Waiting to try, and cycle a mess from the pill

First that is some dedicated POAS you've done there!! What a great idea to label them!

Looking back to last cycle, I had 2 days of almost positives before I had a proper surge. I won't get too excited yet!! Could be friday before i get a positive!

The lower 3 are on 7th and 8th december, then i got a positive on 9th december am (4th one up), it then stayed positive until evening of the 10th (top 2).

I wil keep testing!

Getting there though first they are going in the right direction!

Update...tiniest amount of brown in my CM this morning...cautiously hopeful!

Still not there yet! Will keep testing and keep dtd!

The bottom one is from 8.30 this am (2nd morning wee) after was woken at 5 to the cat being sick. Onestep say not to test til 10am, so will keep you updated!

Hmm Cookie if your temp jumped up at the same time as your faint OPK's that could indicate ovulation if it stayed high for 3 days or more, or a failed attempt if it didn't. Hope it comes soon for you!
I've read that temps are ok if taken within an hour of the same time each day so long as you've had at least 3 hours sleep beforehand, so it might be worth persevering. My temp alarm goes off just after DH gets up and then I go back to sleep until my alarm.

Bobo I know it's nice to have a cycle buddy!! I think I might do an IC test on Friday...so worried it's too early though. I've not had any major symptoms, I had one bout of feeling really nauseas for about an hour (but it could well have been what I'd eaten!) and I've had on and off very mild pelvic ovulation twinges the whole week but think I'm just being hyper sensitive to symptoms!! No bleeding or noticeable boob soreness. What about you?

My OPKs never hit a peak so I don't think I have ov'd yet, unless I just missed the positive on the OPK! They never got dark enough that I even assumed ov was near! Ah my temping has gone to pot it was just disrupting my sleep too much when DH was getting up 5 some days, then I would perhaps sleep through until my alarm at half 6. Just felt I couldn't measure it consistently! It jumped up by almost whole degree at the weekend which made me realise I must have done something wrong I've just got a feeling this cycle is going to be a tricky one to pin down! How's your temps looking new girl? Xx

I'm not sure if I ovulated or not? I'm on CD26 now? I'm going by my app when I ovulated and it said I ovulated the 14th of January? So it a waiting game for me ?

Sorry Shan! DPO = days post ovulation.
If you know this you can have a good idea whether or not you'll get an accurate pregnancy test reading. Usually you won't get a positive before 10DPO but can take up 14 days or more.
So I guess an easier way of asking is if you know when you ovulated, and if you know what cycle day you are on X

I don't have any atm iv to buy a few? I might just get the early response one in the chemist at the weekend when I'm in town? And if it's BFN il just wait till AF does arrive

But not sure as I didnt use opks to check when I ov and if nothing arrives and BFN I clearly didn't ov yet at iv been TTC almost every night :P hopefully I did catch ov and AF stays away :( really hoping to get BFP this month FX :(

I admire your attitude Chapman, onwards and upwards! My Gran used to say 'what's for you won't go past you'- it's true! I'm good thanks! Had negative OPKs so I'm feeling a bit blah. Had geared myself up for potentially ov'ing this week but no sight if it happening just yet!

Chapman - poor you, at lease you know the reason and that your body wasn't misbehaving on it own and don;t beat yourself up it was an easy mistake. fx this new cycle will be your cycle!

Sunny - I'm going to try an IC on Friday which will be 11dpo (because I'm impatient) and then use an frer on Monday at 14dpo for a proper test. No idea when af is due as CD62 now so hoping if I wait until 14dpo that will be enough just been our for meal with the girls and had to try and stay awake haha bed for me now I think!

Tomorrow is another day closer to bfp's and ov's for all! Night ladies x

Chapman at least you know what it was now, would have been worrying if it was completely out of the blue. So gutting for you though, can't believe one pill would have that much of an effect! Like cookie says, first week of Feb isn't that far away - next week!
Glad your OH half has been supportive and helped you figure it out.

Bobo fx for you - we are about the same place in our cycles. When are you going to test? Lots of people catch a little fertility peak after just coming off the pill!

First really hope you get your darker lines soon. Keep DTD as much as you can anyway in case you don't get a really dark one.

Thanks cookie I feel like a fkin moron to be honest but that's the only thing I think that's caused it. Haha don't be silly you know what it is I'm getting obsessed I need to chill and stop worrying about ovulating and just enjoy dtd and it will happen when it's meant to be. Chapman I'm so sorry hun. You must be feeling devastated & frustrated at AFs early arrival! I had no idea that re taking the pill could have that effect, especially only one pill. You poor thing. First week of Feb isn't too far away now. No doubt you will still ov before me, going by my bloody long cycles!! Xx

Thanks girls for all your thoughts it's appreciated! No I defo didn't miss my ov period - i took a pregnancy test before as my doctor told me too.

I realise what it is now. On Wednesday I went down stairs about 4am had horrible headache and I have 2 jars one with my pill in and one with the headache tablets - my pill is just continuous so it doesn't matter what day I take I'm still protected and I just dipped my hand in and assumed it was the right one I was half asleep and the light wasn't on took it then realised that it felt small turned on the light and I've took a pill instead of the ibropufen powder tablet. I didn't think it would make a difference as I haven't taken another one since then but obliviously it's had effects and made me come on. It's only when my oh mentioned it to me cause i came upstairs all upset.
I told my auntie about it before and she said when she was ttc with her first she took a couple then stopped then took a few more and stopped and she conceived the next month she said something along the lines of - your body wakes up a bit etc but any ways I'm on fkin cycle day 2. Ready to ov around first week in Feb!!! Xxxxx

Congratulations choc! I know it's been a confusing few weeks for you but I'm glad it has ended well!!

I'm really sorry Chapman, how long was this cycle? You might have ov'd and missed it on opks. It seen fertility friend charts before where people are pregnant so obviously ovulated but never got positive opks.

Poin. What about doing your opk before you leave work? You only need a little plastic pot and stick your opks in your bag? Or I sometimes try to wee at 2 ish and then hold wee till I get home and opk then.

Bobo hope your tiredness is a preggers symptom! When are you going to test?

First, ooo let us know how your opk goes, if post a pic, I have a weird fascination with seeing wee sticks! Haha.
