Anyone ttc baby #2?

Third thoughts test test test .i have an aunt who always knows before anyone tests and gets a bfp especially the elderly people seem to either sense or see.Iike Gx said maybe you are glowing.l too am a bit over weight and am currently on a diet,hoping it won't harm baby if i get a bfp next week but i needed to do this now because once i get pregnant no telling if the my weight will be worse or better.

Third thoughts - they do say pregnant women have a certain glow about them ! X
But yeh u might also be tuning into what ppl are saying when it anything bby related ( becoz that's all we can think about lol)
There no harm in testing tho to see if they are right xx

I've been feeling a bit self-conscious the last couple of days about what DH has named Schroedinger's bump.

I was recalling a conversation with a women at the bus stop earlier this week and realised she used the phrase "in your condition" the phrase had sat oddly at the time, but she went on to talk about her own health wrt being overweight, so I assumed she was talking about my weight, it didnt occur to me she might have thought me pregnant. But the conversation did involve her talking about her struggle to conceive, but I thought she was thinking about it because her partner was chatting away to my DC1

When I saw my mum last weekend she was making pointed comments about getting my DC1 used to spending time with other people (her?) "at the very least he'll need to be with someone when you go into labour with the second one". (She has said this kind of thing before, though not recently).

And the last time I saw my older sister (the weekend before) she was talking about her expectations during her second pregnancy. I thought it was a bit odd at the time and wondered if she was pregnant with a third, but didn't say anything.

AIBU to wonder if I look so pregnant that other people know I'm pregnant before I do? Or am I just paying attention to these little comments because I might be and never would have noticed them before and it is just coincidence?

Perhaps because I'm (very) overweight anyway, I don't spend lots of time looking in the mirror, and when I glance I'm usually standing in front of it looking straight on. So after I was thinking about the conversations above, I had a good look at "is it/isn't it bump" in the mirror, and I do have a firmer sort of curve above my more squidgey belly fat. I could look 4 months pregnant, or not be at all. I don't know!

Tell you something, if I'm not pregnant, I've got a lot of motivation to lose weight now! If I am, then I'm maybe showing early because of it being my second (stretchy) pregnancy with unfit muscles or maybe I'm further along than the 4-6 weeks I suspect based on symptoms and when we had been TTC. But DH reckons I could be as much as 8 weeks or not at all.

He reckons I've been short with him, which could either be AF or pregnancy related so isn't helpful.

Morning ladies how r we all today ?
Ok so got up this morning and took this I can see a very faint line better than yesterday's lol ( still very faint ) don't know what to think ?
Symptoms ate sore boobs and peeing a lot more than usual since yesterday
I'm needing to go out and get more tests as I nd to be sure !!
I'm only 12 dpo I think so still early days X what do U guys think ? Xx

Iv had one really sore boob today and swear I cud feel pinching in my tummy ( symptom spotting ... When I said I wouldn't this time ) lol really hoping I get a line in the next few days !
The last few days have suddenly started dragging !

Loki glad ur feeling good most of the time ! I know first trimester is the hardest of them all but u wouldn't b normal if u didn't worry ( everything will be fine in there!) I always loved my appointments wen they checked they checked the heartbeat , went out and bought one of the dopplers myself lol

I'm ok thanks! The symptoms come in waves. Monday I had none at all, then yesterday I was so nauseous. I forgot how worrying the first trimester is! Can't wait to see more BFP'S xx

New to this board and poor wifi so just adding myself on as ttc#2, we have a DD 2.5 and started on number two this week!
No idea when ad due so assuming next month we will actually get ourselves in order, was a bit of a quick decision, went for pre appointment and doctor took coil out there and then

Thanks hoggle ! I'm putting the faint line to an indent now that Iv looked at it dry will b 12 dpo tomorrow so probs test again but think it will b another bfn , oh well might need to just wait til the wkend after that and see if AF shows up xxx

G - break the test apart and let it dry. As long as it has colour, regardless of how faint, it's a bfp. I have found that only frer give me an accurate result before af. Good luck! You too, Hoggle!
