Ovia is telling me it's 6 days from today which makes it 1st eeekkkkkk!

lemonslemonslemons · 25/09/2015 22:25

AF is due on the 4th obsessed! Recon I will test on 5th if my patience will allow. What about you?

obsessedlex · 25/09/2015 14:20

Lemons it's hopeless isn't it. Just keeping everything crossed - when are you testing? X

3Princes99 · 25/09/2015 12:15

Sorry af got you Zebra Angry

So sorry for your losses sukura xx

Why does time stay still when you're waiting for something important/exciting to come around!!

Though It's scary that this time next week I'll know what our future holds, there will either be a 4th baby or not. Doesn't matter how many other exciting plans we have I still think it will hit me hard that there's no more babies coming. I have a weekend away with friends next weekend too, not the best timing but been booked along time. Hope it's a happy weekend not a miserable one. Grin

Lovelybeano · 25/09/2015 10:51

May I join you ladies? Ttc #3, didn't track anything last time just kinda happened when it happened - this time I'm obsessed haha I'm doing things like counting my days, looking at discharge, wondering when I'll ovulate haha I'm so impatient, we dtd on day 7, 9 & 10 and won't now for a week because he's away but I think I ovulated yesterday or I am today (I'm day 13) so I'm hoping there's still a chance ?? Wishing you all the best of luck, due on 11/10 seems too long to wait!

lemonslemonslemons · 25/09/2015 10:49

obsessedlex I AM THE SAME! And I hate it because I know it's really unlikely that I am. It's doing my head in :(

Weekend plans (good thinking Rose): 30th birthday party for a friend tomorrow. Shan't be drinking (just in case) so have told DH that I am to designated driver. This never happens because he rarely drinks! I always do so I just know people will get suspicious!! Then we have my niece's birthday party on Sunday and we are meant to be seeing friends tonight, but I think they will cancel because she isn't feeling well.

Oh God I just want to be pregnant!!!

Sakura03 · 25/09/2015 08:44

Lol threadsites? You know what I mean (I blame the phone)

Sakura03 · 25/09/2015 08:41

Hi everyone, hope you don't mind me joining? I was (am) on the TTC after MC (#7) thread but it's gone ever so quiet but on a positive note a few ladies have fallen pregnant again and moved over to other threadsites. I'm 37 ttc#1 and have no idea what cycle I'm on but I'll update that later on. Mc on 28 May at 6 weeks (on beach hol at the time...). Used opks once a couple of months back where I ovulated on Cd16 so thought I'd give it another go this cycle and notices signs of ewcm on cd 7 so decided to start testing and this morning Cd10 my clear blue digital ov test came up "O" which I really didn't expect. Having said that, last night I noticed slight twinges in my right side but I just put it down to me 'imagining things'... so I'm well confused but I'll keep testing and bd of cause!

obsessedlex · 25/09/2015 08:23

Oh I'm sorry zebra WineThanksCake

ZebraCrossing007 · 25/09/2015 07:57

So I'm already out this month, AF got me early yesterday so now feeling a bit glum, another month down.... Waiting for next month now.
Hope everyone else gets their BFPs!!

obsessedlex · 25/09/2015 07:26

Argh Jelly don't tell me that! It's only adding fuel to the fire ...Grinonly joking! I'm trying to keep busy and distracted. I've got a busy day today ( we run our own business and have a new accountant coming in to look st the books to see if he could take it over from our old fiendishly expensive one - who we have paid £7k to over the last 13 months!! They only do the VAT and end of year, I do everything else) and tonight I'm going to the cinema with a gfriend to see 'miss you already' tearjearker!!
How does everyone else keep their mind off testing and spotting every single symptom like a crazy woman ? Xx

simplydivine05 · 25/09/2015 07:11

I am now officially in my two week wait. I vow not to think every little symptom means I'm pregnant like I have the last two cycles. I accept that I will feel like crap until af arrives and thresholds nothing I can do about it! If I get a bfp I will probably feel like crap for the next ten months!
I've got some exciting business things going on this weekend to keep me distracted for a bit (I'm self employed and going to try and get my stuff in a real live shop!). I reckon if I throw myself into my business I can take my mind off it.
What is everyone else up to?

JellyBaby26 · 25/09/2015 02:36

Obsessed - those signs sound positive!

Will you be poas on the 1st? Same over here , made a promise to myself not to do it earlier.....hmmmm

Rose2806 · 24/09/2015 22:28

You need a distraction! What is everyone up to at the weekend? :-)

obsessedlex · 24/09/2015 17:27

That was meant to read NOT to symptom spot btw!!
Going mad!

obsessedlex · 24/09/2015 17:26

Ohhhhh trying so hard it to symptom spot buttttt my boobs are killing me, feels like my nipples are on fire......and I've been dizzy.......and I'm exhausted...... Ovia says 7 WHOLE days till I can test ShockHmmConfusedAngry

JellyBaby26 · 24/09/2015 17:00

Rose I think the "normal" Ovulation window is actually wildly inaccurate. When i used them last time i ovulated a week later than my app lead me to believe so keep testing each day.

Rose2806 · 24/09/2015 16:38

Also.. is anyone else using sperm friendly lubricant? We have Conceive Plus and are kinda using it every other time, hoping it will help but didn't want to use it all the time in case it is doing the opposite!

Rose2806 · 24/09/2015 16:35

I went and bought some ovulation tests today, did one this afternoon and it was negative :-( It's weird because the app says I'm in the middle of my fertile window at the moment. Does the smiley face come up only when you are about to ovulate or when you are/have just ovulated as well?

Thisisbonkers · 24/09/2015 13:53

Thanks 3princes. I shall start them today (hell, I have hundreds of the things Blush) and see what goes. My luck has to be in at some point!

3Princes99 · 24/09/2015 13:41

I wouldn't read to much into the bleeding bonkers. I too have had several mid cycle bleeds over the last 6 months(never ever noticed any prior to ttc this time??). Afew have been before, during or slightly after ovulation but last month was a whole week before a positive opk so start doing them now. Good luck :)

Thisisbonkers · 24/09/2015 11:11

I have what I think is ovulation spotting today. Does this mean I have ovulated or that I am ovulating? Will dtd tonight be too late? Sad

It's so tricky trying to manage ttc with such irregular cycles. If I am ovulating now, then it's early. I've not even started with the opks this month (cd11 of 30-35 usually). Can anything help even them out?

simplydivine05 · 24/09/2015 11:01

Thanks Rose. RE opks, I don't use them, however like you, I am starting to think using them might be a good idea. Same as temping. I really want to not obsess but I am anyway so if I'm out this month then I think I'm going to try them to see if I ovulate when I think I do.

Hi Lily!
