Hi (big wave)
So you clicked on here cos you were looking for me (I'm flattered!) or the title seemed interesting!
I'm aware it doesn't really explain anything but we are bunch of lovely ladies all TTC and going ever so slightly crazy with it! For more info see our original thread here -

www.mumsnet.com/Talk/conception/2412386-TTC-anxious-over-early-pregnancy-possible-symptoms?msgid=56357000#56357000

And our most recent thread here -

www.mumsnet.com/Talk/conception/2480630-So-its-John-Wayne-vs-Les-Dawson-in-The-Great-British-Pee-Off-and-Prtys-judging-get-ready-to-be-basted-lovelies?pg=1&order=

We are symptoms spotters extraordinaire - you name it we've had it, real and/or imagined Confused
We are here to help, we are all supportive, we laugh, rant, cry, joke, rage, smile, and comfort together. Be you a lurker or poster (established or new) then you are very welcome here. We only have a few rules:

  1. No judgement - we all lead different lives and have different standards and that is fine. You wanna get wasted everyday of TWW, that's fine. You wanna abstain completely, that's fine. We need support, not judgement.
  2. No feeling stupid - we've all had those months where we definitely think we are pg 110% convinced and then AF turns up, don't feel bad about it, it happens. Also we all have different levels of knowledge so no question is stupid apart from the one you don't ask.
  3. On this thread there is no such thing as TMI - we are all adults and we all know how miraculous and amazing... and downright disgusting our bodies can be, it's fine. Share what you want, we will not be fazed.

So that's it, jump in and FX'd for all my lovelies xx

Ooh! prty that sounds odd! Keep us updated! When are you due again? My temp is up again, so either I had the mythical implantation dip, or I'm having an anovulatory cycle, or I could be late to ovulate I suppose, although that feels unlikely! Time will tell I guess...
Neetie I forgot to say you're supposed to take it once, first thing in the morning, like you would with your BBT. That might be why you're getting different rates.
Flowers any update today! Got my fingers crossed for you!
fuzzy nice to meet a kindred spirit Smile - and I think I'm due the same time as you too (I'm due in 7 days), so we can be cycle buddies! But prob only this cycle, as mine are a bit short (normally about 25 days).

PrtyPsn · 18/01/2016 22:21

Woah! Just went for a pee and got the most sudden pain right where I normally have period pains, really sharp and right across my stomach... I very much doubt it's implantation due to the severity but had to share! Ouch!

Mmmm gone down to 67 now bit early to get excited

neetie1 · 18/01/2016 17:54

Last time I checked heart rate it was about 71 just checked again it's 81

FuzzyOwl · 18/01/2016 17:32

Thank you hippy and rather than reading your post and thinking you mental, I thought instead that I had found a kindred spirit because it is exactly the kind of thing I would be obsessed with. I have a really fast heart rate, but my I can download an app for my phone, so will keep an eye on it and see if it goes up at any point. Smile

MrsFlowers82 · 18/01/2016 16:51

Hi Hippy - I am always 32/33 days, but ALWAYS with spotting before, usually from day 29. I usually have days of "maybe its not AF, maybe its implantation" kidding myself before AF, so actually its the not spotting that is odd... However, I am not testing and trying to tell myself this could be a long cycle or perhaps my body is fixing itself up. This would be a good thing as the spotting is something I have always worried about and why I have had blood tests (results due back Thursday so another something to obsess over!)

I tried to measure my pulse with my fingers Blush

hippybird · 18/01/2016 16:33

Or should I say Flowers, as there are two mrs! Smile

hippybird · 18/01/2016 16:31

BTW! I forgot to say welcome to Fuzzy!

You must think I'm mental with my last post, but there you go - this shows that this board really is open to everything, including mad heartbeat/rate obsessions!

neetie ooh, that seems high! Although from what I've read you can only really compare with your usual resting heartbeat (so it would go up by 10 beats supposedly, if you're preggers!)

mrs!! I can't believe your restraint! Do let us know! Have you ever had a cycle that long before?

neetie1 · 18/01/2016 15:33

My heart beat was about 86....Shock

FuzzyOwl · 18/01/2016 15:33

Thank you for the lovely welcome. Smile I think AF is due a week on Wednesday but my cycles are never the same length, so I might be out by a day. I have a shorter than average LP, so at least it means the 2ww is slightly shorter for me. I had positive OPKs on Wed, Thurs, and Fri of last week and we DTD an all three, so now I am just hoping.

glitterpoppy · 18/01/2016 14:46

Hi fuzzy waves

flowers that sounds interesting!! Keep us posted!

hippy I've got a Fitbit but not the HR one makes note to advise DH I need a new one to obsess over my HR

MrsFlowers82 · 18/01/2016 14:23

Kitten big fat UGH to the scan picture. I take it that was the colleague? I HATE pregnant colleagues as you all know!!

I only have one FRER and am -absolutely determined that I will- going to wait until after Weds...Sure AF will arrive, sadly the past ten months have made me too cynical to believe otherwise!

MrsKittenPie · 18/01/2016 14:14

mrs - how exciting! Are you testing?

MrsKittenPie · 18/01/2016 14:13

Urgh. F*ing scan picture just shoved in my face. Just what I need. Tactless, could cry Sad

PrtyPsn · 18/01/2016 14:11

kitten we are all guilty of POAS early... it's like a TTC coming of age ritual!!
fuzzy when are you due to test? Like when would AF be due rather than when you want to POAS? I'm aiming for a week on Saturday (AF due week in Thurs/Fri)
hippy that is interesting... (adds to list)
flowers eek!!! Keep us updated!!

Ladies...I daren't even say this as I will probably just inadvertently will AF to show up…

...BUT…(whispers)… I just checked Ovia (I have been trying to stay away from it in my bid to not get too obsessed by TTC and entering every single symptom) and apparently I am on CD32… Knew AF was due tomorrow/Wednesday but didn’t realise it was so far along, partly because I have had NO SPOTTING. I ALWAYS spot before AF, for three or four days, usually starting on CD29… Nothing. No other symptoms to notice. CM is light but white…Trying to be quietly calm and not over analyse…

hippybird · 18/01/2016 13:45

For reference, my sister noticed her pulse was up on her Fitbit before she got her BFP!

hippybird · 18/01/2016 13:44

Hi all! Just thought I would post a nice distraction for us all/something new for us all to get excited about...
Supposedly, a normal woman's resting pulse rate is slower, about 70 bpm (beats per minute) and a pregnant woman's pulse is more rapid, about 80 - 120 bpm ( this varies from person to person) since the heart is working harder to pump blood to the uterus for the developing fetus.

My heart rate is currently 80bpm, but as I had a bit of a temp drop this morning, I'm pretty sure I'm out this month... And just ordered a Fitbit with heart monitor for next month!

MrsKittenPie · 18/01/2016 12:57

neetie - sounds very promising!

MrsKittenPie · 18/01/2016 12:56

Hi fuzzy - welcome to our lovely group Smile. I'm the bonkers one of the group who keeps poas early, getting a positive, getting all excited and posting pics then af turns up Confused. Good luck for your 2ww, everyone is so lovely here - you can share the madness Grin

FuzzyOwl · 18/01/2016 12:44

Mmmm... Chocolate! Yum! I have found my perfect group to hang out with.

neetie1 · 18/01/2016 12:37

Well day 25 for me and still no sign though it does feel I am losing "liquid" but it's just CM. Still waking to cramps that go by nine ish... not going to test until the weekend being strong

PrtyPsn · 18/01/2016 12:35

Hey fuzzy welcome to out little gang, here's your obligatory supply of chocolate and tissues (hands over gift bag)
Oh and while I'm around (whacks piss stick of our fuzzy's hand and takes hold of it instead) cycle buddies!!!

FuzzyOwl · 18/01/2016 10:57

Thanks MrsF! The only positive that I can think of is that my LP is usually ten days, so at least the 2ww is shorter for me. My new year's resolution was to stop testing and I am really not sure that is going to last.

MrsFlowers82 · 18/01/2016 10:55

Hi Fuzzy! Welcome! Put down the pissy sticks and let it out the crazy on here!

Good news about the appointment Glitter, it makes you feel so much better when you are actually doing stuff - even these blood tests have made me feel more in control which I like.

Hope the madness doesn't get too much Prty!
