Hi (big wave)
So you clicked on here cos you were looking for me (I'm flattered!) or the title seemed interesting!
I'm aware it doesn't really explain anything but we are bunch of lovely ladies all TTC and going ever so slightly crazy with it! For more info see our original thread here -

www.mumsnet.com/Talk/conception/2412386-TTC-anxious-over-early-pregnancy-possible-symptoms?msgid=56357000#56357000

And our most recent thread here -

www.mumsnet.com/Talk/conception/2458534-Prtys-Gang-and-The-Festival-of-Foof-Fun-when-they-not-being-cray-cray?pg=1&order=

We are symptoms spotters extraordinaire - you name it we've had it, real and/or imagined confused
We are here to help, we are all supportive, we laugh, rant, cry, joke, rage, smile, and comfort together. Be you a lurker or poster (established or new) then you are very welcome here. We only have a few rules:

  1. No judgement - we all lead different lives and have different standards and that is fine. You wanna get wasted everyday of TWW, that's fine. You wanna abstain completely, that's fine. We need support, not judgement.
  2. No feeling stupid - we've all had those months where we definitely think we are pg 110% convinced and then AF turns up, don't feel bad about it, it happens. Also we all have different levels of knowledge so no question is stupid apart from the one you don't ask.
  3. On this thread there is no such thing as TMI - we are all adults and we all know how miraculous and amazing... and downright disgusting our bodies can be, it's fine. Share what you want, we will not be fazed.

So that's it, jump in and FX'd for all my lovelies xx

Bex I'm so sorry for you and your family Flowers

MummyBex1985 · 10/12/2015 21:56

I know this may not be the place for it. But I'm devastated.

I lost my mum last night. She collapsed with a massive brain haemorrhage and there was nothing the hospital could do. We held her hand whilst she was on the ventilator until the organ donation team came to help save lives.

I am lost and absolutely crushed. My mum was 62. This should never have happened - it's so unfair.

Absolutely lost and heartbroken.

SharyBobbins · 09/12/2015 19:50

Poppy if it helps at all just try & see the blood test as the first step on the road to your BFP (I hate needles too I just kept saying to myself 'I want to give birth soon a needle is nothing' Xmas Grin)
Massive AF cramps going on here. The bitch should be landing shortly Xmas Sad

glitterpoppy · 09/12/2015 15:09

True bex I've been at the chocolate too.. Starting to feel nervous about the doctors tomorrow. I have a phobia of needles so the blood test is making me anxious.. I just keep telling myself it's for the best as then least I'll know what my body is up to.. CD78 today. Xmas Sad

MummyBex1985 · 09/12/2015 08:20

I know glitter, it's unbelievable that people don't know how lucky they are!

Shary - pass the chocolate, I don't care that it's only 8am Grin

glitterpoppy · 09/12/2015 07:57

*disappointed stupid typo

glitterpoppy · 09/12/2015 07:57

I understand what you mean bex, my friend who baby bombed me last month was on her 2nd cycle.. She was dis sainted it didn't happen the first time she said to me!! I thought.. Disappointed?! DISSAPOINTED?! Try seeing how you'd feel 10months on!! With still irregular cycles.. Grr

SharyBobbins · 08/12/2015 22:16

Don't apologise Bex you're just saying what we're call thinking/feeling! I'm bubbling over with PMT right now! I just want to be left alone I'm a dark room with this thread & chocolate! Chocolate
Seriously though, I'm so down & fed up at the minute it's a little scary Xmas Blush

Pirsy1 · 08/12/2015 21:17

Bex that is unbelievable ... I dont know how people manage it on the first cycle or 'by accident'! That is an alien concept to me. I tried to talk to one of my oldest friends about keeping calm whilst TTC only to find out they were first cyclers too.

We all deserve our BFPs on this thread! And the sooner the better!

MummyBex1985 · 08/12/2015 20:04

Neetie I would suggest anyone in the six month plus club should get a free pass for January Xmas Smile

It's the second first-month-trying-baby-bomb that's dropped in the last few weeks, and it's so damn frustrating.

I suppose the plus side is that for every month you spend trying, it's a month closer to hitting the year mark where you can actually seek medical intervention.

Sorry for my Probably PMT related rants over the last couple of days, I'll be less of a miserable sod from now on, promise Xmas Blush

neetie1 · 08/12/2015 18:39

Well it won't be me Bex this will be month 10 trying for us -bloody sister only took four- so could I possibly have a pass to maybe sneak in front of you for the BFP as I think I'm the eldest on this thread blows lots of baby dust everywhere

MummyBex1985 · 08/12/2015 18:19

How the HELL does that even happen, seriously!

I know a few of you are ahead of me in line, but it's my turn dammit!! Anyone else I know who gets pregnant on the first cycle is officially on my banned list. Xmas Grin

SharyBobbins · 08/12/2015 13:55

Bex you're kidding me? First cycle? WTF Xmas Envy

MummyBex1985 · 08/12/2015 13:47

FFS, this gets worse.

Best friend just announced she's PG, first fucking cycle.

Sad
SharyBobbins · 07/12/2015 21:59

OH keeps saying "let's have a boozy Christmas"! WineXmas Wink

MummyBex1985 · 07/12/2015 20:54

Oh and at least I can get hammered at my work Christmas party now Xmas Grin

MummyBex1985 · 07/12/2015 20:52

Well I might have had a self indulgent rant this morning and been in a mood all day but you've all cheered me up slightly. At least we are all going through this crap together!! Wine

Pirsy1 · 07/12/2015 13:35

I can also empathise with this. I went to a comedy show at the weekend that I booked tickets for before I even got married. I remember thinking I would either have a baby or be heavily pregnant ... and Im still trying. Its quite depressing when you think in those terms!
