I was going to ask if private treatment abroad is an option?
Although I really think you have grounds for a complaint, you've definitely been treated unfairly and mis informed.

Done the last planned jab this evening, and scan is at 11 tomorrow. I suspect I'll be coming away with a few more days medication. Xx

Nomio that is really shit. These rules make me so mad and I can't believe the rigmarole you've been through and then reach this point. I'm actually seething on your behalf. It's ok for them to spout the rules, which differ from county to county just to confuse us more and add to the frustration, but it's not them who have to go through this, it's you. It's great that you're taking this further and I sincerely hope it has an impact on their decision.
