Live and Marple sounds line you have had such a difficult time since stopping the pill I really can't believe how much is does effect your cycle k strongly believe more advice should be given these effects when you start taking the pill as I definitely wouldn't have stayed on it for ten years.

Any signs or symptoms Cookie? FX it's still too early especially with a cheapy!

I'm now 11dpo still got lots of CM and lower back ache I'm not going to test tho until after AF is due on Thurs I've already been to check my local Superdrug sells FRER so FX I'll be rushing there on Thursday after work to pick one up!

Shankate I would also really recommend OPK as my apps are way out with when I'm actually OV

I know you don't want to take supplements but I feel Agnus Castus has really helped me. It's true what you say tho, it's not the same for everyone!

I resisted temptation to use 1 of my frers today! Bfn on an Internet cheapy tho! Was going to use the frer tomorrow morning when I'll be 12dpo but not feeling very hopefully now. Should I wait a few more days before testing or give it shot anyways? I'm so happy my luteal phase has been longer this month! It's never been longer than 9 days and has averaged only 8 days in the past xx

It's so nice to read your stories and realise I'm not alone with all this TTC craziness.

I've been trying since summer 2014 but periods never regulated post pill. Had two 180 day cycles followed by a surprise pregnancy, followed by a miscarriage at 9 weeks.

Now fear I am back to the same position as before. Not sure I can go down the clomid route for a few months just in case I do start to ovulate naturally. So frustrating having no plan of attack!

I've not tried it Poin86 but I'm honestly giving up on all that stuff now. My hormone levels are obviously very easily impacted by whatever i put in my body. I'm on the list for IVF and they're looking at starting screening in September time. From now until then the strategy i'm going for is clean eating and regular moderate exercise. I'm hoping nature will come through for me before then. x

Always worth backing it up with OPKs too Shankate as unless you've adding ovulations to the app it's just guessing based on your cycle so could be a couple of days out and miss it.. Sure with the amount of times you've DTD this month you've given yourself the best chance though

Live have you tried Angus Castus? Some of the girls here seem to have tried that and it's had a good effect? As I understand it Evening Primrose is good for PMT and stuff but never heard it used to regulate cycles? Could be wrong though.

Thank you for the Welcome ladies! My periods have been all over the place Yvonne 1986 but recently established that it's been the supplements that have been the cause for me! I immediately began taking fertility support pills when I came off the pill, with these i was experiencing cramps mid cycle and cycle lengths of over 50 days. The only normal (29 - 32 day) cycles I've had are those where I have not taken any supplements. It's mad, they're supposed to help!! On my last cycle I began taking 2000mg of primrose oil from the first day of my period, i'd read that it was supposed to 'Balance your hormones' and help with making things regular as well as increase the level of cm. What a mistake that was for me!! I actually believe this made me ovulate right after my period stopped, the level of cm before my period was over was unbelievable (TMI, sorry). I experienced significant breast pain throughout and my period ended up arriving on day 20!! Anyways I've now decided I wouldn't be taking anything from now on, I'm going for the good old healthy diet. I'm all for preparing the body for pregnancy but we're all different so how can we possibly have supplements where 'one fits all'. x x

Feeling very today... my friend who was pregnant has had her LO and he is just delicious! The gender was a surprise so was lovely news finding out but I am so emotional today just really baby on the brain & jealous of her smushy little baby!!! I want one of course would only ever say that on here and not IRL.

I'm terrible at tracking CM I need to focus more! Will help with tracking ovulation / symptoms but I always forget to check! You guys are so on the ball!

Hope you don't mind me joining you here! I'm 31, TTC for the 1st time and came of the pill June 2014 sending my body into hormonal malfunction! Frustrated to say the least.

No he hasn't and because I've been stroppy I can only think of him as a knob today so don't even want to discuss it again . If I don't come on by the 18th I'll test but I'm 100% sure I'll come on as normal!xx

Poin, those symptoms sound good (in a bfp sort of good way! Lol!). Has you DH came round to the idea yet of trying? When are you going to test? Increased CM has been my only symptom! Creamy/stretchy just like you described xx

I'm OK thanks! AF due on the 17th. Had a right strop on last night and this morning! Thinking my symptoms are therefore more likely to be PMT. Still got sore boobs on and off, cramping, feeling a bit unwell and tired but I really don't think it's anything other than PMT! CM has reduced a bit, not a lot going on but still a mix of a bit creamy and stretchy similar to last month xx

Bee, I think I'm going to bail out on the plan to test tomorrow at 11dpo. I've done lots of googling and I think there can be a major difference in bfp showing at 11dpo & 12 dpo on. Frer, so I think I might wait until Monday. (If I have enough willpower!!). I should really be more sensible like all you lovelies and wait until 14dpo or beyond! Xx
