Runner it's time to come join the August 2016 board in antenatal groups. Though we should also create a graduate are antenatal group.

It'll take awhile for it to sink in, especially with a lack of symptoms. I barely feel pregnant, just lots of peeling, sore pregnant boobs gigantic nips, and bloating from another planet!!

I'm comfortable only DTD every other day (to be honest I think I would get tired if we did it more!) but I just wanted to go two days in a row last night with Ovia saying was peak fertile time (plus I was going with my gut, feeling in the mood)

I think it just made me concerned that he is feeling a bit like a sperm machine! I think if if suggested I extract his sperm into a cup there would be words!!

I may be completely unbearable today it's just starting to sink in that I really am probably pregnant and I'm sat at work, locked out of my PC thinking "oh my God, oh my God" followed by, what if this two ic's and the FRER are wrong.

Need it to be tomorrow so that I can test again!!!

I'm slightly concerned about the peeing as I can already quite easily pee twice in an hour

I'm enjoying it. Only 64 pages in but it makes me smile and is informative. Nothing patronising about it at all. I bought it second hand on eBay- ex library hook and cost £2.56!!! It is a hefty book though, quite big and heavy.

Pregnancy symptoms kicking in more today. I've peed 5 times in the last hour. Just how I'm going to get through a 1 hour chopper trip later today I do not know!!

I'm quite chilled about it at the moment. I'm hoping that tomorrow will be darker so that I can do a digital. Once I've got it confirmed by the words "Pregnant" I might feel a little bit different but right now I just feel quietly happy and optimistic.

Eek Runner that's amazing! Congratulations. My DH didn't believe it until I showed him the tesco digital "pregnant". I was so smug about it too "believe me now huh?!".

Lara for exactly the same reasons you have stated my DH and I only dtd once in my fertile week. I'm now 5+6!!

drink hugs, like the ladies have said its early days but I know the feeling I tested early too its hard to wait as we all know.

pink hugs also to you, it does only take the once so im sure every other day is plenty.

According to the app its my OV day today, I havent used any OPK yet was thinking may do next month if we dont get a positive this time. Got a particularly stressful couple of days work wise trying so hard to not take it home with me as know it can impact TTC.

Lara I only dtd twice in my fertile period so I want hopeful either... Apparently it really does only take the once.

Well I managed to have another little wee and test using another stick and a FRER... Both faint positives!!!! I think I might be upduffed I'm somewhere between 11 and 13 dpo so about right for it to show up. OH has advised me that he probably won't believe it until something comes out lol

Pink my DH has basically said he doesn't want to know about ovulation and doesn't want to force sex on any given day. He just wants to dtd as and when we're in the mood as he feels it will ruin it otherwise. I see his point but that means that in my fertile 5 days (according to ovia, which may be wrong) we've only dtd twice and I feel disappointed and frustrated.

Now into my 2ww (I think but not sure) but am not hopeful.

I'll never forget my dh face when he refused one night, so I suggested he just knock one off in a pot and I would do the rest! .
I had thought that they recommend every other day anyhow. If you wanted you could use a softcup to keep the swimmers close to your cervix. though I'm not sure how you'd explain it to your dh

Aww pink it's so hard isn't it, balancing timing it right whilst still keeping a normal relationship. You are only meant to DTD every other day apparently so hang in there as that seems about right.

Yeah both this morning - green opk blue hcg. Trying not to read too much into the opk as know it could indicate AF imminent.

Runner I see a line too! I'm normally rubbish at line spotting but there is something there. Hopefully it will continue to get stronger. How many days overdue are you for AF, or are you not overdue yet?

I had a bit of a meltdown last night. OH basically said no to sex, I think all this TTC malarkey is wearing him out! We DTD on Tuesday and I feel like I have no idea what's going on with my cycle anyway so am just hoping Tuesday and then probably again tonight will be fine. Need to give the poor man time to recover

shelb you need some hpt sticks! That's another positive.
from what I've read a positive opk after OV can mean pregnancy.

I caved and tested 8dpo. BFN. I need to hold out until 12 days I think.
Feet very sick this morning in waves, but I think that's from a headache and no sleep.

Oh got Stark that's awful! We had a similar problem in the next street to mine only cars were crashing into the front of the houses! Happened 3 times in a year before they put up bollards.

Thanks Drink, Dr I'm trying not to get too excited yet. I'm going to wait until tomorrow and test with a FRER and if that's positive I might use the clear blue digital that I have put by. I don't think I'll believe it's an actual positive until I have it on several tests.

Have shown OH, he conceded there's a line but told me not to get to excited and test again tomorrow. He then spent about 10 minutes staring at it. I'm assuming he was thinking "Shit, what have I done" lol

I have no idea what my body is up to so shall see what today brings and hopefully finish the blinking wedding photo album Christmas presents in time to get to bed at a sensible hour and have enough energy for DTD...! In theory (Ovia) fertile window starts tomorrow but I have been vaguely spotting more or less since af so cycle not really back to normal I guess post pill - I will not give in to OPK....!
