Join us. It's a boat. Full of okp's and symptom spotting and insanity! But also much love and support! We were supposed to start next month, we already have a few bfp's! Our dps don't know what's hit them!

Thanks for all the congrats ladies Grin

Harriet good luck getting your cool removed.

Kat when you're in implantation stage your immune system is really low so a cold can definitely by a symptom and sore boobs was my number one symptom Wink try testing again when Ovia tells you too Smile

Pink StarWars was great Grin if I had any complaint it would be that they tried to do too much in one film.

x days to pregnancy test on Ovia is counting down to 12dpo.

Little welcome Grin
I would recommend Superdrug opk's. They're cheaper than clear blue but we're great for me.

Lan ideally thermometer goes up your foof Blush you can put it in your mouth but if you breath through your mouth in the night it will effect the reading. That's why I didn't get on with temping.

Did a couple more tests this morning... I think I'm definitely upduffed!!! Lol
In a side note internet cheapie sticks hadn't got any darker. Just a very faint line.

LanadelLol · 17/12/2015 22:39

Well it's only logical to think that isn't it starky Grin

Coil is painful going in... No pain taking out. I was told to cough and that was it. AF was horrendous!!

DreamyDreamer · 17/12/2015 22:26

Wow so many new posts, I've just about caught up with them.

Great to see some happy news as well Runner Grin

After stopping my pill on the 28th November, I've been dip sticking OPKs most days just to check. I've had a faint line on almost all of them but this morning I had a slightly darker line and tonight I tested again as I'd had weird pains all day and bloating.

To my surprise I got this result...needless to say when OH came home we did the deed and shall continue to try every day like we've been doing...just in case.

Very happy to know my ovulation has returned so quickly after stopping.

TTC No.1 and feeling very positive.....now when the hell can I do a HPT????

That is exactly what I asked lana I'm sooo glad I'm not the only one who thought it went up the muff! It does indeed go in your mouth! (I did some fairly extensive googling!) Grin

harriet ill probably just make Dh bag up again, I'm a nightmare on contraception, and I think last time I enquired about 4 years ago the doctor was against putting me on the coil, does it tend to me periods heavier? I can't honestly remember, but that might have been why he didn't recommend I to me.

drink I think I'm going to get the wider strips or maybe tests next time I order okp's, I'm not sure I'm getting on with the ones I've got, they seem a bit flighty! Will know more this weekend if they get darker. The control line seems to be very pale.

starky and pink I've got the non-hormonal/copper coil so fertility returns to normal as soon as it is removed (yay!). I've had periods as normal (apart from random late one last month) since getting it in.

I was on about 6 different pills over 10 years and had every side effect under the sun so love being hormone free (at least, fake hormone free...!). I would highly recommend the coil once you've all had your little ones - no hormones, you can leave it in for 5-10 yrs (depending which one you get) and its effects are immediately reversible. Hurt a lot getting it in though but apparently it's nowhere near as bad getting it out (fingers crossed..).

I'm so looking forward to joining all you symptom spotters!

drinkyourmilk · 17/12/2015 21:48

Welcome Belle.
kat I have amazon prime, and always get stick tests as opposed to the strip tests. I pay around £4 for 10. I know there are cheaper ones, but I like them.
I just keep my DH permanently knackered all month long. Then he can't tell the difference.

LanadelLol · 17/12/2015 21:34

Congratulations Runner! Great news ☺️. Sorry to hear about your friends but sounds like they aren't worth having. You've got us to pay you lots of attention during this exciting time Flowers

Welcome belle.

Gave in and just ordered a basal themometer and some of sticks 🙈

Wee question, does the themometer go in your mouth?

It confuses me too pink you're not on you're own! Xmas Grin

Pinklily1 · 17/12/2015 21:30

Thats what I would think too Starky, but it does confuse me!

StarkyTheDirewolf · 17/12/2015 21:29

I think pregnancy test day on ovia is the day you should have come on af pink possibly the day after, I can't work it out, but I thiiiink first day of missed period, which would be the day after? Maybe?

Tiny but mighty, they are 🐕

OP posts:
Pinklily1 · 17/12/2015 21:21

I suppose they are relatively small dogs too which is good! We would love one but just biding our time!

When Ovia says 'x' days to pregnancy test, is that 'x' days until AF is due? Am still confused by this!

StarkyTheDirewolf · 17/12/2015 21:17

pink fx they'll be fine, I'm supposing they will treat a baby like a new puppy pal tbh! I'll start buggy training before a baby arrives and we're working on obedience now they used to get away with murder! Dh is soft with them! I'm not sure about clear blue, in fairness, everyone seems to have different results!

Thanks dub I'm 7.5 ovia score tomorrow so I'll try and get in there!
They are cute kat and such awesome little personalities!
Fx for dtd purple Grin

Welcome to the mad house belle

I've just been Christmas shopping for an hour with my mum after work helped me to feel better after work. I've still a few things to get though think it may be done online now.

Been buying presents for my nephew and I'm like aww it makes me even more broody. OH is back late tonight but hopefully we can have some bedroom fun given its supposed to be my ovulation day.

Looking forward to first dates at 10 love that programme and its a special one tonight with a proposal.

Pinklily1 · 17/12/2015 21:04

Starky, how do you think the dogs will get on with a baby? We are considering getting one but will wait under we have a baby here now.

I've not got any FRER. Actually meant to pick one up but totally forgot. I've got a sainsbury's one and also a Clear Blue in the house, but don't suppose they are as good at picking up early.

KatOnATinRo0f · 17/12/2015 21:04
