Hey November bunnes, perhaps it's me but it says thread too big to post messages? If it is me then just then this thread die.

Thanks for everyone's advice on temping and OPKs it is very useful. ready4 I fancy a snooze it was tough getting out of bed today. Miserable weather out there.

Hi Chooster aka rr. Sounds like a good plan! I also work in IT for a bank, but all my colleagues are male so I'd be very surprised if they came up to me at the coffee machine and wanted to discuss the unthinkable

Not long to go for us now in Nov... 13 days

Happy Friday

Ready · 23/11/2006 16:26

Noooooo. It's funnier as snacks I think!!

MrsMcJnr · 23/11/2006 16:23

taxi for MrsMc!

Ready · 23/11/2006 16:21

PMSL at "one eyed trouser snacks "

MrsMcJnr · 23/11/2006 16:20

I think they must have slipped me some drugs when I was in that hospital - many apologies for the awful spelling and a big hello to Firststar - I didn't mean to miss you out by name, I was still talking to you too!

MrsMcJnr · 23/11/2006 16:18

Cityangel - hopefully he'll get home on Sat or Sunday, think he'll be climbing the walls by then (in his mind of course!) Physio came in to se him when I was there and told him that he'll be fine to fly to Spain on 28/12 but I'll have to carry the cases to which I exclaimed inside - BUT I'll be pregnant! The power of positive thought! The Dec thread is grat, everyone is trying to chill out, enjoy the festive vibe and be happy - you are of course welcome but I hope it doesn't come to that for you

Chooster I HATE snakes! How nasty for you. I saw far too many on honeymoon - eeecch! I wouldn't put it past you for your whole purpose of being there being to look at one eyed trouser snacks though! (ladies she'll give me a balck eye next time I see her! ) I like the testosterone injected flowers! must tell DH that one! They are in fact a rather large wooden basket with much greenery and a few orange roses and some freesia, will brighten up his room at least! Of course you and the rest of the BPF gang can crash the sleigh (well, not literally!) - we would love your good vibes and babydust as well as your fine company!

Ready - I am suspecting that the sexy night nurses will give DH something to look at, I know from when my Dad was in hospitl that they save the lookers for the night shift. So far, all his nurses have been male

Female - DH will be touched by the concern of my "virtual friends" . I think he is a bit envious, he follows his football team's site but is too chicken to post on it despite being a fanatic!

Ready · 23/11/2006 16:06

Of course you can hop on our sleigh... the postive dust that you are carrying will be good for us all!!

mrs mc j - glad to hear dh is doing well. he must be delighted to hear that cyber women are wishing him well.

thinks.. are masculine flowers those ones with the red willy like thing poking out of the petals? (don't know the name but they have them on tables in pizza express etc)

roll on friday hey

Ready · 23/11/2006 15:22

Blimey... you log off for a couple of hours and people get attacked by adders

MrsMc - Glad MrMc is ok. Shame about Sky TV, but the backless gown has got to make up for that? No?

Any BFPs today?? Or has everyone been good and not been testing early

Chooster · 23/11/2006 14:56

Mmms, must preview posts - when I read that back, I thought it read "hope he likes to testosterone inject flowers", which sounds a bit... well, wrong. I kind of meant hope he likes the flowers.

What are Firststar, Bodders and I going to do when November thread ends - are we allowed to graduate to the december thread too

Chooster · 23/11/2006 14:52

cityangel has the canteen of cutlery officially passed to her - I was 'attacked' by a snake - an adder - in Surrey of all places. Anyway I had a reaction and blew up like a balloon. When I couldn't see out my eyes or... breathe, I realised there was a problem - Now, second prize for guessing what I was doing in the woods in Surrey - joking...

MrsMcJ - So so pleased MrMcJ has come round from the op - thats so great. Poor thing with no sky though eh? I bet you can't wait to see him - hope he likes to testosterone injected flowers

cityangel · 23/11/2006 14:33

Poor dh. When does he get out? When he's back you could put on manly DVDs and Sky and buy some massage oil for a gentle massage to help him recover. Hows it over in December. I am expecting to be heading over there very soon. I wish my cycles were shorter!

Please thank your DH for his concern Cityangel, that was nice! I can tell you, my DH did not like the backless gown he had to put on . His room was very dull with no Sky TV (well, he IS in a private hospital - I thought they'd have Sky!) I'm taking him some
"masculine" flowers this evening to cheer him up.

Glad you enjoyed your friends' wedding

Hey MrsMC I am really pleased he is ok. I was wondering how he is getting on. I shall tell my man later Today is a good day if you're American for a turkey baster!

Thank you all for thinking of my DH. He is out of surgery and seems fine, a bit groggy as you'd expect. I'm going back in tonight to see him. Was such a relief to hear his voice after the op .

Bodkin - {grin] very unusual hobby/job, I love it!

Cityangel - I used to go out with a guy in the Navy and we lived in Devonport for a while, I used to write down the numbers of the ships and wait till he got home to ask him the names, I became quite obsessed with it!

Chooster - was it the heebeegeebees?!

cityangel · 23/11/2006 14:04
