I filled up the last thread - sorry ladies... so thought I best start a new one since there is still a long ol' time to go in December!

D2Bmum nice to see you, how are you!?

Good luck to every one testing, My fingers are crossed for you all!

MrsMcClaus · 07/12/2006 10:22

Snowydays ? I might get away with a few pens but not the laptop!

Hello Decorative, I?ve missed you and it?s lovely to have you back! I?m still here! but the girls keep me happy We have a news flash thread now too for the very reason that it is hard to keep up so the idea is that you briefly say on there if something is news worthy and where you are in your cycle so it?s easier to catch up it?s here Nerve wracking time of the cycle for you, how are you feeling? I am liking the sound of that spotting so early, how many dpo do you think you are? Fingers crossed that you?ll be getting your BFP on Saturday! I?m truly awful at festive names but how about ?Desperate2beuptheplumduff?!

Sparklytreeangel ? glad to hear that all was forgiven with DH

MadameBrandyButterfly ? sorry we lost you for a bit.

Impatience ? hon, I have been thinking about you and wondering how you are. I can tell from your silence that AF has hit you hard and I wish there was something we could do to help. Do you want to chat? Run through things like charts or the other things you are doing to see if we can help you speed things along? I really feel for you, huge hugs. Your day will come and you?ll be patting that bump and grinning from ear to ear and I just wish I could tell you when that will be (and if you could tell me the same info about me, that would be great!)

Alittlebitshy ? that?s it, there is no going back now, once you start MN, you can?t stop! Thing is, I don?t think we are any more obsessed than we would be if we weren?t posting. I find that chatting on here means that the world and DH don?t have a clue how obsessed I am! It is also great to know that I am doing all I can to get pregnant; it?s a real comfort to me. Hope the depo wears off properly soon. I think I took a few cycles to real get over being on the pill (not totally sure my body has really forgotten yet though and this is cycle 7!)

Greedy ? Hope you are wrong about AF. How are you this morning, ok? Have you tested again? We are here for you

You are very welcome Yuletideways, hope you enjoy the cake (it?s great for using booze collected from holidays in my opinion! )

Ello, elllo, ello TheChristmassyone It?s great that you gave yourself time to get over the pill before you started really wanting a baby (or have I got that wrong?). I really hope it happens for you soon and fingers crossed that AF won?t turn up next week. Hope the packing and moving goes well too. It?ll be lovely to be in your on house I?m sure. My parents are both forces? kids and I have two uncles in the Army so understand the life you lead! I was also engaged to a sailor and lived the Navy life for a few years myself. Me in a nutshell, I?m 32, 33 in a couple of weeks, currently CD5 of cycle 7 of TTC. AF is due on or around my birthday so hope I get lucky like Pecka. My DH is also 32 (almost 33) and though we have been together for 5 years, we have only been married for 6 months. This is the first baby for us both that we are trying for. I always wanted to be married before we had kids but now that it is taking longer than I?d hoped; I wish I?d just got on with it years ago.

Tinselledtryer ? so glad that you had a better day yesterday I?m always the apologizer in our house, I have a short fuse, blow up an shout and apologise 5 mins later but DH likes to stew gggrrrr! Hope that AF stays away today and fingers crossed for a BFP. Keep that positive attitude! PMSL at the sacred nature of a CB digital, I?m the same, have had one for 6 months now!

Hello FestiveFettle ? sorry to hear your boobs are so sore, mine were last cycle too, more than ever, I was wearing a padded bra to protect them! That?s great about the referral and so pleased to hear it was easy. How long did you tell them you?d been trying? I?m gearing up for a fight in January with my GP. Thanks for all your support for me and thank DH for he ipod trick, I?ll test that out.

Minxpie ? such a great name! Sorry to hear about AF. That?s great about the depo wearing off and that you are back to normal now.

Pecka ? that?s good news sorry you are feeling bad but hey, it?s a small price t pay for that lovely baby you are going to have you lucky thing

PeckaRolloverAgain · 07/12/2006 09:23

Hi everyone

Did another test yesterday morning - BFP but still quite faint. Im guessing I must still be very early. There is no getting away from it that I am definitely pregnant though - my boobs are like hard burning heavy boulders and I feel SO sick.

I hope your all feeling as awful as me very, very soon

minxpie · 07/12/2006 07:50

oh well af in full flo now - so cd1 for me - at least it was a 28 day cycle again so back to normal for me after that depo!! will be 3rd January so a new year testing for me !!
had to change name to be a bit festive with everyone else!

thechristmassyone · 06/12/2006 21:18

we're choosing to move so close to xmas, but it is into our own house we are not handing in notice on mil house til we've completed,so will not actually vacate it til mid-jan, by when we should have shifted all our stuff think moving is not good for ttc though mil keeps saying "new house, new baby"

festivefettle · 06/12/2006 20:08

Hello all

Just need to shout to those who listen: MY BOOBS ARE AGONY!!!!! They always tend to be pre-AF, but it feels like they've been sore for weeks now. Hey ho! Life as a woman I suppose.

I had my GP appointment this morning, very quick. No questions asked, is referring us to the local clinic for tests. I was almost a bit disappointed, as I had expected to put up a fight, but it was really easy. Now we just have to hope that as we've now been referred, a BFP will follow as that's what happened with DD. But I doubt it, I don't think I can fool my body twice that way!!

Anyway, don't do it Greedy - I don't want to see my semi-cycle twin so sad - although I'm away for the weekend until Monday evening, so I might miss any exciting news otherwise! I so hope it is your turn this month, as I kind of feel that if you are then I might be - not that I want to put you under any extra pressure that is!

TT - hope you managed to hold out until Saturday to test. Having had my BFN last week, it really hit me so much harder than I ever thought it would. But lots of good luck anyway - any other indications one way or the other?

xmassyone - I was wondering last night if you might be forces related - only in the forces would you be moving this close to Christmas!! We've just moved last week to near you, but into forces accomodation - lucky you to be in your own house. How I long for it? No more magnolia!! We've just completed today on our own house, which we hope to move into next autumn on the next posting! Bit scary to think we might actually be semi-neighbours, particularly as I've just announced (make that shouted) to the world that my boobs are sore!!

How's everyone else doing?
MrsMc - I'll ask DH once he's put DD to bed whether he's got any idea about itunes moving. As I'm not great on that side of IT technology, I assume you can't just save it onto an external disc/drive and copy it that way, or else you wouldn't have asked would you!!
Hope cat and DH are better soon. Just focus on the fact that come Friday you'll be out of that job - although it must be really hard.

Hope everyone else is going ok? I'll never make it to MrsMcS's levels of mentioning everyone, or else I'd be on here forever and then DH will definitely stop talking to me!!

Oh - update - MrsMcS - DH says that as long as your itunes library is on your actual ipod, it should automatically download onto your machine when you sync them up - does that sound feasible/possible?

Take care all

greedyformincepies · 06/12/2006 19:47

very wise! - i dont know how long my cycles are anymore! last one was 31 days, but i am on cd39 at the mo, so i am just going by when i think i ovulated...even that is unsure though!

Tinselledtryer · 06/12/2006 19:42

Greedy - was going to try and hold off until Saturday (fat chance!) as AF can either be CD28 or more often 29, which would be Fri. I want to know that the inevitable BFN is a proper negative when it comes. Plus I've been saving a CB Digital, and it seems only respectful to the CB Fairy to use it sensibly!

greedyformincepies · 06/12/2006 19:37

TT- will you be testing tomorrow? i think i will! i have had some spotting today, and really not sure if it is af or not!!! think i might be kidding myself that it isn't and i know if i test and its bfn i will probably sob for hours and then be really annoyed at myself for even starting to believe i could possibly be pg! anyway.....tomorrow morning is a long way off and af could be in full flow by then anyway!

Tinselledtryer · 06/12/2006 19:16

Better day today for me (but may not be a good sign as I often feel more rational immediately before AF, I think the evil progesterone drops a bit) - thanks for all your support. Fascinating to hear how similar life is in all these ttc households. DH and I always row at ov - I had to grovel to get him back in bed on peak day this month. Normally I hardly ever apologise, and the row wasn't my fault but I was desperate!

Tinselledtryer - cycle 8 - CD27 about 14dpo, AF due tomorrow (BFN yesterday but not giving up yet!)
BoJingles - cycle 8 - CD13, (think I'm in the middle of ovulation now - according to OV pains!) AF due around 22/12
MrsMcClaus ? cycle 7 ? CD4, due OV 17-19/12, AF due 29-31/12.
XmassyCharlotte - cycle 2 (of trying with a modicum of enthusiasm) - CD5 - due to OV CD14 - AF due 29th - will also be getting plastered on NYE if a BFN!!
sparklytreeangel - cycle 5 - CD13 due to OV CD17 AF due CHRISTMAS DAY too!
Honeyapple- cycle 4 - CD10- due to OV CD14(?)AF due CHRISTMAS DAY.
Ticklemepinkwithtinsel = cycle 10 - CD 22 -( ovulate around about 20 -23) - AF due 17th ish - Did get a BFP in July but had m/c in August
Snowydays - cycle Zillion (but not as many as Snowyowlet (maybe it's something to do with snow??) - CD 16 - DPO 4 (maybe - but dodgy temperatures this month) af due 13th ish
Merrykitkatmas - cycle 3 - CD15 (due to ov CD16 I think) - AF due 21st Dec (ish)
Kittiwakesnowflakes - cycle 2 - CD26 12DPO(I think? guessing though) and planning
greedy - cycle5 - cd39! 12/14 dpo

thechristmassyone · 06/12/2006 19:03

evening all (in best comedy policeman voice)

well i don't know anything helpful about vitamins or itunes or charts, but here's a bit more about me...I'm 28(just typed 27 and realised that I'm not anymore) have been off pill since jan this year, af regular since may, no other kiddies, didn't think I was that desperate for them until now it's not happening. thought we'd done it in sept (boobs sore, af late) but hadn't. af due 13/12 so in countdown mode. moving into our own house (nr Swindon) on 20/12 (if all goes according to plan). dh in forces, so in military house at mo.

well that's me, any q's? What about the rest of you?

YuleTideways · 06/12/2006 17:56

Hello all, not time to catch up on today's ramblings, as out all day and have loads of work to do now, but justwanted to say hello.

alittlebitshy · 06/12/2006 17:25
