honeyapple! i know EXACTLY what you mean, i wonder why i want another one some days! but i know i do! i really really do! OMG!!!!! typing that made me cry! AND im at work! next patient isnt for half an hour though so i am sure i can pull myself together by then. hopefully!
i tested this morning .....BFN...of course....i dont know why i even thought it would be a bfp, why would it, i am sure i am not fertile anymore. i know that sounds stupid and melodramatic but i really do believe it sometimes (and now is one of those times)
i am feeling so sorry for myself i havent even asked how anyone is......af/bfps looming for a few of you hey? good luck

festivefettle....sorry...think i have let you down with my bfn! i gat so pissed off that if this is cd1 i have another 39 days to wait again before knowing next time......i HATE having a crap body and a long cycle.

MrsMcClaus · 07/12/2006 16:38

Rudolph?sReady ? no, no, no, you can?t get AF I?m sorry if she is on her way but hope my booing and hissing scares her off I really know how you feel crying to DH because she?s on her way. That was me on Friday night and Saturday night. PMSL at the CBfairy ? she could have a really scary voice they Golum! Mulledhoneyapple is a great name!?

Greedy ? are you hiding from us? Hope not. Hope you are doing well, actually, hope you are doing great!

Tinselledtryer ? even louder boos and hisses (no, I haven?t been to the Panto yet!) Really sorry AF arrived . There really does not seem to be a recipe does there? The last 2 cycles, we have BD quite a few times at just the right time and no joy for us either.

Hello Kittiwakesnowflakes - sounds good, hang in there! fingers crossed! You?re nicer than Ready by the way, she took the hugs she gave me on Sat back because AF decided not to show up until Sun night (just kidding Ready )

Decorative ? thanks, yup, STILL here! Hope it?s not AF. Spotting at 6dpo could be good. Fingers crossed. Sounding VERY organized! My tree?s up but I haven?t finished the rest of the house yet.

MerryKitKatmas ? I think I am guilty of a degree of wastage on the pre-seed front too

New undies all round is what I say! must tell you though, it is nearly time for my Miss Santa outfit to make her annual appearance to serve DH his Christmas morning breakfast ? what a pity that I?ll be in the 2ww!!

RudolphsREADY · 07/12/2006 16:16

KitKat - Are you planning on testing before AF is due?? If so click here

Sparkyltreeangel - What colour are your undies?? I know, a tad personal, but I got some gorgeous black and red bra and pants (doesn't sound sexy when you say bra and pants does it ?) from M&S (ceriso collection) and they certainly haven't been a waste of money

Kittiwake - I hope you are right that I will be a mum one day (can't that day be sooooon!) Your hugs have been stored til tomorrow morning Is it possible to get AF cramps and still be pg?? I shouldn't bother kidding myself, so don't answer

Decorative - I seem to remember you gave me a link to a site where I could print off some charts, or have I made that up?? I can't remember the link - if you still have it??

Impatience - I am glad that you decided to stay, although I fear that I am going to be on my own in the january thread by the end of the weekend I am so pleased that my words gave a little comfort, you know I really do think about you and your plight, it might sound odd as we don't really know each other, but I think your strength is truly inspiring!! Yes, my DH is wonderful, I am truly lucky!! His theory of why it hasn't happened straight away is because his "boys" are being courteous and not just bulldozing their way through... and the through the sobs I said "well, tell them to stop being so bloody polite!!"

Hello sparkly! How are you? You must be getting HIGHs on the CBFM now?

I ov'd yesterday - which is a day early for me (thought it might have something to do with the EPO which I started taking this month). The CBFM seems scarily accurate - I get a PEAK reading in the morning and then by that eve I get my ov pains...here's hoping! (there should be a 'fingers crossed' icon!)

I too have resorted to new undies!

sparklytreeangel · 07/12/2006 15:30

Hello fellow xmas bunnies. I am CD14 today and think I OV on Sunday. Nice quiet weekend so fingers crossed!

Hello d2b hows things with you?

KitKat hang in there. Glad you are feeling better this week. I was low earlier on in the week but I have lots to be happy about so am trying not to get my hopes up all the time.
I think we may OV on the same day

plan on trying out the new underwear!

Kittiwakesnowflakes · 07/12/2006 15:16

Rudolphsready - your DH sounds very lovely indeed but it's so hard to think rationally when the red menace appears, however good the advice. IT WILL HAPPEN THOUGH and you can keep the hugs either way! in fact happy to provide extra as needed.

Hey Kitkat hope your 2ww whizzes past at least you have all the festive stuff going on to keep you occupied a bit. I am planning on testing on Sat if nothing happens in the meantime and I can keep my self-control.

MerryKitkatmas · 07/12/2006 15:14

Hi impatience ? is it def EWCM? Not sure when you last inseminated, but I sometimes find that the day after BD?ing it?s not EWCM, but left over ?stuff? working it?s way out from the previous night?s activities (lovely!). They look and feel bloody similar!!

ImpatientElf · 07/12/2006 15:08

OK, perhaps I should be on this thread afterall: I am inseminating again already! Plenty of ewcm. Am very confused by this, because it's only CD6, so I'm about 5 days ahead of schedule! Can't help calculating that if I really am 5 days ahead this month, af/bfp could be due on christmas day.. eek! Well, that's relying on nothing else bizarre happening in this weird body of mine. Oh, except pregnancy, of course: body, you're allowed to do that!

Thanks for the kind thoughts Ready, they helped. Sorry to hear you're so down now - I hope af stays away and your af feelings are actually early pg signs. Have a big hug back from me I hope you feel better soon. (your dp sounds lovely just stroking your hair while you're upset)

MerryKitkatmas · 07/12/2006 14:44

Hi everyone ? wow this thread moves waaaay too quickly for me!!

Hope you?re all well?

TT ? so sorry about AF ? Ready and Decorative, here?s hoping AF stays away for you!

Ooh Kittiwakes ? that?s sounding hopeful! When will you be testing? Anyone else testing soon? Am hoping we?ll get a BFP this week

I?m pretty sure I ov?d yesterday ? managed to fit a BD in, despite total exhaustion! So here I go again on the 2ww?.sigh. Have been using pre-seed this month ? does anyone find the applicator really tricky to use??! I?m sure I end up leaving half the stuff in the bloody tube! . Could be just my general incompetence though?!

RudolphsREADY · 07/12/2006 14:39

TinselledTryer - Oh sugar, I'm so sorry about AF, I am glad you are calm about it!! I know what you mean about feeling perplexed!! Last night I started getting AF cramps and just sat there in bewilderment. Why hasn't it happened again!!?? I have to confess I am not calm, I sobbed to DH yesterday, bless him, he was just stroking my hair and telling me it's still early days! Not that I listen to him

Kittiwakesnowflakes - Cycle Buddy, how are you?? Thanks very much for the hugs, I have taken them hugs before AF has actually arrived, but you can't have them back I hope I am wrong, but unfortunately they are just getting stronger so I think she might arrive tomorrow morning I am pleased there are no AF signs for you though!! fingers crossed.

Speaking of cycle buddies, where are you festivelyfrostyfloss??????? How are you??

decorativeD2Bmum · 07/12/2006 14:24

sparkly angel - soo nice to "see" you!! sorry to worry you with my dissapearing act but im back now! where are you up to in your cycle now?

mrsmcclaus - HELLO!!! i really hoped that when i had come back you would have graduated but theres always this cycle
i thought the spotting was a good sign too but not so sure now with a/f cramps. i havnt been monitoring my cycle anymore but i usually ov on day 14 or there abouts so spotting happened approx 6dpo.

rudolphs ready - hello to you!! glad i was missed i have been really chilled out this cycle and i KNOW i probably didnt bd on crucial dates but havnt been monitoring myself to know what crucial dates are. we bd'd cd11,16,17. thats it for this month..going through a bit of a dry spell.

hope everyone else is fab and looking forward to xmas. my tree has been up since sunday and all presents are wrapped and sitting nicely underneath. for the first time in a few years i have not left it to xmas eve to panic buy everyones pressies!

Kittiwakesnowflakes · 07/12/2006 13:49

Hi to all hope everyone is feeling okay today.

TT - sorry AF has appeared for you today sounds like you are doing evrything right though so i'm sure it will happen for you really soon.

Ready - Hope you are wrong about AF and hugs to you if you are right.

No sign of my AF yet due tomorrow or Sat feeling a little odd and have been needing to pee about a million times a day (odd for me as usually have an iron bladder - sorry if TMI[Blush])but trying not to get hopes up too much.

Tinselledtryer · 07/12/2006 12:39

Oh well, AF is here so it's all over for this month. Feel oddly calm, prob because it really didn't feel very likely for some reason - even though I'm pretty sure the BDing happened at the right time. Am more perplexed than anything - did a Fertility Score test last week and DH's sperm seems fine, plus my cycle is regular as almost clockwork which I think means I should be ovulating. What's the problem??!! Maybe age (37, although DD conceived quickly at 35) or stress (lots in recent months). Answers on a postcard pls......

Good luck to those still waiting

RudolphsREADY · 07/12/2006 12:26

Afternoon ladies... how is everyone doing??? I have had AF cramps all morning and my temp dropped too, so I have resigned myself to AF tomorrow or Saturday, as scheduled

Greedy - Hope you are feeling better about people using my thread and not yours how are you today??

Decorative2bmum - HELLO!!! Nice to have you back, missed seeing you about. How's it all going? Liking the name by the way!!

MrsMcClaus - Liking the sound of marketing some ttc equipment with Sawyer whispering in our ears! I am actually thinking of something that SHOUTS when you reach for a pg test!! Not sure how effective the CBFairy will be, but thought it was worth a shot I love your long posts, it's why I started doing it (hope you didn't copyright it )

Alittlebitshy - A belated welcome from me, I am sure that depo is much like other things, there are plenty of horror stories, but it doesn't mean it is the rule of thumb!!

Ticklemepink - bless your DH feeling the pressure to perform. Us broody women can be so demanding

TinselledTryer - The ClearBlueFairy asked me (as her MN representative ) to say how pleased she was to hear about you using the ClearBlueDigital so sensibly... here's a bucket of babydust

ImpatientElf - Oh honey, here's a hug for you. I'm so sorry that you are feeling so down. If I could wave a magic wand I really would!! Like MrsMc says, we have got it on tap and we still stress and worry, it must be so much harder to switch off for you, the military planning that goes into it must take it's toll. I feel for you I really do (hug) Oh, and you don't need to be qualified to post on here!! We'd miss you, and that is all that matters!!!

Honeyapple - Sounds like you had one heck of a morning, you know I SOOOOOO cannot wait to be going through all that. I must be mad I know How about MulledHoneyApple???

Right well I hope everyone else is just fine and dandy and great. Festive cheer to one and all!!

ChristmasMadwithBump · 07/12/2006 12:14

I am fluent too McMrs I wonder why!? LOL

ImpatientElf · 07/12/2006 11:33

(Mrs, I'm on the other thread: it's too confusing to keep hopping back and forth, and I don't feel qualified to be on here anymore )

MrsMcClaus · 07/12/2006 11:30

That was funny Babymad ? apparently I am fluent!

Honeyapple ? that really made me laugh though I am sure it wasn?t funny for you, it sounded like an extract from a Jilly Cooper Novel! Loving the sound of the Barbie wedding dress, how I would have loved that when I was wee, the horse had me excited enough back then!

Oh Impatientelf ? I do really, really feel for you. You must get furious with us for going on about not BDing enough when we have the special stuff on tap compared to you. If I was a man and lived next door, I?d give you mine!! (though you would probably be incredibly worried about how your baby would turn out if it had my genes ? I think Dh fears for our children sometimes!) Have you talked it through with your friend the donor, does he know how anxious you feel? Maybe he?d come to you sometimes and maybe he can reassure you that time is not an issue? I really hope it happens soon, truly I do. IUI might be worth considering don?t you think? It might just be the way or the circumstances of insemination that are holding you back. Is IUI expensive? That?s great about the reduction in caffeine, good for you!

Hello MrsHolly - about to email you back.

ImpatientElf · 07/12/2006 11:15

MrsMcC thank you for your lovely words. Yes, af hit me hard. It isn't just another month of waiting, it's another trek up the motorway, each time wiping out a whole evening, leaving dp to wrestle ds to bed alone. Another month hoping our donor doesn't get fed up. Another month arguing with dp about what to do about this - IVF/IUI/her go again/just plod on as we are. I'm getting really fed up. I wish so much I could just forget about it and let it happen if it will.

But since af appeared confusingly early this month I will be able to squeeze another insem in this month - I did think we were going to be away around ov. So now I just have to get over last month and arrange this month. Have been grapefruit-juicing myself (yummy) and cutting down tea in favour of hot juiced lemon or orange (also yummy).

ChristmasMadwithBump · 07/12/2006 10:40

Do You Speak TTC?

A bit of fun!

honeyapple · 07/12/2006 10:35

Hi all,

MrsmcClaus- I gave up on my festive name as it was too long and rubbish! Thinking of another at the moment.

It was my DD's 4th bday today- all went lovely this morning opening presents- until DP said- "is that all you got her?"
I was a bit miffed cos i told him a week ago what i'd got, and asked him if he thought it was enough! AAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!
Anyway... then DS got bitten by his hamster, and decided he wasnt going to school- so then DD said she wasnt going to playgroup! Managed to get them both in the car(in pouring rain), DD in her Barbie Wedding dress (bday present)- and DS with his finger well bandaged...
When finally got DD to playgroup she had a tantrum and was kicking and screaming on the floor when i left.

Why do i want another one?

MrsHolly · 07/12/2006 10:32

Hopping on to the sleigh and hoping there's still room for a little festive Holly

Morning all, how is everyone today?

Pecka LOL at the "heavy burning boulders"! hope you're not feeling too bad.
