Hi jdol there's not many people around here anymore, but lovely ladies as merry says on the bumsnet bus. Just wanted to say try not to worry about it not having happened yet, getting pg tends to be a longer process for a lot of people than they realise, (not that it helps the worry- I totally had that!) I hope youre journey is short, I got my bfp 5 days after being referred for ivf, so definitely don't give up hope x

Thank you merry it was a strange day, the baby seems to be doing well and we are so pleased, just still doesn't seem real. I went to see some fireworks the same day and felt really emotional- sounds stupid but gave me time to think about the baby we lost and maybe nows time for me to try to relax and enjoy being pregnant, I'm sure there will still be worries along the way but trying to be more positive and less anxious. I will keep checking in here to see how you are getting on-will post a pic in a mo x

I can understand how you must be feeling but the positive side is that you've got another little bean growing and will get to meet him/her again today. It won't take away the loss you've suffered but it will make it a little less painful and will comfort you on this difficult day. The ones we lose are never forgotten or replaced but the ones we have are a huge comfort to us.

Do come back and update after your scan. I'd love to hear about it and see a pic. I'm not yet strong enough to even look on the AN threads but when I am I will look in to see how you're getting on.

Hi merry glad you're ok, miss hanging out here, nice that the bumsnet bus is still going, I tried to keep up with that one for a little while when the buses split but always seemed pages behind, hope everyone else on there is ok too.

I'm not bad thank you, it's my 12 week scan today (12+4 today) and feeling very nervous. It got moved forward (it was supposed to be the 13th but my midwife managed to change it for me) and today would have been the due date of our first baby so have a lot of mixed emotions. I have everything crossed that November is your lucky month x

I'm still around southy and it's lovely to hear from you. I'm mostly on the bumsnet thread. I'm ok AF finished today so back to ttc tomorrow. How are you doing? How many weeks are you now?

Hi everyone, sorry I've not been around. Have been in a sad cloud but had a post mmc scan today and got the all clear. The Dr said we can start trying now so we're back to ttc as
from tonight!

Welcome fuzzy. Sorry to hear about your mmc. I've just been through the horrific experience too. Fx we're not waiting too long for our bfps.

Thank you night. The only cycle I seriously tried in was the last time I got pregnant and I dtd the day of my first OPK and then the next two days. Hopefully it will work again for us.

Ooh excellent fuzzy! Do you have a routine with dtd or just try to do it regularly throughout cycle? Hope you catch the egg!

Night I am 36 and BFP is due around 24 October. I got a positive OPK today so fingers crossed.

Ahh is it :) im not superstitious about the date, just impatient our wedding anniversary is the weekend before so I would have loved to have been able to tell people that weekend, if they can't move it never mind though.

Oh lovely, do they allow you to do much at a spa day when pregnant? I'd love to do one, they are so relaxing. I'm off to get myself a new pair of trousers, exciting I know! I haven't gained much weight luckily but need another pair of work trousers as my fitted work dresses are getting slightly tight...

That is frustrating although it's my birthday so in general a great date Not long till your booking in though and it won't hurt to ask! I am well thanks, looking forward to a spa day with a friend :)

What is everyone up to with their weekend?

Hi night I'm quite a stressy person but trying so hard not to! My booking in app in next Thursday but I have to wait Til the 13th nov for my 12 week scan, at which point I'll be 13+4 which I find frustrating - may ask my mw if there's any chance of bringing it forward. How are you doing? x

Oh I'm here I'm here! I've had a stressful few weeks, had another scan Wednesday and now 8+4 sorry I haven't beeb back, ive been ear bashing the lovely ladies on the may16 bus... I would so love to keep this going! How are you all?

Hello everyone

Please can I join in the ttc journey? Just started again and already feeling quite hormonal about it, which could be down to the fact I have a four month old. It took me nine months to conceive DD due to a late MMC so I am starting now in the hope I get pregnant again soon but also being realistic about the fact that the earlier I start the (hopefully) quicker I will get my BFP - and then all the worry about staying pregnant can begin!
