Today was my 5th "High" day in a row on the clear blue fertility monitor. I'm hopeful that Peak might come soon though - I know you aren't meant to look at the lines on the test sticks but I have noticed that where before there was only one, and then a faint second line, the second line now seems quite strong.

Congratulations toffee!! The clear blue digis are off a bit so 1-2 actually means 2-3 so not to worry! Xx

Well... With much excitement and anxiety, I did a Clear Blue Digi test this morning and there it was! In black and white. Pregnant 1-2 weeks! Can't argue with that BFP!

I cried. A lot. Happy tears of course. And all a little bewildered that it happened so quickly. And then of course came a surge of guilt, for those that have been trying for longer. I don't know why but I've always thought it would take DH and I a while to conceive. Hats off to DH and his little swimmers - I always underestimate him!

Did think I should be 2-3 weeks rather than 1-2 so I'm already worrying but just trying to be relaxed and do all I can to ensure a healthy pregnancy with as little risk as possible.

I can't thank you ladies enough for the wealth of knowledge and support over the last month - and putting up with my usually elongated posts! What can I say? I'm a talker.

If it's okay, I'd like to stay around this thread for longer - to hear about your own journeys and hopefully to celebrate some more BFPs! And to carry on giving the same support you've all shown me. Don't worry though - I'll keep my pregnancy talk elsewhere as to not be insensitive.

As for me still no AF CD 43/48 depending if you count pill Withdrawl bleed. I'm getting very spotty but that's about it for symptoms. Wish AF would just show up and put me out of my misery!

Jellybean100 I completely understand how you feel. I hate that people are so nosy. This time around I just want to be less stressed and just think if it happens it happens. I say that to people who ask about kids.

I really wish I had shut my mouth and told absolutely nobody that we were trying but it's all anyone likes to ask you once you're married and I'm a terrible liar. Now so many people in work know I feel like I've jinxed myself.

Her reason was she was excited she told my dh's friend and his wife and their kids her bf is friend with them. I was so annoyed not her business to share.

Tentative congrats toffee. My temp has dipped and I've had browny, pinky spotting today so I'm assuming I'm out. I'm only 8dpo but my temps are all over the place so I might be more like 13dpo. Who knows!

ToffeeAppleMarsBar everything crossed for you! If it had colour (assuming it was a pink dye test) then I don't think it can be an evap line. Very excited for you! Keep us updated. Also, don't be hardhearted if the CBdigital is negative as I don't think they are that sensitive?

So... I was planning on testing tomorrow morning if AF hadn't arrived but curiosity got the better of me last night with the arrival of some internet cheapies... And I THINK I got a faint BFP!!!

I'm not getting my hopes up too much as I know sometimes you can get evap lines but a line definitely was there, faintly, within the 10 minute testing window.

Going to pick up a clear blue digi one today and take that test with DH tomorrow morning to hopefully see it in black and white.

I don't quite believe it or trust it at the moment. Especially as I felt SO PMSy. Am walking with a slight spring in my step though.

If I ov'd when I thought I did (not doing tests or temping) just using cycle averages, I'm 15dpo today.

So I'm not symptom spotting in my tww because I have none but I've been having some weird dreams this last week.

Oh no, guys... I've been hit with my first bout of TTC crazies... AF due today. No sign of it yet but I feel VERY pre-periody so I've pretty much resigned myself to knowing this isn't our month.

I always get really weepy the day before AF is due and ended up starting to cry during a frustrating conversation with my line manager at work yesterday. It was TOTALLY embarrassing and I think they were tears of frustration (at my line manager being a complete condescending moron and treating me like an idiot) but why do our hormones turn us into blubbering wrecks? Made me look even more incompetent. And then got myself worked up into a right state and cried all the way to my friend's house. What a complete fool!

I know it's not over until the 'red lady' sings, but I feel like I know.

Hugs Kitty - hope you're coping with the twin-baby-bombshell. You'll get there and it'll be OH-SO-WORTH-IT when you do and we'll all be here to celebrate with you! It can be a long road but how precious will it be for your baby to know how much it was wanted and longed for?

But good news... my ??50 Aldi vouchers arrived last night so as soon as AF arrives, I think I'll be treating myself to a cold glass of something grape-y and refreshing.

Chat for you too. Same situation, our pfb are 6 days apart. I'm so pleased for her, her ds was going to be an only as her journey has been so tough but obviously this is great news for her. She said it's a bit scary (I'm sure the idea of twins is) and the first though through my head was 'I'll have one' fucking mental!

This whole ttc and pregnancy after loss thing sucks the big one!

Sorry for everyone having baby-bombs dropped on them! Worst one I had was just before I conceived ds2, I miscarried a baby early on. Literally 4 weeks later my 'sil' announced she was 3 weeks pregnant!

Anyone else get leg cramps when af is here? Mine are so painful!
