Support, shoulders to cry on, virtual gin and the best cheer leaders MN can offer you. We've been there and it's awful but we'll help each other through to better times.

Don't think it's going to happen for me this cycle Sad but it is lovely to hear the good news and positive stories from you all.
I wish I could just relax and let it happen but I'm just overanalysing everything - anyone else in the same boat?

Mummyofonesofar · 20/08/2015 08:48

Congratulations cherry

paws it will be you soon lovely. I wouldn’t count the opk until the line is as dark or darker than the control, but I can’t see the one you posted yesterday for some reason.

Reebok I am still occasionally poas to check for lines. And though I had a great scan, I am having a private one next week to check both heartbeats have gone past the point of my last loss.

Thank you for everyone being excited for me, I hope you didn't mind me checking in with my news.

Sakura03 · 20/08/2015 08:06

Hi everyoneSmile. I haven't left you all. Welcome to all the newbies. Think af has stated today as spotting this morningSad 3rd cycle post mc...
Congrats mummyand cherry reebok fx that you get a stronger line soon, I hope I haven't missed anyone out. Have fun bd'ingpaws monkey how are you? I'll have a proper read back tonight, hope you all have a good day x

Reebok · 19/08/2015 23:30

Feeling really anxious. Still having cramps. Convinced I'm going to start and its chemical. Keep wearing pads. So scared again.

CarrotVan · 19/08/2015 21:14

Congratulations reebok fx for a sticky pregnancy for you.

Looks positive to me paws

No worries, thanks reebok

Reebok · 19/08/2015 19:48

Didn't want to read and run paws. I have no idea how opks work. I've never used one before as even when we Ttc for my LO we took a whatever happens happens approach and didn't chart or anything. Hopefully someone will be along soon who knows a bit more.

Allmychildrenhavepaws · 19/08/2015 15:28

Aww, bless ya reebok...very sweet of you! We all deserve it Grin
I bet by tomorrow you will have a darker line, takes between 48-72 hours for hormones to double, xx

Can you guys have a look at my opk I done today, its my last one so can't do anymore, had something similar yesterday but the test line was slightly lighter! Cd15 now, so if I count this as my + I'll O tomorrow on cd16...

The worrying thing is, that each mc i have makes my O day 1 day later, and my lp 1 day shorter! Before mc1 lp was 14 days, after mc1 it became 13, and after mc2 12 days! I thought your cycle length was supposed to change to accommodate late ovulation, so to keep lp the same? I'm worried mine is going to become too short to become pg?

Just a bit concerned is all, anyone else have this, and did it ever go back to normal?

Paws fingers crossed this will be your month. Positive thoughts coming your way. No one deserves it more than you Hun!

Reebok · 19/08/2015 07:30

Congrats Cherry! That's fab news! I don't think paranoia leaves until bubba arrives. I felt that way with LO....convinced every twinge meant it was over and couldn't bond with her until a late stage.

Thank you for your support and paws too. Would be a wreck without you all. I decided to poas again...I'm turning into a poas madwoman! It's another light pink line. Think I'm going to have to continue poas daily to convince myself.

Thanks for the offer snooky but I haven't been using ovulation sticks. Congrats on the baby!!

Snooky17 · 19/08/2015 00:26

Hi ladies, sorry for gate dashing your thread, would anyone like my remaining stash of ovulation sticks they are only IC and there is about 15 I think, I had 2 Mmc within 6 months but am laid here now next to my 3 month old daughter. Please PM me if they are any use. X

Allmychildrenhavepaws · 19/08/2015 00:05

reebok yes, definitely positive! I will be feeling exactly the same when I get my next bfp, losing three in a row would kill me. I would say relax, but that would make me a huge hypocrite Wink
Just take it one day at a time...today, you are pregnant...yay! X

cherry wow congratulations to you too! X

That's three on this thread that have fallen pg in first cycle after mc recently!
Wish I could have been one of them, sigh fingers crossed I'll get my bfp in 10-12 days time...dtd every day in fertile period, eod leading up to fertile period, due to O tomorrow or Thursday, only got one opk left though so hopefully get a positive one tomorrow...ive gotten darker ones today, but not quite as dark as the control line, don't know wether to count it as a positive or not? I've had a positive before, and it was clearly indeed positive!

Cherrypie5 · 18/08/2015 23:22

Congratulations Reebok that looks like a positive to me! I had a faint positive on a super drug test just like that a week ago, tested 3 days later and the line had got stronger. Like you I was paranoid it was a chemical pregnancy as I was convinced af was coming due to spotting last week, however that's stopped now and I tested again today which was a quick and strong Bfp! I am still petrified though, I don't think I will stop worrying until I make it to 12 weeks ok, I might also try and get a scan at 10 weeks which is when my last baby stopped developing as can't bare the thought of going to 12 week scan and it being another mmc.

mummy congrats on the twins! That's amazing, how exciting.

Welcome to anyone new here, I haven't posted much myself but have been following the thread for a few weeks, the ladies here seem very supportive and it's nice not to feel so alone, though people in rl try to be supportive, I find that unless you've been through it yourself it's hard to relate and truly understand. X

fruitlovingmonkey · 18/08/2015 18:39

Congratulations mummy, wonderful news x

Reebok · 18/08/2015 18:24

Congrats mummy! That's exciting news.

Thanks guys...so it looks positive to you even though it's Faint? I'm trying to be cautious just in case. With my LO, I have tonsillitis before I found out and was late before I had a positive. This time it's an ear infection. Yes I definitely had a negative test 2 weeks after the mc just before we started Ttc. I can't help but feel so scared. Twice has been hard enough....don't know if I will survive after a third. Convinced its chemical as I feel like I'm going to start and keep checking.

Allmychildrenhavepaws · 18/08/2015 17:17

reebok cramping is perfectly normal hun, and you're bound to be feeling a little emotional if you're newly pg...i would try not to worry about the faintness of the lines, if you can hold out and test the day after tomorrow they should get darker, many women dont get strong lines untill the week after af's due! x

Allmychildrenhavepaws · 18/08/2015 17:04

reebok yay!!! congratulations! you definately had a previous bfn after your mc didn't you? if you did, then i would defo say new pregnancy! thats probably why you're so ill...i came down with glandular fever when i was last pg (sadly lost it due to body having to fight such a major infection)
But if you are just ill with cold/flu etc, baby should be fine hun, fc for a sticky healthy one :) xx

mummy omg! mummyofthreetobe more like ;) WOW! thats amazing....such brilliant baby news on here today! congratulations! xx

Mummyofonesofar · 18/08/2015 15:57

Nice pink line there Reebok !! Congratulations

Mummyofonesofar · 18/08/2015 15:56

Hi everyone, I thought I was going to be creeping back here, had spotting Friday and Saturday and really thought the worst as it was the same time as my mc. Had a scan today to check and turns out there are two healthy heartbeats in there! Measuring 6+4 and 6+6! So I am expecting twins. Think I am going to keep my private scan next Thursday to see me past the 8 week mark, especially as we are going on holiday but the hospital said there was no indication anything was going wrong and it all looks positive.

Reebok · 18/08/2015 13:59

Ok I have officially lost the plot. Tested twice on the cheapie tests. So I dragged my sick self out and got a SuperDrug brand as there were only digital tests. And I got another faint line. Am worried I'm either imagining it or its chemical as I keep getting cramps when I need to pee and feeling wet down there (sorry!) like I'm going to start. So going to be as negative about this as possible to avoid disappointment.

Ps sorry for all the posts! No one to talk to in RL.

Reebok · 18/08/2015 08:19

Retested this morning with a cheapie as that's all I have and got a really faint line in the right place this time. Could be nothing though so will just retest tomorrow unless AF shows up before then.

Reebok · 18/08/2015 00:51

DH is pretty good at helping me to wait to test and as I'm very unwell right now, there's no way for me to go out and get one without telling him. Think it's the flu stopping AF come coming anyway as that like in the test was in the wrong place (I think). Up feeling hungry as I have barely been able to eat today and in pain. Been feeling a little upset today. Keep thinking I should be almost 12 weeks and ready for my first proper scan.

Allmychildrenhavepaws · 17/08/2015 21:48

reebok had a look on my laptop...I can see a line of some sort if i tilt the laptop untill the image appears in negative, but it could well be a evap, i had two evaps last month...they were grey/white/shadowy if you kmow what i mean, they had no colour to them. if you want to know before AF does/doesn't turn up, get a First Response hun! x GL x

Allmychildrenhavepaws · 17/08/2015 21:31

Thanks coco, didn't have the wine in the end, had horrid headache! X
k8 those comments get on my nerves too, people who haven't been through it just don't understand...but they do try to bless em, I have friends who have/haven't been through it, and both have been great X
reebok hope your ear infection clears up soon! I can't see a line on my phone...only the control line is visible to me, sorry...are you going to test using a first response at all? I don't know how you can keep waiting for af not knowing, I would have caved and tested with a First response way before now! Fingers crossed for you hun! Xx

Reebok · 17/08/2015 14:05

Hello all, hope everyone is doing better than me. Turns out I have an ear infection so I'm on antibiotics. Still no AF though so can't even take ibuprofen for the temperature until it's confirmed that I'm definitely not pregnant as it can cause problems. In fact, avoid ibuprofen throughout cycle except for when AF arrives when ttc....just a little heads up for those unaware.
Took a cheap internet test. Came up with a faint line but I think it's in the wrong place so I think it's an evap line. Tested twice and both times it looked like this:
