So you clicked on here cos you were looking for me (I'm flattered!) or the title seemed interesting!

We are symptoms spotters extraordinaire - you name it we've had it, real and/or imagined confused
We are here to help, we are all supportive, we laugh, rant, cry, joke, rage, smile, and comfort together. Be you a lurker or poster (established or new) then you are very welcome here. We only have a few rules:

  1. No judgement - we all lead different lives and have different standards and that is fine. You wanna get wasted everyday of TWW, that's fine. You wanna abstain completely, that's fine. We need support, not judgement.
  2. No feeling stupid - we've all had those months where we definitely think we are pg 110% convinced and then AF turns up, don't feel bad about it, it happens. Also we all have different levels of knowledge so no question is stupid apart from the one you don't ask.
  3. On this thread there is no such thing as TMI - we are all adults and we all know how miraculous and amazing... and downright disgusting our bodies can be, it's fine. Share what you want, we will not be fazed.

tay - fingers crossed for you too. Like stripes says cramps could mean a good thing not necessarily af.
I do envy you all knowing where you are in your cycle. Having had another non really starting af and bfns I've no idea what's going on, it's like my body has decided not to bother ovulating anymore and it's so rubbish. Even my app fertility friend has given up on me!

Hahaha thanks, my lovelies... the OPK was a kinda mini cheat early test and the CM was bugging me. I just feel like there must be something wrong with me, pg seems like a pipe dream most days and it's just hard to keep going sometimes :/

DBAFD 1, think it'll arrive tomorrow with the mild cramps I've been getting today... If by some massive unlikely reason it doesn't arrive then will POAS next week.

Prty don't be so sure... Structurally, LH and HCG are fairly similar, so of your opk is a real cheapie and not very specific it could be picking up HCG... (I am a clinical biochemist by the way).

Well I had symptoms but they were what I've had for AF at some point! Although boobs were soo sore, hurt even to walk with a bra on, and cried at work on Monday which isn't like me, but nothing that made me think I was really ! Fx the next 2 wks go quick and you get your BFP at the end!

Congrats stripes sooo did you feel any different or did you just feel like af was coming.
This was the first month I 'knew' I was OV on my own as boobs hurt that day and sure enough got a solid smiley.

Grr thing I hate about the TWW.... the waiting ;P

Yep kitten I'm the next POAS but I'm due AF Friday and we are away overnight so it might have to be Sunday but I'm sure AF will have rocked up by then!

Thank you everyone , feels weird that I'm getting the congrats - keeping everything crossed that you lovely ladies get your BFPs soon - new thread magic !! And poppy they were not really irregular but between 29-35 days but then last month had a 43 day cycle and so thought that's what was happening this time !

Have your cycles been irregular then? My cycles are really irregular and it's making me doubt that it'll happen...

Thanks kitten been trying for about 9 months although first couple wasn't tracking cycle , and I'd love to offer to tips but honestly didn't do anything "special" I did listen more to my symptoms rather than relying on my app for when I ov as my cycles have been inconsistent

Prty all that CM and sickness sounds promising! Surely a neg OPK isn't a bad sign for this end of the cycle? I thought you only had a LH surge during Ov, not early Pg?....but I really don't know a great deal!

One of our teachers brought his newborn into work. I almost burst into tears, and I've NEVER had a thing for newborns - definitely a broody hen here!

Ahh yes. Baby names. I've devoted a lot of time to thinking about them!

CD14 and another high on the monitor today. We're both busy at work at the moment and I'm exhausted - sex is the last thing I can be bothered with. Unfortunately, DH is not the sort of bloke who can be persuaded to "just get on with it".
