Geek - how embarrassed am I? talk about teaching your Granny to suck eggs! so sorry. Does that mean though that you can solve my problem? I am trying to move my software to another computer without losing my past cycles, how can I move them?

Temp dropped by .3 this morning

Lottie, that's the thing though, this month we said we would really go for it (so far CDs 5,8,10,12,14,16,17) and now it looks as though there was never going to be an egg!! So it really doesn't matter if you only do it a few times, it's the quality that matters

I am not disappointed that I tried them. I think it's good to give everything a go. I may well try them at a later stage, it's funny cos my temps are not playing ball this month it could have been a bad month to try the OPKs... if you know what I mean? Perhaps if I'd used them last month I might have got some results. I won't rule them out completely, just won't use them for a while at least.

I bought some pink grapefruit juice ready for next cycle, that's how certain I am that this month is annovulatory. It was bound to happen at some point I guess.

I know what you mean about the CF... last month I had plenty of EW, this month not so much of the EW (15 & 16 only) and certainly not as stretchy as some of those pics show.

I have been wondering if all of this observation really makes a difference?? I mean, I will continue as I feel calmer having a little bit of an idea of when and if OV occurs, but my mum had 2 children (nearly 3) and was adamant that everyone ovulated on day14, til I convinced her otherwise

Crumbs. Don't I go on

You are not nagging!! I just did my last OPK, faint line, almost not even there...
11 nothing (did 2)
12 faint line (did 2 to make sure there was something)
13 faint line
14 faint line
15 nothing (did 2 again)
16 v faint line
17 even fainter line

So now I have used all 10 and nothing has come of it. So although I am not giving up on them, I have none left to continue testing. I suspect that I wouldn't get a line if I continued forever

I understand about your temps now, makes sense

I've only got 11 days of my VIP status left with FF. Not sure what will disapear when my time is up so thought I should put my charts up before then. Before I started using the software I was able to convince myself that my luteal phase varied enough to be occasionally viable - but it does now look very consistently 9 days long.

I've been taking B6 for about 6 months, at 100mg per day for most of that time, now up to 200mg a day since the beginning of my last cycle. Also taking high dose Vit C.

I had noticed the similarity to your cycles Lottie - also we are the same age, so I am following your progress with much interest. Sounds like we may both be thinking about discussing things with our doctors very soon too.

3cats, it's a shame that you are not seeing the same consultant, but I am sure you will be in good hands. Fingers crossed you can get some answers. Do you find it easier now that you are not temping, and just observing the other factors?

Lottie, Why did your software discount those 2 high temps?

GeekinPigtails, Have you stopped taking the EPO??

Iwillbepegbydec07, Illness has clearly had an effect on your temps. How are you feeling now??

Seaside, I must say you have a very pretty looking chart.

I am convinced that this month I shall not ovulated, which is a pity, cos DH and I have put in plenty of effort Oh well, we'll keep practising

3catstoo · 19/02/2007 13:17

Afternoon all.

Well done Ready.
I have to admit that once I got the software I did get some what obsessed . Hence I haven't temped for over a month now, just to see if I'm less stressed.

Good luck with yours.

I got a pre ov dip in my first 2 cycles on tcoyf. My temp went right down the day before it went above the coverline.
It hasn't happened during every cycle though.

Natty- I haven't had any other tests. Only got a date for the progesterone test on 7th March then appt with consultant on 2nd May.

Surely if my temps are rising then coming back down for AF that's a sign that I'm ov'ing? Will the progesterone test prove any more than temping?

My gut feeling is that because the lining of my womb is very thick and I have theses funny varicose veins floating around in there, that even if fertilized an egg couldn't embed into my messy womb!

That's all I can think of, especially after my Gyny telling me to go back if I wasn't pg within 4 months, knowing my previous history for getting pg.

Unfortunately he has passed me over to the fertility specailist rather than seeing me himself. I wanted to see him because he did the laparoscopy and has seen me for other issues than fertility. He was my consultant when I was pg with DS, as I had a low placenta (which moved at 37 weeks enabling a vaginal delivery).

I will go and have a chart spot now before I waffle on anymore!

seaside72 · 19/02/2007 11:38

Ready - its interesting that you have got the same v low dip on CD 14 of both cycles? Not sure what it means (maybe - pre-ov dip) - has that happened in your booklet/past cycles too?

Will study my TCOYF book and see if tehre are any charts similar.

seaside72 · 19/02/2007 11:33

Well done Ready!!

Ready · 19/02/2007 10:54

I have succombed to an online chart. Basically because I am so peeved this month with seemingly not ovulating yet

Being a miser, I have gone for FF to start with. DH thinks having an online chart will make me worse, so this is a trial period. If I find it helps me then I will get the TCOYF. I haven't put in any data other than period and temps for now. When I have more time I will tinker.

seaside72 · 18/02/2007 14:19

Thanks lottie - you have made me feel a bit better - but yet again we are at CD20 and all good intentions about keeping going at least twice a week through cycle have been ruined by me felling a bit coldy since Friday afternoon

At this rate we will be beating our own 21 day record from last month!!

Am plannng to have another big chat with DH this week after have been to docs on Monday.

I think the coverline only shows on FF if you subscribe to VIP membership (and if you have to pay I would say ovusoft prog looks better value.) I am going to stick with FF for a bit as it works on my mac and the basic membership is free!

If I have got it right then - hi Natty and 3cat and everyone else here!

mum03 · 17/02/2007 13:14

I am getting confused (which is not difficult for me), as to which thread to post on and which one has all the charts etc.

Is it -

current charts

old chart and instructions on posting

and this one for nattering about our charts on? have I got it right or am I completely do-laly!

Natty1806 · 16/02/2007 16:47

Thanks ready - got to take them twice a day so will have them with breakfast and dinner and finish them the day of my op.

Ready · 16/02/2007 16:43

Sorry I haven't been on for a bit. So busy, which is great cos it takes my mind of ttc!!

3cats, all the best with your tests. Like you say, at least things are moving along!! Fingers crossed for you.

Natty, when I delayed my period with the tablets, if memory serves I had to take them 3 times a day with meals, and when I got home, I finished a full day as normal, and my period arrived the next day. Which I suspect is normal for most. Good luck with it. The only thing I will say is make sure you eat with them, they can make you nauseous otherwise.

Everyone else... as soon as I get the chance I will have a good old nosey at your charts... fingers crossed!!

cityangel · 16/02/2007 16:37

MrsMC that sounds very stressful I am thinking of you big Friday hugs

Natty1806 · 16/02/2007 16:23

Any news Mrs?

Natty1806 · 16/02/2007 16:23

Hi 3 cats

I have had the 21 day test, it tests for progestrone to see if you have ovulated mine was less than 4 (which is bad) anything over 14 is classed as good and that ovulation has ocurred. on clomid mine went up to 66.

OH had his sperm test, no waiting time though. Waited for all my results to come back and then they gave him a pot and told him what to do and to drop it off at the hospital for testing - 10 days after gp rings with results.

Have you had a blood test for your fhs levels etc?
