Very sorry that you and Louise are having scary days and I get do frustrated about not bringing scanning firward under such circumstances. Days like these feel like weeks. Sending you lots of strength to get through. I really feel for you.

Marchgirl · 11/05/2015 12:17

Do not even think of apologising girlie, or anyone else for that matter. We are all here for each other through whatever happens

Thinking of you Louise x

Sorry for bringing a downer on here after lots of positive news. Still have fingers crossed for bfps Philippa/ March/ Claire.

LouiseM1987 · 11/05/2015 10:48

Thanks ladies, choccy it's more the pain as it's the same pain I had just before I miscarried xx

Choccywoccydodah · 11/05/2015 10:40

Sorry Louise I missed your post, it wasn't showing for some reason. Lack of symptoms doesn't necessarily mean bad, I think size had nothing early on x

Marchgirl · 11/05/2015 10:40

Hand holding girlie and louise, hoping for the best for you both this week.

Hope appt goes ok choccy,

Sorry about bfn claire. I'll see you here again tomorrow!

Girlie, please don't worry. It may be a late implantation bleed left over. I had spotting at 9 weeks (pinky red) had same with ds but brown, so it may be completely normal.

The tests I believe were 20 miu at least. The test at the hospital to confirm is 25, which I've complained about as they need to catch it as early as possible, that's the point!!!

Just arrived at hospital for my appt x

clairemorgan81 · 11/05/2015 10:35

honestly its a bloody nightmare having to wait. its makes an already shitty time even worse. Thinking of you Louise x

LouiseM1987 · 11/05/2015 10:31

Claire it's Friday for some reason me and girlie have had to wait a week and a day for our repeat scans.
It's more the pain it's the same as before :( x

clairemorgan81 · 11/05/2015 10:23

is your scan thurs Louise? I hope all is okay, the loss of symptoms doesn't necessarily mean the worst but I totally get why you would feel like that x

LouiseM1987 · 11/05/2015 10:18

6 weeks 3-4 days Claire x

clairemorgan81 · 11/05/2015 10:15

how any wks are you now Louise?x

LouiseM1987 · 11/05/2015 10:12

Kazz yes she is now having quadruplets

March and Claire it's still early I got my positive 2 days before period was due as the tests are poop !
Girlie I'm so sorry hopefully it's nothing, that's not fair they won't change your appt if your bleeding ! Do they not have drop in times you can just turn up ?
I think I am out too I have really sharp pains like I had before my miscarriages and lost all symptoms I keep pushing my boobs and nothing lol. Xx

clairemorgan81 · 11/05/2015 10:11

girlie I'm sorry this is happening and that you can't be seen earlier, I hate the whole waiting thing with scans etc I found it so hard. thinking of you x

girliesaints · 11/05/2015 10:02

Sorry to hear ladies that you've had bfn today, but plenty of days to go.

Unfortunately I've had some bleeding today and together with the scan last week I'm not hopeful. Rung the EPu and they won't bring my appointment forward, so will have to wait until wed to get an answer either way, unless nature takes its own course. Hmm

clairemorgan81 · 11/05/2015 09:47

here anytime not hear!!

clairemorgan81 · 11/05/2015 09:47

hi ladies.
hope your feeling a little brighter today kazz? its such a difficult time and I have times where I feel really down about it all. it's so hard to understand if you haven't been here. at least you know we all understand and were hear anytime. I'm feeling pretty rubbish about it all at minute, my twin is due in 2 weeks. the build up and excitement and constant talk of it that's hard then I feel awful for feeling so jealous it's a vicious circle. I'm thrilled for her but can't help but feel so jealous. we are very close but this experience as definitely & unfortunately changed things. in a way once baby arrives it might be easier - God I dont know......gosh I'm rambling now sorry!

bfn here as well March. I expected it too. I'm not sure whether choccy or size once mentioned they are 25?? maybe they can confirm it ladies?x

Marchgirl · 11/05/2015 09:24

Sorry you felt a bit crap yesterday kazz, hoping today brings you more positivity for the cycle ahead. I've also cut off quite a few of my friends who have new babies or are heavily pregnant. I feel terrible about it, but it's self preservation. I've emailed them to tell them why I can't see them at the moment but still feel very shitty for doing it. I know eventually I'll be able to again, but i think it's ok at the moment. If they are good friends they'll understand.

Did my first test this morning. Bfn. Totally as expected, so I'm ok with it. Looked at the tests i have and they are one step midstream (same make as the little ic ones, but you just pee on them rather than having to collect a sample and dip). It doesn't say the sensitivity but if they are the same as the ones that look identical on a Google search then they are 20mlu/ml. Still not as sensitive as frer (10mlu/ml) but more sensitive than lots of high street ones which are 25. Any joy this morning claire?

I've just read it. Properly choked up. Is the person at the bottom who is now pregnant with quads the same person? That's amazing if so. I know deep down we are very early into our journey. We've not been married 18 months yet. That article does sum things up quite well and made me feel quite lucky to have fallen pregnant three times in such a short time (all within 9 months). Thank you so much for sharing it. It's definitely helped!

I've just got into bed with our wedding album to flick through. Happy thoughts before I go to sleep. And when I do I'll be sending loads of good luck thoughts to you, girlie and the quads lady for the next few weeks.x

The ladies got endometriosis or something but some of what she writes is spot on. I hope it helps a little it did for me. Xx

LouiseM1987 · 10/05/2015 21:37

:( people just don't understand. I read an article the other day I'll try and find it but it helped me ...
Sorry my other message I put Claire instead of Kazz :( sorry
Xx

Kazz2112 · 10/05/2015 21:16

Yeah they do know. I'm quite open about it all but they just don't get it. Theyre always like 'you can't let it dominate your life' but it's near on impossible for it not to!

LouiseM1987 · 10/05/2015 21:00

Ah Claire I completely get why you didn't go, don't beat yourself up, if your friends know they should be understanding of how hard it is. But I'm guessing non have been in the same situation.
My friends always go on about who's next and they all know so ive stopped going to things if certain ones go as they always make comments !
I feel the same today I just want to stay in bed and cry and just not get up ;(
Xxx

Choccywoccydodah · 10/05/2015 20:55

Kazz do your other friends know? Tbh if they don't, I'd say something, if they do, I would explain about how you feel.
Totally understand le you didn't go x

Kazz2112 · 10/05/2015 20:48

Feeling really fed up tonight! Normally I'm a very positive person but today I just feel like I want to crawl under a duvet and not come out. It was my mates little girls first birthday party today and couldn't bring myself to go. It's pretty much 12months since I went round to meet her and told my friends I was pregnant the first time and I think today it's just hit me that 12 months on we're even less close to bringing our own little person home!

I know some of our mutual friends will be being funny that I didn't go but they just don't get it!

Sorry to sound miserable! But I'm hoping some of you can give me some pick me up advice that's worked for you!
