My stats are:

Name: FuzzyOwl

Good luck Scottish! Fertility friend is not my friend any more!
We had a big family lunch today for my mum's birthday. Halfway through, DD announces "Mummy's got a baby in her tummy!"
Cue excitement/shock from my family and me trying not to burst into tears whilst trying to laugh it off. Awful awful awful.
Add to this that I've got a bad eye infection that makes me look like I've been punched in the face and my piles and I'm just a mess, really...
And it's fertile week. Joy.

Welcome Princess Smile I'm ttc #1

Fingers crossed Scottishgirl!

Hello BoBo, all ok here, I've been getting cramps on and off for the last couple of days which I don't normally get but no other symptoms.

I'm quite enjoying waiting to test this cycle.. Previous months I've been frantically poas days in advance and then ended up disappointed. With waiting, I can relax and imagine that I might already be pregnant without being constantly reminded that I'm not!

BoBo I'm not sure about your question, when I came off the pill it took at least six months for my periods to become completely regular.

Princessnthepea86 · 13/03/2016 21:04

Thank you! Onwards and upwards. I have had a healthy baby girl since then so it has restored my faith in my body again. I really really hope we all get a BFP this month! GrinGrinGrin

KitKat1985 · 13/03/2016 20:58

I'm really sorry to hear about your son Princess. Flowers

Princessnthepea86 · 13/03/2016 20:54

Sorry I need to start spell checking before I post. The autocorrect on my phone is ridiculous!

Princessnthepea86 · 13/03/2016 20:51

This will be baby number 5 for me although I only have 3 living daughters as my son was unfortunately stillborn. With my first 3 children I didn't test positive until 14dpo bit my last little girl I tested positive with a frer at 11dpo and probably would have had a line at 10dpo! I get a bit obsessive though and test from 7dpo. I'm fed a pre on a stick addict! Haha Grin

BoBo90 · 13/03/2016 20:24

Thanks girls! I'll stick to testing on Wednesday ten and use an frer!

I'm ttc dc1 😄

KitKat1985 · 13/03/2016 20:19

Bobo I reckon you have a pretty good chance of an accurate test result at 12dpo, provided you use an early-response type test like a FRER. Don't be disheartened if it's negative though as it might just still be slightly too early.

Princess I am trying for #2. DD just turned 18 months. I only really want (and can afford!) two children so this is probably it for us once (hopefully!) when we have child number 2.

Princessnthepea86 · 13/03/2016 20:04

Hi sorry I was sitting my kids out and bathing them! Can I ask (just for the purposes of knowing a bit more about you all) what number baby this is? BoBo after ovulation your cycle should be roughly 14 days. However implantation can happen from 6-12 days so you could get a positive from 8dpo onwards but if it's a bfn don't get too disheartened because it's totally possible to get a negative until 14dpo!! X

BoBo90 · 13/03/2016 18:32

Welcome Princess Smile

fx that was implantation bleeding/cm Scottish!

How are you doing Goldfinch?

Ladies I have a question: Last cycle af arrived at 10dpo (this was first cycle after pill and a bit of a mess). Do I assume af will arrive on 10dpo again and test at 12dpo (which will be with you on Wednesday Gold) or is that too early? I know people tend to wait until 14/15dpo but as my luteal phase might be short I thought 12dpo would be ok? And obviously I'm impatient and don't want to wait any longer Grin

ScottishGirlx · 13/03/2016 16:12

So sorry to hear that March. It really is an emotional roller coaster. I went through the same in Jan and so understand how you're feeling. Hugs Thanks

Sorry to hear AF showed up trying. Fingers crossed for this cycle!!

Also welcome Princess Smile

I'm CD 26 and 6 DPO. Have had brown cm yesterday and today and some mild cramps. I'm reeeeally hoping its implementation as the timing seems reasonable?! Have also had waves of nausea now and again but that's about all my symptoms.

DTD every day of my fertile period so I'm hoping this is our month...

Oh and I've just paid £7.99 for the Fertility Friend VIP section so that I can spend even more time on my phone obsessing whether I'm PG on not!!! Shock

KitKat1985 · 13/03/2016 16:03

Sorry to hear about he heamorrhoids Baby. You should be able to get Anusol cream at a chemist which should help. But congrats on the commitment to DTD!

Welcome Princessnthepea86. Of course you can join us. Smile

On CD16 here. Have been trying to DTD as much as possible. Am not convinced we've had any luck though.

Princessnthepea86 · 13/03/2016 13:39

Oops what happened there? 😳 Can I join. I'm new to this site. I'm 4dpo and obsessed with peeing on sticks so I will probably start taking internet cheapie a from 7/8 dpo. I have had 4 kids already but currently only have 3 living and this will definitely be my last! 😃

Princessnthepea86 · 13/03/2016 13:36

Hi

goldfinch01 · 13/03/2016 13:26

Hugs to you, March Flowers. So sorry to hear your news.

Good luck Littlelion, I'd test 2 weeks after you thought you ovulated, so around the 15th maybe.. Fingers crossed for you.

Oh dear Baby, yes you certainly win today's award for dedication! Shock [here's a nice soft cushion for you in the meantime]

Nothing to report here, I have been having quite a bit of cramping the last few days but no sign of period yet.

babyinthacorner · 13/03/2016 08:48

How are you today, March?

babyinthacorner · 13/03/2016 08:48

Well here's a turn up for the books - I have haemorrhoids Blush
I think it's due to giving up the paltry amount of caffeine in the decaf coffee I've been drinking.
However last night was CD8 and officially first day of the SMEP so we DTD anyway, despite my terror at inadvertently doing something worse to my bum in the process.
I mean, someone give me a medal for dedication to the cause, right?!
Now. How to get rid of piles, please???

Tryingtowait · 12/03/2016 20:53

I'm so sorry march can't even imagine how you must be feeling :(

I'm enjoying more wine tonight, oops! Guess it's one bonus of not being pregnant. Last day off work tomorrow before back to reality :(

I was kind of thinking of popping into work tomorrow to check all is ok, plus the clients love seeing my little boy. Would that be sad to go into work whilst I'm still technically on holiday?! I just kind of think it would mentally prepare me for Monday. I guess that makes me a bit sad

KitKat1985 · 12/03/2016 19:48

Oh I'm so sorry March. Sending virtual hugs. Flowers

Mimilicious013 · 12/03/2016 19:09

Gl foldfinch and March! Not sure when to test again myself as only had two proper periods before this month (both 27/28). I think i ov'd on 1st/2nd March - any advice?
