Hi!
I need some tww buddies!
I think I ovulate around a weekago so I have one more week until AF is due! (Used preseed this month)
I'm not crazy into symptom spotting but I'm pretty sure something's going on. I feel like I'm getting a cold and have been having cramps and nausea!

Also, congratulations to all that have got their bfps!

Cosmomouse · 03/02/2016 10:00

Hi everyone,

I have just entered the tww! Eek.

I already have a 13mo little boy but have pco which means I only ovulate about once or twice a year.

We are not meant to be trying until later this year, but this week I got ovulation symptoms (twinges, spotting) so bought an opk. The line was pretty dark but not quite as dark as the control line but I took it as a good sign regardless combined with the other physical symptoms.

So, rather than miss the opportunity we decided to 'see what happens'. My thinking behind this was that if we really struggle to have any more, I would have regretted not taking the opportunity when I am pretty sure I have ovulated!

I am now wondering what the hell I have done, haha! Financially and personally we are in a position to have another and my husband would love another.

The anxious side of me has now gone into overdrive! What will people think about the small age gap? What will my boss say? Will my Mum be happy to look after 2? (She currently looks after my little boy on Fridays when I work). Is it fair on DS?

Somebody please tell me to shut the hell up, it is probably a negative anyway and to stop being so ridiculous! :-)

£75 through a company called seemybaby.net Smile

12 weeks is an age away and anything could happen up to then - just want to know for sure!

natalier86 · 02/02/2016 21:34

I'm tempted to do the same MrBensMrs, how much was it and was it easy to do?

I know it won't make any difference about what happens but at least it's not as long to wait as 12 weeks!

MrBensMrs · 02/02/2016 21:00

natalie brilliant news on the clearblue! It also depends what strength of hgc the teat detects at, so that could influence it perhaps?

Booked in an early 7 week scan at a private clinic for 2 weekends after this one! Can't wait for 12 week scan! X

Kellz92 · 02/02/2016 19:14

My internet cheapie was faint until AF was a week late, but glad you're getting stronger. Fx it goes well xx

natalier86 · 02/02/2016 18:08

Hi ladies, I did a test first thing this morning on a internet cheapie brand that I hadn't used before and it was really faint so I really panicked and did another test on a brand I'd had a BFP on the day before and that was the strongest one yet so I'm hoping everything is fine and it was just the brand of test that was the issue.

Had loads of bad cramping today and a funny butterfly type feeling in my tummy as well as lots of white creamy CM. Been to the toilet a lot, although that could be down to me being paranoid about AF coming. I've just done another Clearblue digital as know they're more reliable and that came back positive too so I'm feeling better.

Off to see the parents tonight and can't decide whether or not to tell them! Think I might burst if I don't but also worried it might jinx things with it being so early!

Lots of baby dust to all you lovely ladies X

Kellz92 · 02/02/2016 13:07

Hope your test was darker today Natalie

*Belle, I'm 7dpo and i have really bad nausea and some throwing up. doesn't feel like a bug but not using that. Even though its exact same as my last pregnancy. Normally i have a list of symptoms by now lol

xx

Belle8 · 02/02/2016 12:56

Hey Natalier how did you get on testing this morning? Fx for you. I'm 6-8dpo today and still not a hint of anything pregnancy related :( x

Kellz92 · 01/02/2016 21:46

Natalie, don't worry, it might not be getting darker because you tested in the evening, also you're still early. Fx for you.

Sorry cake :(

Xx

natalier86 · 01/02/2016 21:04

Thanks ladies! I know they're positive, I'm just worrying about it sticking as had really bad AF-like cramps this evening! Hoping that's just implantation or womb adjustment pain though! Will do another one in the morning to keep checking!

MrBensMrs · 01/02/2016 20:58

It also depends on the time of day? Lots saying 1st and 2nd urine of day best, afternoon could be quite diluted?

JoMalones · 01/02/2016 20:38

Natalie they are definitely positive!

natalier86 · 01/02/2016 20:37

Thanks Lex! I'm trying my hardest and know I just need to chill! Thanks and lots of luck to you X

obsessedlex · 01/02/2016 20:28

natalie try to relax, they are positive - faint but positive, you are very early, just try to relax, you are pregnant!!! Xxx

natalier86 · 01/02/2016 19:55

So I've done another test this evening and now panicking it's not getting any darker which could be a sign of a chemical. AF is due tomorrow so just hoping I'll get a darker BFP from tomorrow, but what do you think to these ones (yes I've used a photo app to put them together- sad I know!) Driving myself mental with worry! TTC is so hard!

Anyone in their tww?
obsessedlex · 01/02/2016 18:39

Thanks jo here's hoping but if I'm honest I don't think so xx

JoMalones · 01/02/2016 18:26

Oh cake I'm sorry.

Lex, will be looking out for your updates as hoping this will be it for you. Just started third cycle since mine so fingers crossed.

Congrats to those with bfps

obsessedlex · 01/02/2016 17:46

Oh cake I'm sorry Sad
Ovia is telling me 3 days to test, I'm going to try to hold out for a bit longer as I hate testing!! At least I can relish the possibility of being pregnant for a bit longer if I don't test! #crazywoman !! Vague symptoms, tender boobs, occasionally crampy and weird Heavy feeling down below but I know that my mind could easily have created any of those! Also had some sharp stabbing pains the other day left pelvic area..... Oh and smelly (tmi sorryConfused) wee?!?!
AF is prob due at the weekend, though as its only the second one since my MMC in Dec I don't know how long my cycle really is
Good luck the rest of you xx

natalier86 · 01/02/2016 17:30

Aw amazing MrBensMrs! Congrats!

Fingers crossed mine starts to get a bit darker after tomorrow and AF doesn't come along to spoil anything! I'm going to keep doing tests this week and as long as they continue to be positive then I assume everything is fine!

Belle8 · 01/02/2016 17:20

Ohhh congratulations Mrbenmrs! How long have you been trying? It must be the best feeling in the world! Enjoy! Xx
Cakeandchoc sorry to hear the dreaded AF had got you but try and be positive and just think it's the start of a shiny new cycle and a new chance to make a baby. Xx

CakeAndChocolate · 01/02/2016 17:06

AF has arrived so I'm leaving you lovely ladies. Congrats to those with BFPs and fingers crossed for those waiting t lo test.

MrBensMrs · 01/02/2016 16:59

natalie just done my clear blue with a digital display.

I have a good feeling for you, I had a a super feint line on a super drug test 5 days before af due and a faint Sainsburys 2 days later I think then a proper bfp day after af due (yesterday) then this photo today.

Booked in at docs for next week! Sh1t got real!!!

Anyone in their tww?
