Shelb I had the poking feeling on and off for a couple of hours and then slightly crampy for a couple of hours afterwards. But really I have no idea if it really was implantation and won't until Friday at the earliest.

It is your first month though so you never know. When are you testing now?

Hmm maybe runner (which would be great, obvs) but I've also googled it and it could be sign of impending AF. Ovia is still tracking my AF from my pill days as 28 day cycle, mean I would come on on Wednesday, but I only ovulated CD21-22. I'd did a few opks this week to make sure my surge was over and they were def negatives.

It felt like a sting almost, 8-10 pink pricks but it only lasted a minute or two. Think implantation lasts longer? Did yours?

What did the pinching feel like. I got that sensation after my do on Thursday. Like being poked with a fat blunt knitting needle. Thought it might be implantation. And if you're a couple of days after me as I now think you are it would be good timing

Erm what the hell is this??? Last night i got a pinching in my left side whilst at my xmas do. I put it down to high waisted jeans and just ramming down a three course meal but it was remarkably like the pinching I got 36 hours after my positive opk so I though I'd do one this morning just to check - what the hell, why is it showing that strong???? Help!

I wish i could have gone back to bed. I was teaching this morning.
Fortunately it's just low level nausea at the moment and being active stopped me noticing it. Now Ive stopped I'm getting that ikky "really really wet" mouth thing that I get if I'm going to vomit... And my dear bro has just told me he's ill. And we went for lunch last week... The odds on the bets for a bfp are getting low!

Fingers crossed you are right Shelb. We DTD this morning so only missed Thursday and Friday. Hopefully the OPK later will look better.

I'm still putting pillows under my hips after DTD but I can't say it feels particularly sexy or glamorous! But needs must I suppose. I'd regret it if I didn't do it!

Right, came off pill last month, DH got home and we got chance to DTD once before AF arrived. I was actually quite pleased as it actually meant an exactly 28 day cycle for 1st one off the pill which I did I expect at all.
Now on CD 6ish and have DH waiting to pounce on my at the earliest possible opportunity! Eek, this might be about the get real with actual 'not preventing' very soon!
No OPKs or temping for at least the 1st few months, just seeing how it goes.

Pink - I don't think that was your peak personally, it happened to me in the weak up to my positive (them going up and down like that). I always doubted it until it happened but the line HAS to be stronger than the control line and yours wasn't, was it? Hang in there honestly!!!! It will happen (and I'm a pessimist).

Thanks runner So with hindsight, I've had tiredness, I had really bad heartburn on weds which I never get. And some weird cramping feelings, which I thought was AF about to make an appearance. Other than that, nothing. No sore boobs really. Although saying that they do feel a bit sore today.

Thanks Pink! Told OH, don't think he believes me yet! Ha. Just went out and bought a clear blue which came up positive 1-2 weeks. I think he'll believe it more once he sees that!

Need to do another in the morning FMU to get more accurate weeks indication on the clear blue apparently

China fingers crossed. The annoying thing about symptoms is that any bloody thing can be one. Here's hoping your BFP is on the way though.

Hi Blue I'm sorry but you won't find anyone on here to tell you to stop obsessing lol.
It does get easier (kind of) the longer your trying but I think it remains a all consuming thing but this having children through and through. You obsess about conceiving, then you obsess about giving birth to a healthy baby, then you obsess about making sure your baby stays healthy then you obsess about... Well you get the just!
We've all put our names down to obsess for the rest of our lives.

So I appear to have a cold this morning. Not sure if that responsible for my symptoms or one of them (it's common to get a cold as a symptom due to your body lowering its immune system so that you don't reject implantation) I still have tender breasts and slightly tender nipples, getting some shooting pains in my left breast the right one is behaving himself and I've still got random cramps every now and then in my pelvic region.
I did a sneaky ic pregnancy test this morning as I now have no idea what dpo I am but I was expecting BFN and that's what I got. I think it's fair to say I'll be doing tests every day now. If you can't beat your obsession you may as well go with it and I have about 30 ic tests to use

Mrs - huge congratulations! Have you told OH yet? Were you on the pill beforehand?

Shelb, I did the fainter test at 5.15pm yesterday (in the toilet at work before our Christmas party. I think I am obsessed!). I had had slightly more than usual to drink before a test but not a massive amount. Time wise it was about an hour and a half before I would usually test. I'll do another one later on.

Please may I join in with the driving self crazy symptom spotting??

I came off pill in October, withdrawal bleed 17/10, first cycle was 32 days, now on cd25, have been experiencing cramps, shooting pains, snuffles and insomnia for about a week, so my mind is working overtime with the whole 'am I pregnant?' even though I keep trying to rationally tell myself it's just more pill withdrawal symptoms/my body getting used to hormones again!

I'm not tracking ovulation as we're technically not ttc until the new year but I am using ovia to track cycle length and there have been a few occasions where condoms have gone out of the window around ovia's predicted fertile window, although this is based purely on dates so could be way out!

Please tell me this is madness and to stop obsessing!!

I've poas about 5 days out of my current 8 days of knowing and I hear Mor is still doing so. It takes a while to sink in. It's sinking in a lot more now as we told our parents two nights ago and I now have "pregnant boobs" (which I'm hating). It's easier to believe it when you're body is changing in front of you.

Yep first cycle. But it was a weird long one. I'd read this week that sometimes the first cycle is odd, so definitely don't think you are out until AF comes! I tested on CD42 and got a BFN! So no idea how far along I am. Ovia pregnancy is saying 7 weeks because of Last period date! But I think it's probably more like 2 weeks!

I feel fine. A bit nauseous this morning but might be psychological. Felt tired this week but that's pretty normal. I'm really shocked actually. I think I need to POAS x10 to fully believe!
