that If I ov Tomoz il miss it or is there a chance as I DTD Monday and it stays in you for 3-5 days hopefully I don't ov till next week?

Cookie, having no obvious symptoms doesnt mean you're out! I'm only just starting to feel things (little twinges, v slight but constant nausea and metal taste in the mouth). Still no cm to speak of and haven't had any for a while, and boobs are currently behaving themselves too!!

I was amazed at how much nipple sensitivity and breast tenderness i must of had from oestrogen before my LH surge and ovulation. The morning after i has my cramping it all started to disappear very quickly. I find it fascinating!

Sunny & Lou, your doctors sounds very much on the ball! I'm sure the scans will help reassure and settle you a little. It's frustrating because I (like others) just assumed things would be so straight forward when TTC.

Ooh Chapman, is your AF due today? (According to your original date?). I def think you should do a frer soon! Tomorrow or next day with fmu. So exciting! I can understand why you're so confused though Hun but stay optimistic! You had your peak on the OPKs last week so chances are you did ov I'm also still getting lines on my OPK which is very confusing!

7dpo for me today and i had some more stretchy cm today, so strange! I'm fairly certain it had a distinct yellowy tinge to it too! (Hope nobody is eating their tea right now!). I of course googled this straight away and hoping it could be a very early bfp sign! No other symptoms tho, boo! No nausea, fatigue and boobs are very much their usual self. Wish I could have an obvious, clear symptom! Xx

Loulabelle I came off the pill in mid August and had normal withdrawal bleed, then nothing for 97 days. Thought this cycle was headed the same way and that I was on cd76 when I tested. Was not expecting a bfp!! I think everyone reacts to coming off birth control differently, but great that you've had the gp referral just in case.

Chapman assuming you did ov on the 31st I'd try and hang on until 14dpo before testing if you can.

Poin not actively trying, but didn't you have some pretty impressive opk positives? If no sign of AF by 2 weeks post opks and continuing symptoms then I reckon it's FRER time!

I hope if it is gearing up for AF that I don't have this every month - it's rubbish!! Could go to sleep at my desk today but not sleeping properly as back is playing up so would say that's that issue. I dunno...don't think I'll ever understand fully what goes on in my body! Thought I was quite attuned to it but it's becoming more and more apparent I'm not!xx

I think it probably is just my body being weird coming off the pill but last time I came off (for health reasons) I started ovulating and had periods pretty much straight away! Think the implantation bleeding idea could just be wishful thinking ! I'll test on Sunday anyway just to see (14 days since DTD).
