Hi (big wave)
So you clicked on here cos you were looking for me (I'm flattered!) or the title seemed interesting!
I'm aware it doesn't really explain anything but we are bunch of lovely ladies all TTC and going ever so slightly crazy with it! For more info see our original thread here -

www.mumsnet.com/Talk/conception/2412386-TTC-anxious-over-early-pregnancy-possible-symptoms?msgid=56357000#56357000

And our most recent thread here -

www.mumsnet.com/Talk/conception/2480630-So-its-John-Wayne-vs-Les-Dawson-in-The-Great-British-Pee-Off-and-Prtys-judging-get-ready-to-be-basted-lovelies?pg=1&order=

We are symptoms spotters extraordinaire - you name it we've had it, real and/or imagined Confused
We are here to help, we are all supportive, we laugh, rant, cry, joke, rage, smile, and comfort together. Be you a lurker or poster (established or new) then you are very welcome here. We only have a few rules:

  1. No judgement - we all lead different lives and have different standards and that is fine. You wanna get wasted everyday of TWW, that's fine. You wanna abstain completely, that's fine. We need support, not judgement.
  2. No feeling stupid - we've all had those months where we definitely think we are pg 110% convinced and then AF turns up, don't feel bad about it, it happens. Also we all have different levels of knowledge so no question is stupid apart from the one you don't ask.
  3. On this thread there is no such thing as TMI - we are all adults and we all know how miraculous and amazing... and downright disgusting our bodies can be, it's fine. Share what you want, we will not be fazed.

So that's it, jump in and FX'd for all my lovelies xx

Hey mrs! Oh no, I'm sorry to hear that but the twinges might not mean that, I'm still keeping everything crossed for you x
I'm okay thank you - no af and I'm cd28, I know I'm not pregnant as I've done a million tests and af will be here any second now. My cycles are 26-30 days. But I am keeping positive because it's the first month in a year and a half that I haven't spotted before af by now so at least that's good.

MrsFlowers82 · 15/01/2016 19:50

Hey Kitten, I must have posted at the same time. How are you lovely?

MrsFlowers82 · 15/01/2016 19:50

Nooooooo!!! The worst kind! I hope you have chocolate and pizza to hand.

My fantasy has faded. Slight twinges in top of thighs which can only mean The Bitch is gearing up to make an appearance.

MrsKittenPie · 15/01/2016 19:48

Oh no prty - sorry to hear of the baby bomb - I hate them. I'm a constant wreck eyeing up women I know wondering if they're going to make me feel like crap with 'happy announcements'. I'm on constant watch for it, can't be doing my stress levels any good. Are you okay?

PrtyPsn · 15/01/2016 19:05

Just as I was idly letting my mind wander, trying to convince myself maybe my CM is drying up early because it's no longer needed, because maybe it's done its job and fertilised that previous egg when... BOOM office baby bomb Sad

MrsFlowers82 · 15/01/2016 11:14

I HATE DR Google!! However, that does sound likely if you now feel its drying up. Hopefully you caught it!

I have today convinced myself that I am PG...I have decided I have a -slight niggling feeling stitch in my left side, below rib cage and this of course is a sign. I am cynical wise enough to know this probably means AF is going to come and slap me in the face. However, I am enjoying the Friday fantasy.

PrtyPsn · 15/01/2016 07:51

Stay strong flowers reach for the pizza rather than booze!
Just been consulting Dr Google about Ov because of my very short lived EWCM (only a day when I normally have 2-3 days) and found out that bloating can be an Ov symptom... 2 days ago was when my EWCM was kicking around AND I was struggling to fasten my jeans... wonder if it came early/shorter cycle this month?

Hi Neetie hope you are feeling a bit better? Good news about the smear, hopefully you can start getting some answers. No experience of samples so can't be of much help there I am afraid!

Prty just keeping DTD!! I think watery CM is still fertile so FX! I worry about that though...I never get much EWCM, maybe a day or two and a light amount... It's another reason I suspect these blood tests were a good thing Confused

I am not counting days as such and not logging symptoms like I normally would. Usually I enter every time we DTD and more into Ovia! However because of blood test yesterday I know AF is a week away now. No signs otherwise and already dreading the arrival... Have a feeling I will break dry Jan when she gets here Blush

neetie1 · 14/01/2016 17:49

Managed to get my smear test changed from 15th feb to 28th jan so not so long to wait. Obviously hoping to have good news by then anyway currently day 21 of cycle so if af is coming its gonna be soon.

Has anyone's hubby had semen analysis done and if so what do they do at the appt? he can do a sample at home and take it straight in but he is worried about what the appt entails.

PrtyPsn · 14/01/2016 08:09

Sorry, today is CD17 so yesterday was 16!
According to app I'm due to Ov tomorrow but CM seems to be... not drying up exactly, but losing its stretch? I do have less too which is unusual for me as I'm normally bloody drowning in the stuff until the day after Ov :/

PrtyPsn · 13/01/2016 22:28

We've all been there kitten you post whatever you need to, we are all here x
flowers I'm CD15 of a 32ish day cycle, not due to Ov for a couple of days but getting plenty of practice in!!

OP posts:
MrsFlowers82 · 13/01/2016 22:17

How are you doing Prty? When are you due to test?

MrsKittenPie · 13/01/2016 22:16

Thanks prty - it certainly does get harder with each one xx
Sorry for the pity me posts today, sometimes it's needed though, I'll try and pick myself up tomorrow. I presume af will be here in the morning so at least I can get on with my next cycle, will try not to think about it too much - no more craziness - we'll see how long I can keep that up for......

PrtyPsn · 13/01/2016 17:43

Big hugs kitten it somehow gets harder with each one, doesn't it?
Give yourself today to feel crappy, cry and eat. No decisions need to be made right now xx

OP posts:
MrsKittenPie · 13/01/2016 17:20

Thanks mrs - I really appreciate your kind words. Dh is very much it'll happen when it happens and thinks I should be less stressed!
Thank you again xxx

MrsFlowers82 · 13/01/2016 14:10

I understand. I am dreading getting blood results next week (that is the only test I am bothering with as sure AF will arrive) and what could potentially come...but I think no matter how frightening or hard this process is or could be, the ultimate outcome outweighs it all Smile What does your OH say? Try and stay calm, take today for you, then do some thinking over the weekend. We are all here also being driven mad- if you need a rant too, it does help to get it out. Big hugs xxx

MrsKittenPie · 13/01/2016 11:21

Thank you mrsflowers - no not here yet but imminent. Yes I need to get over the emotional part of it too before any decisions are made. I feel like I can't give up but know that I can't keep going on like this as it's driving me mad, it's so difficult.

MrsFlowers82 · 13/01/2016 10:55

Neetie - sending big hugs. Go and see your Dr. I am sure all is fine but it is worth getting things checked. I am sorry you are having to go through this xxx

Oh Kitten Sad I take it AF has arrived? Big hugs lovely, I'm sorry. I would say take today to feel shit, eat cake and have a big glass of wine tonight. Then tomorrow think about what you want to do. I would say do not give up but do not make any decisions until you feel a bit better.

Lots of virtual love ladies Cake Wine Chocolate Things have got to start picking up for us soon!!!

MrsKittenPie · 13/01/2016 10:19

neetie - sorry you're having a rough time - yes maybe see the doctor?
Good luck mrsflowers
BFN here - have taken it really badly - even though am at work keep having to go and have a cry. So, onto cycle 19 or just give up?? Can't keep picking myself up from the crushing disappointment Sad Sad Sad

neetie1 · 13/01/2016 09:32

It's been going on since last period seems like forever

MrsFlowers82 · 13/01/2016 07:32

Hi Neetie - agree with Prty. How long has it been going on for? Try not to panic and check in with your Dr. If it's something you can deal with it, if it's nothing then it will put your mind at rest.

Had a dream I was pregnant last night. Utter disappoint to wake up to the alarm shattering it all! Now off for first blood test...

PrtyPsn · 13/01/2016 07:29

flowers no symptoms doesn't mean no BFP, I know people who were symptomless until several weeks pregnant, you're not out yet!
neetie have you been back to the docs? If you're that concerned I think it's worth a visit

OP posts:
neetie1 · 12/01/2016 23:10

I'm due af Monday and am still having cramps , backache and bloating so uncomfortable ... Now started to convince myself it's something horrid as I can't see how it can be pregnancy

MrsFlowers82 · 12/01/2016 23:06

I already know there will be no BFP for me - everything is exactly as it always is at this point in my cycle. AF due in a week and not a symptom in sight Angry

PrtyPsn · 12/01/2016 23:02

Thanks for your responses, lovelies :) I think if there's no BFP at the end of this cycle then I'll book in with GP
