Positive ovulation tests but negative pregnancy tests?!?!

Hiya, in the last 2 weeks I have been taking ovulation tests and pregnancy tests. At the beginning of the two weeks the ovulation tests were positive so I assumed I was ovulating. I then waited a week and did a pregnancy test and it came out negative. I did another ovulation test on the 9th October and it was positive and did another yesterday and it was positive, did one this morning and it was negative! I'm sure I've already ovulated and my period isn't due until the 18th. Does anyone know what this means?! Help!! So Confused! :(

Stacie I mean this in the nicest possibly way:

CALM DOWN

It takes most people about 6 months to get pregnant. Doctors won't investigate problems until after a year. 3 months is nothing.

We spend all out teenage years and twenties being told youse a belt and braces approach to contraception because 'you can get pregnant after a one night stand' and it is true, you can. But the truth is, even without hormonal contraception it takes most people a while.

Getting yourself needlessly stressed won't help.

Relax.

Have fun.

Go see the doctor if you haven't conceived after a year.

Ever since my first period after I came off my injection, so around 3/4 months. I know that it can take your body a while to get back to regular cycles and normal after being on the injection, but I've had periods and according to the tests, I've ovulated since too. I'm a worrier so I'm definitely worrying now :/

I've got another 7 days until my period so guess it's just a waiting game :(. Been using the app 'Ovia Fertility' and been tracking my basal temperature and it has spiked a little. Me and my partner have sex nearly everyday and I think I've ovulated 2/3 times since I came off my Depo Injection, and I'm still not pregnant. So I'm worrying that something is wrong with me :/

Oh definitely take another HPT if you haven't, but the only symptom that ever meant anything in my case was creamy discharge late in my cycle or implantation bleeding 3/4 days before my (regular) period.

Anything like backache, bloating etc is also synonymous with PMT.

I'm just so confused because I've got some symptoms, mood swings, back ache, belly ache etc. Wasn't sure if I took the pregnancy tests too early or if I should wait another week or so? D:

Ovulation sticks can indicate pregnancy but only if the HPT backs it up. You also seem to herbs positive opk just before your period for some reason. So from my experience trust the pregnancy tests, if they are showing negative then unfortunately it seems you're not pregnant this month.
