Immune /natural killer cell treatment when ttc or pregnant (aka the 16th pred thread!)

I'm feeling so normal and sup 5 weeks today. I have no symptoms it's really freaking me out. My scan feels like ages away :(

Hopender- (38 yrs old) 7 miscarriages, one DS, pred, cycolgest, baby aspirin and intralipids. Baby boy born!

2nd trimester

Rosa (39yrs) - 3 MMC
(11.5, 6.5, 7.5). 6 months ttc on treatment. On complex programme for high NK, cytokines and thyroid antibodies (hydroxy, pred, intralipids)- had allergy to Humira. SO programme (16 Weeks)

1st trimester

Sunny (32 yrs)- high nk cells - hydroxy, pred intralipids - 3 mc (1 on treatment). (8/9weeks?)

Tryingno1 (31 yrs old)- 3 mc. Ttc since April 2012. 5.5 weeks, 9 weeks, 6 weeks. Ivf bfp this time as low sperm. Also High nk cells, pa1 mutation. C4/m2 mutation. Hla dq match and low LAD. (Last ones done by ivf clinic) on dex, asprin, metformin,clexane,hydroxy and Intralipids every 4 weeks till 16weeks (4 plus 5)

TTC

Hula2 (39 years) - one DS (took 18mns with low amh but no other probs), one MC at 9wks, ttc no 2 19 mns (12mns since last mc), low amh, borderline cytokines, high nks, on complex nk plan (pred, intralipids). Humira completed. SO cycle 1.

Drttc- (28 yrs old) 4 MCS, 1 on treatment (6 wks, 4wks 2 days, 5.5 weeks, 6 wks), very high NKC on complex treatment plan: hydroxy 2x day, 25 mg pred from ovulation, add cyclogest on bfp & Intralipids every 4 wks until 16 wks.

Happy bday!!! Actually no it was last wednesda? So sorry I forgot when u rem mine. I got my bfp that day but didn't log on as was too scared!

Yeah rosa! She had a boy! Sounded a bit stressful has had placental abruption but baby was safe and sound as was she! Last we heard he was in neonatal ward but hopefully he's home now!

Trying - thanks for updating things. Crazy how much changed in just a couple of months ?! I'm 16 weeks if you're updating again (17 on Sat all going well). Sorry you've had a nightmare with intralipids.
Snoopy - hope you feel better when you're back into a routine and everything else then starts to fall into place too.

Also, I felt weird putting I was in first trimester? It feels too early to say that I wanted to put - just found out she has a bfp?! But that's a bit odd!

Got to work and had 2 bites of a brie sandwhich! Was harrased and not thinking! then went oh this is "gross" out loud when I realised I shouldn't be having brie and chose another one! Need to be careful And also less obvious!

Hi snoopy been thinking of u. Maybe work will be a good distraction for u? Are u back to ttc yet? Make sure u just do what feels comfortable for u. I hope they ease u in.

Hello everyone, just checking in to say hello and let you all know I'm still thinking of you all.

It doesn't seem to get any easier no matter where in the process you are, ttc, pregnant, waiting for scans.... The whole thing is heartbreaking.

trying I agree with the crystal ball idea, I'd go through this a dozen times if someone could tell me the thirteenth time would be my healthy, happy baby. It's the not knowing that is most painful to me.

I'm back at work on Saturday to do admin and then starting my Monday to Friday 8-4 office job. I'm relieved in the one hand but on the other I'm not relishing all the time at home alone that will bring.

Oh no! What a nightmare!! Is it going to arrive in time?
If you get stuck I have loads of Fragmin, does the same job as Clexane. Could try and get it to you some how??

Agh! Cock up with delivery! I'm mega late for work need to leave like now! Need infusion on Friday and my clexane runs out tmrw!

Yeah I suppose in the grand scheme of things I fall quite quickly.. 4months of trying for pregnancies 1,2 &3 and 6 months for pg4. Seems like an age when you're actually going through it though. I'm hoping now with meds it might be sooner. I know eventually like you say,one will work in my favour but I'm so impatient. A crystal ball would be lovely!

Aw it's so hard hearing other people's news, u sound like ur doing so well though. It will be you soon again, hopefully the house and puppy will keep you busy for a bit and before you know it you will be back on ttc. U get preg quite quickly don't u? I was thinking yest essentially it's just a numbers game-one of them will work out for us all its just a matter of when. So we all have to have hope that it's the next time and if not, the time after. I just wish I had a crystal ball that could tell us when that time was!

Hope you feel better today Trying.... One day at a time is a much as you can do. Just try to keep yourself busy. Cyclogest def played havoc with my bowels, so all those twinges could well be that.

Yep lets hope these next couple of wks fly by. We re actually going on hol next week and loads to do up till then to keep me busy. Will have to test on hol, already did a hpt to see what it looks like after the trigger (am i wierd ? sometimes i feel like my own personal science project !!!), actually fainter than i thought but even tho they we re nt real it was strangely nice to see two rather than one line (i m definetly weird and need to get out more, ha ha !).

Yeah I'm ok thanks, I can't do anything. And I don't want to have hcg bloods and worry and Google them up. Even if they not rising as should there is nothing anyone will do until 6ish weeks and I can have a scan. And now A scan is too early. So I'll just have to be patient and enjoy this heatwave and try keep sane! Have discovered magnum pistachio whoops and yum!

Yep managed another bd this morning at 6 and did the trigger at 8am so think we covered our bases as much as poss and plan to bd wed eve, thurs am and then just have to wait and see. Did an opk before the trigger to make sure not already getting a natural surge and was neg so hopefully can be fairly sure ov will be 36hrs later just as dh get home (poor thing!).

Hope you re feeling ok, you re right you ve just got accept what will be will be and just try and stay positive.

Ps I don't do a clearblue what will it acheive. I can't have a scan and even I did it would Reassure me for ten minutes! What will be will be. I just need to have some faith and hope it's nothing chromosnolal and the meds are doing their med.

Trying - just hang in there and try to distract yourself. So hard I know but you re pregnant now and not bleeding and nothing else can reliably tell you anything. Def don t do a CB, its not worth the potential stress. Hugs.
