Anyone ttc baby #2?

Hi everyone,

I'm new here, ttc baby #2 (1st cycle) and already driving myself wild with the tww. I wondered if anyone else is in the same boat?

I was so relaxed about baby #1 that the constant nagging thoughts about am I / aren't I are completely new to me and are making me feel anxious with symptom spotting.

Thought I'd see if there is anyone to talk to on here as my husband is quite matter of fact about there being nothing we can do to find out except for being patient - I know, he's infuriating right.

It'd be great to buddy up if anyone else is in a similar position.

I'm due AF Friday counting down after ovulation X so could probably test on wed Confused pretty scared of BFN X

Hey ladies how r we all today ?

So I'm on either 9dpo or 10dpo and after having cramps last week I have nothing , really hoping to feel a cramp or two now as implantation ( if pregnant ) should happen any day now ! Really remember feeling it strongly with DD X
I promised myself I wasn't going to get all psycho during the TWW but think that's where I'm headed lol xxx

I know what u mean about the worry , with DD I was always worrying if things wer OK in there until I cud feel her moving around ( love that part of pregnancy ! Grin u have all that to look forward too X
Until then relax , your allowed to b lazy YOUR PREGNANT ! Grin xxx

As I said before. I had a strong feeling based on cramping, fizzy boobs and generally feeling weird but actually seeing the positive has put me in a state of shock. We are so happy though!! The nausea has hit me in full force and I am literally falling asleep at any opportunity. My farts are like canned warfare ammunition Shock Not sure if that's pregnancy or just me!!!

Gx, I don't think your cramps are too early. I don't know when I ovulated because the OPK didn't work for me but I know my fertile period was the week before last. My cramps started last weekend, so literally a week later which would be similar to you! I'm soooo hoping you've caught!

Anyway I am wishing you all BFP's!! I'll be stalking the thread.

Now I have the worry of every twinge in first trimester. The worry never ends....

Good luck to all those still waiting ! It's hard not to think u are pregnant every month ! I'm still hoping ! The cramping I was having during the week has ebbed away .. It was too early for implantation cramping so Iv I get that I'm the next few days it's either that or AF getting ready to show face Confused
Fx for all of us ! This is a great thread for luck !

Congratulation Peyia, fingers crossed for everyone still hoping or waiting for next month.

Thanks for all your good wishes, I went from being convinced I was - to convinced I wasn't (little bit of fresh blood when wiping made me thing AF had arrived and feeling less nauseous in the evening) - to now thinking I'm still in with a chance (AF proper still not here and felt a bit nauseous again this morning).

I'm trying not to get my hopes up because my cycles weren't regular and not much opportunity, but it is really hard! Plan is to test on friday if AF still not around. Taking Folic Acid etc and don't drink anyway.

I'm not on my tww Mimi, was just getting excited for everyone else's results!! So glad people are getting lucky. I am on cd8, dh and I had a night away to celebrate our anniversary, had such a good time and dtd a couple of times...too early though? I still haven't got the hang of which days etc. Your dh sounds super committed to the ttc cause! Haha!

Good luck Kiki. If you have conceived this week and you have a dc with a quiet disposition then you will always think they were a product of your silent sex sessions!Wink

Congrats Peyia-fab news.

We've been dtd for the last few days at ILs so now back home to sightly more relaxed bed (DP is silent at ILs and it freaks me out! ). Not been doing ovulation testing so no idea if the peak zone has passed or is about to start- last few cycle lengths varied quite a bit so we'll just have to dtd lots and hope things work out.

It's so nice to see some bfps here. I hope to see some more soon.

Yeh thats my worry and why i didnt go back for my next one in feb, i dont think they should give it to women at their 8 week check, i wasnt in any frame of mind to be making decisions with a reflux baby who hadnt slept for 8 weeks! Grin

Victoria I was on depo for a long time so I'm sure it's probably not relevant to you but once off of it it took 2years to conceive DD. I never went back on it. This time it only took 3cycles to concieve. Just saying that it may well cause temporary problems to your fertility??

Ive no idea re: my cycle, havent had a period since my lo was born last october so ive no idea if its still the effects of the depo stopping anything happening, i wish i could find out one way or another so im not getting my hopes up every few weeks Confused

Gx, I really think the cramping is a good sign for you. I know it can feel
similar to AF but having been pregnant before, do you have a feeling??

Victoria, welcome!! Do you have an idea of when you might come on? Negatives can be disheartening but you might still get your positive!!!

Thirdthoughts keep us posted, sounds like you could have had a great bit of luck in your first month!! You've earned a quicker one after the time you put in for dc1!

Hope you're still feeling good Gx and Mimi and that cramps aren't too painful. These tww are so hard, I'm now not only wishing mine away but everyone else's too!!

Got BFN yesterday so am angry at the world ??
I have a 13mo and would love a 2nd, i had the depo at xmas but havent had it since and AF still hasnt made an appearance! so i cant plan the best times to dtd and its driving me crazy! Im still breastfeeding so i dont know whether that is stopping AF
driving myself a bit crazy lol

(Hugs) hoggle I know what u mean Iv had long cycles after coming off the pill ! Last cycle was the worst ! X
Figgy that's ashame but uv mibi not missed it I didn't get a positive OPK til cd 19-20 this time so know I'm having another long cycle - AF should b due end of next week if not pregnant !
The month before that I didn't use OPKs thinking I would ovulate around cd 12-14 so didn't loyally dtd after that , hope u manage to catch it , enjoy ur wine tho , I had a mini bottle of red last night and it was good WinkWine X
Mimi - hope the cramping a a good sign , that's what I'm going thru good luck ! Xx

I haven't tested today mimi because I'm pretty sure the negative I got yesterday is right, also as of about 5 mins ago I've started getting AF signs so that's that! The annoying thing about having long cycles at the moment is that it feels like the whole thing takes FOREVER. I know I'm not pg but AF still not here, let alone finished, then it will be a while until the fertile time then the tww....I'm fed up just thinking about it!
