Shelb hmm. I use seven seas and it's never effected me with metallic taste. But you're right, it could be the change from one to another. Fingers crossed that it turns out to be a sign!!

Runner - I know EXACTLY what you mean, one minute I think I am then the next no way. Yes metallic still there - but, like a dickhead have worked out I ran out of Pregnacare conception this weekend so bought some new seven seas ones - so it's most likely that!!! Do have waves of feeling barfy but that's it. Hang in there and I will too!

Has anyone else found they were quite laid back about TTC, until they actually started TTC?!

Shelb just not feeling very upduffed at the moment. I think a lot of my symptoms are as a result of my cold and maybe tender boobs after ovulation is just something I get now I've come off the pill... Although it is strange that I've never had that symptom before even when I've come off the pill previously

don't worry, by tomorrow I'll probably be positive I'm preggers again lol

Oops thinking I lost the first half of that message! Was just trying to day I'm CD 21 and can test in 6 days. I was convinced I'd conceived after we DTD without contraception for the first time (paranoia?) but doubting it now. Have had some cramps on and off, fatigue and indigestion. Who knows what it all means.

I get back tomorrow evening Runner, looking forward to seeing how everyone's poas craziness progresses over the next week

Keep going pink it will come. I reckon that the wait till the afternoon advice can often be wrong too - I always got mine the strongest in the morning.

I think that's a good plan Runner, I will probably do the same as it will make me less stressed to know exactly where I am!

All you can do is keep testing Pink I'm going to use OPKs from the moment the witch buggers off next month as even though I thought I was trying early this month I missed the start of my peak which is really annoying

How's everyone getting on? I did another OPK which was still too light, but will try again tomorrow!

Pink I also keep getting hit by how insane I was about contraception and how much I freaked out if there was even I chance I wasn't covered. Now I'm sat here thinking ffs I'm getting OH to wiggle his willy at me all the time, how am I not pregnant already!!?!

I feel so fat right now. Went out for a meal with the family and ate waaaaaay too much. Now I have a food baby and can't breath

Looking forward to testing again tomorrow coz that just how crazy I am. I was too asleep to catch FMU this morning but I'm going to try to remember tomorrow.should be between CD8 and CD 10 so still very early but who knows, I might get a squinter if I am upduffed (not feeling at all confident)

Thanks Bunch, and congrats! I feel I may become a bit of an obsessed testing person yes! Ovia is saying 9 days until I should test, going to try and wait for af though, just hoping it won't be a long first cycle so I know all is working as it should.

Hi Dub, welcome. Don't be worried yet. The first few weeks the blastocyst is nourished by the yolk sac, nothing is transferred from mum until through week 4 when the placenta starts to form. You'll know by then if you're anything like us for testing! What doesn't help is all your family around you saying "you can have half a glass of wine, go on, have a sip". I could kill them all!!!

OH knows that we need to DTD every other day really, I've explained to him and he's even had a look at Ovia to see whats what. He promises me he has no complaints about the increased sex, but I just have it in my mind that before TTC sex was always spontaneous, when we both wanted it, and now there is a little bit of pressure to have it at the 'right' times. I still want to keep an element of spontaneity rather than being a bit like "its sex day today OH"!

Thanks for the welcomes! I've been feeling guilty as I've been out drinking a few times this week and ate pate at Christmas dos! Silly I know!

Pink just saw your note about trying to keep it spontaneous - hear ya, I struggled with that too (we were once a week). I ended up telling oh what needed to happen to get upduffed - it felt weird the first time but it took the pressure off me a little trying to entice him each time. Then going to reward him other times as a thank you!
