Thanks guys sorry for being a silly one. I just feel so normal today. I'm not tired I have no naseau and I wouldn't know I was preg and its freaking me out. Saying that I was awfully sick second time around and it didn't end well. And usually my symptoms start around 5ish weeks so maybe I need to wait.
I think the cramps are mixture of bowels and cyclogest and everything!
12 days till scan!

dRtcc and seeking how r u both? Hope ur holding up ok...

Drttc · 30/06/2015 14:09

Hey Trying, I really think that's the cyclogest! I felt so funny on it and really thought I was moments away from miscarrying. So I stopped the cyclo then suddenly all those pains went away. I think because it slows down your digestive system everything starts going a bit funny and crampy down there!

Seekingmiracles · 30/06/2015 13:33

Trying - I know it's hard but try to relax. You're on a lot of drugs which will mask the symptoms and as much as you want to feel some symptoms, for us it's not likely. Try to just accept that.... It doesn't mean anything bad at all. You need to be positive and stay calm, which I know it's the hardest thing when history has shown you how bad things can go.
Your uterus is growing to hold your precious little bundle, it's natural that you will feel some little twinges. Stay away from the clear blue tests from hell! They will bring you unnecessary stress. Today you are pregnant Hun, keep thinking that. You will be fine, have faith in the drugs and the Drs. Big hugs x

Tryingno1 · 30/06/2015 11:02

Guys I'm really freaking about my twinges. Inbetween them my back feels normal but every hr or so I feel a little something. It's def not my bowels today! I'm wondering if it's just stretching but I'm worried something is going wrong? I'm on cyclogest three times a day(!) so worried any spotting wouldn't come through....I keep telling myself it's my first preg on all the meds, but if it's chromosomol it can't be helped? No pt getting a scan now, I could get hcg levels done but I'm not sure I want to know/want the stress?!
With all my miscarriages ive started bleeding, or lost my symptoms. I don't even have any syptoms now which im also not happy about.
Should I buy a clear blue to check my hcg is up? I'm 5 weeks on Thursday what should it say by then? I kinda don't want to know as what will it achieve? If it says 1-2 weeks I'll panic and can't do anything about it?? So far my 2 tests have been darker 2 days apart...
Sorry meme meme.

Tryingno1 · 30/06/2015 07:25

Managed to sleep till 630 which is amazing! And only woke up for an hr at 2ish. Luckily had mega quiet day yest at work today will be more frantic but suppose will keep my mind of things!
Hula good idea te trigger inbetween the 2 options! Glad u saw some
Reassuring ecwm.
Rosa after everything us rm have been through I think the panic never goes. I think even normal preg ladies panic daily too, so I suppose we just have accept ours is a lot more heightened. But ur past danger points, ur baby is growing and Hooefully ur next scan will be here soon and reassure u. But it's hard work every day, well I'm finding it is!

Rosa27 · 29/06/2015 22:16

Thanks Hula- just things literally changed as soon as stopped cyclogest. I hope it's same for me.

Hi Drttc too - got everything Xed for you too x

Hula2 · 29/06/2015 21:50

Thanks everyone for your SO feedback, has made me feel much better. Acu lady was great as usual and have also had some ewcm and dtd tonight so feeling more relaxed and less like an obsesive hormonal crazy lady !! Decided to do the trigger before i go to work tomorrow so 36hrs will be wed night when dh gets back.

Drttc great to hear your PMA, and thats definetly a good mantra to have

Rosa - please don t worry about lack of symptoms in second tri, i felt totally normal with ds and only growing bump told me i was preg. Just keep taking it one day at a time, you re doing great.

Trying hope you re not feeling too knackered after you re day at work and hope the pred gives you a night off from the insomina.

Rosa27 · 29/06/2015 21:45

Hope your 13 days pass quickly. Sure you'll be fine. You can't go through all that without some aches and twinges.

I know I'd love to relax but now worried about other scan and also if hormones dropping now off cyclogest and that's why symptoms reduced. Really hope ok.
Names are soooo tough. We had a week of it and now over it for a while. Have a couple that might work!! X

Tryingno1 · 29/06/2015 21:27

Thanks rosa will get "at ease". I know its hard isn't it! I haven't burst out crying yet! Im just aware and thoughtful of this ache -I can't tell if it's my awful metformin flatulence (sorry! Poor DH) or my actual uterus.

13 days till scan one.

I think people say 2nd trimester u are meant to feel better and it's the best one! Maybe u should try enjoy not feeling shit! Haha! That's really rather annoying of the nhs! How did they get that wrong?! I hope all is well at ur final scan yay!!!! :))) have u allowed urself to think of names?

Rosa27 · 29/06/2015 21:17

Meant except not exceeds. Always a typos!!

Rosa27 · 29/06/2015 21:16

Trying- we're too similar stressing over every remote symptom. Yes I had a low ache - in my back & groin / uterus at one point. I think I had every 'miscarriage symptom' exceeds red blood and severe pain. I can't tell you not to worry as I know you will and I did - but I can promise you you can find both worrying and reassuring info online for every single thing you may feel as I spent hours of pred early mornings 'researching'. Instead download good trashy novels on your kindle if R&R apps don't work. 'At ease' worked for me sometime and headspace.
Hula- I only had one and no others at all first month. Second month I had one about to pop, another large and two smaller. Hang in there. We did manage that 2nd month to dtd the night before the scan and also 36 and 48 hrs after the trigger. So possible the dtd before the scan caught the one about to pop and SO didn't even help in the end in terms of the trigger. Who knows?!
Sunny - delighted for you :)))
Seeking - really hope you get a well deserved break too and some positive news soon.
As for me I'm ok. Think I mentioned Im now anxious about 20 week scan in a month as was told not to get nuchal scan which could have indicated any early structural issues - bad Scottish nhs gave wrong advice thinking Harmony replaced nuchal- but only for chromosome checks. Also I'm stressed my symptoms have faded/gone. I know can be normal but thought breast tenderness remained and has gone and no dark nipples anymore. Not sure that's normal. I will stress every day I'm sure. Can't see me going a whole month without reassurance so will see what midwife says next week as have appointment.
Hi to everyone x

Tryingno1 · 29/06/2015 21:01

I know time goes so slowly. I don't think ill ever feel relaxed. I'm even more terrified of getting over 12 weeks and something else awful happening. Anyways wot am I talking about, I like hardly preg way too soon to be thinking more than getting through tonight! This back ache is continuing, it's like a heavy feeling. I never had it with other preg unless I'm being ultra sensitive.

Hula hope u made a decision about DTD and trigger! I know the chance of falling preg is highest having sex the day before u ovulate! So if u trigger today DTD today too maybe?! But actually there's only a few percent in it!

sunnyday01 · 29/06/2015 17:36

No got one at 11 1/2 with Mr s (although that may change depending on when nhs scan is), nhs scan, and then final scan with Mr s at 14-16 weeks! Still feels like an age away!

I felt like I was getting somewhere but going back to 9 weeks means I have to wait an extra week I think!

Tryingno1 · 29/06/2015 17:32

Certainly an unusual reponse! Maybe they are just being weary?!

So any more scans or just 12 weeks now? How exciting Grin

sunnyday01 · 29/06/2015 16:14

Appt was fine - just filling in a big long form! Still feels like I'm playing at it!

Yes told our parents, my parents were surprised but happy - my mum cried her eyes out! DH parents were a bit funny, they seem pleased asked if they could tell anyone ( said no) and then started talking about their house renovations - maybe they couldn't take it in not sure!

I just want to get to that12 weeks now - 2 weeks 4 days to go!

Determined123 · 29/06/2015 15:24

Hey hula, first time I did it only had one at 16mm which I knew was too small, second time I had 2, one 19 I think and one 24 (way too big Louise said she thought it could be empty/fluid if remember correctly), anyway, that time it worked. Did Dr s you could choose when to? Didn't really get any cm either...all the old faithful natural signs seem to go out the window...I deffo felt my ovaries though...

Tryingno1 · 29/06/2015 13:53

Hi drttc. Glad to hear u have some fun thugs planned and are looking on the bright side of things! I'm sure time will pass quickly and u wil be ready and armed with a plan!

Thanks sunny-yeah I went for a walk around the house and then sat in the front room in the dusk! Was a bit weird to be honest! Haha. Hope ur appt went well? Oh to dream of making it to a booking appt! Have u told the parents yet?

I get free counselling sessions with my ivf so gonna use them now! Quite handy really...

Hula glad u enjoyed the cake and hope acu was relaxing x

Drttc · 29/06/2015 13:25

Hi all! Hope everyone having a happy Monday!

Trying, I second Sunny's advice on the kindle for getting to sleep. As it's a mental exercise it's like putting yourself to work so you can get sleepy again :) Or maybe try rolling with the early wake up (jump out of bed), to tire yourself out for a better nights sleep that evening?

Hula- that doesn't sound too bad actually. Good luck for when you decide to trigger & DTD. I know it's hard but maybe hit the reset button, pour a glass of wine, and try to make it fun again.

Good luck on your scan Sunny! Can't wait to hear back!

Ah seeking, how nice to be looking forward to bringing the pup home!

Hope you're enjoying pregnancy Rosa :)

At the moment we're so distracted by the house situation that it's been a welcome break! We DTD late on CD10 and CD11, but just for fun! I could have on CD12 but decided not to force things as we're not actually trying this month... So feeling very relaxed! Think it will be easy to fill this summer with distractions (hen dos, weddings, house stuff) so I'm optimistic. I'm remembering to come from a place of 'What I have' instead of 'what I want to have' and it surprisingly helps :)

sunnyday01 · 29/06/2015 12:27

Trying, I've been lucky so far in that I have slept pretty well, I find I have to go to bed about 9.30 in the evening because I'm so tired, but then wake up generally between 5 and 5.30. On the few occasions I haven't been able to sleep I've just read my kindle and eventually have managed to get back to sleep. Nothing worse than going to work feeling shattered though!

Oh and you ov 36 hours after the shot, not the ne t day!

OP posts:
Tryingno1 · 29/06/2015 12:25

I know in ivf there's a balance between getting an over mature egg and an under mature one! Some of mine were overripe and some under! Maybe time it best to DTD as sounds like ur right on the cusp! I know they grow 2mm a day roughly and continue to after the trigger. But obv not sure if SO is the same

Got scan number one one 13th (had to be the bloddy 13th?! Was seriously considering changing it but then thought im surely not that mad!) and got my intralipds on Friday when I should be 5 plus one. I've already had one pre transfer so the slight delay should be ok as think. They work for 4-6 weeks. The back is only when I think about it and concentrate so going to try swtich off!

sunnyday01 · 29/06/2015 12:24

Ah hula, do t be too disappointed about only having 1 - it only takes one plus you know there def is one!! I had two in my first months and then in month 2 only had 1 which is when he upped it and had a much better respobse. It does take time to build up in your system plus they round 4-4 are most probable do don't write it off just yet, you have too see it through to the end - unless he advises not too obvs!! Enjoy your cake!

All ok here, had my second intralipid this morning which was fine and got my booking appt this afternoon - all getting a bit scary now!! I'm going to treat myself to some cake today it after my midwife appt!!

OP posts:
Hula2 · 29/06/2015 12:19

Cake was good (tho feel a bit sick now as not used to all that sugar !)

Thanks Determined. Yes i ve had a bit of a groggy head too. Good to know i might become a bit more sane after ov. Did you still get ewcm on your SO cycles as not had any so far so of course now worrying about that ! Also can u remember what size follicle you triggered at ? Dr S said i could trigger tonight or tomorrow night so wondering if another day would be better. My big follicle was 18mm.

Trying - sorry the backache is worrying you but all sorts or aches and twinges are normal and i def had that kinda of thing early on with ds (and actually not at all with mc) so just focus positive thoughts on your little bean snuggling in.

Off to acu now so that be good to chill me out.

Determined123 · 29/06/2015 11:52

Hey hula, just popping in to say letrozole made me pretty emotional too, I used to get headaches as well as mood changes which then caused arguments of course...but as soon as Ov happened I felt fine...until 10dpo and test time that is Smile coffee & cake...will do more good for you than bad, you deserve it...x

Never being successful it's hard to say trying but whenever I've googled stuff like that it all sounds completely normal (twinges & backaches) hope you're ok and keeping busy xx

Tryingno1 · 29/06/2015 11:42

This mild back ache is troubling me. I remember rosa mentioning it too-roda if ur lurking can u reassure me?! It's lower/mid back. Very mild but like an ache? I wish it would piss off as it's worrying me
